Crystal was amazing,on time, professional and her plant based product did an outstanding job. Definitely would recommend her and would re book again next year. My carpets look like new and they are not, they are showing some wear but now they look awesome, thank you Crystal.

Employees arrived at agreed upon time and proceeded to review needs. Gave advise of a couple added services that were agreed to. Job completed within couple hours, and when they left the house was in good shape with areas worked on much cleaner.

They were punctual, professional and friendly. They were careful with the furniture and the carpets looked great. I am calling today to schedule them again as it has been over a year.

It was fine. They were good. We purchased another room. They did a good job. I kind of thought the definition of the 3 rooms was a little hefty. The hallway counted as a room because they thought it was a long hallway, but I don't think it was long. If we have been forewarned about the definition of what constitutes 3 rooms, that would help. If we have been told a long hallway could constitute a room, that would have been fine. I would have been prepared for it. Just being forearmed with having the information ahead of time is better. They were very personable and very nice. The price of the initial thing was definitely a very good deal but then when we started adding a room and scratch guarding, I didn't have a price comparison for that. I think it was still a pretty good deal but I'm not positive. If there was a list that said if we want scratch guard, it would be this per room or for each additional room on top of the $60-some it will cost us "x". That way I can truly comparison shop.

Very quick to respond. The person showed up right on time, got to work and finished quickly. She was very courteous and professional. She asked me to look over and check that everything looked good before she left. I would definitely use them again.

We purchased a coupon for 5 rooms of carpet cleaning for $125. They cleaned 3 rooms, stairs with landing and hallway with overlook area. Paid $50 for extra soiled carpet. Got Carpets? was prompt, professional, and the cleaning was SUPERB! Carpets almost look brand new although 10 years old. We will definitely use them again!

It went well. They showed up on time and cleaned my carpets. The carpets weren't too dirty to begin with but we just wanted to clean them before moving into our house. They were very courteous and fast. I was happy with their work and would use them again.

After purchasing the service, I received an email with probable dates. After deciding on a date for the servioce I received a followup a couple of days prior to the date of service. On the day of I received a call to advise me that they were in transit. They arrived a minutes early assessed the job, did not try to upsell me for other services. They were professional, courteous and got to work immediately and were finished in no time. We were pleased with the results and will definitely use them in the future.

Got Carpets is GREAT!!! We had emailed Got Carpets in November asking about December availability and about their carpet cleaning process. All the responses were timely and addressed any concerns we had about using a new provider to clean our carpets. We received two texts as the date approached reminding us of the date and providing us an opportunity to confirm or change as needed. When Got Carpets got here, they were great. The process was thorough and they worked straight through until all the rooms were done, giving special attention to areas that had been soiled (we have pets). It has been two weeks since Got Carpets cleaned our carpets and they have never looked so good. THANK YOU! We will definitely use your service again.

It went o.k. the technician arrived on time. But did not help move heavy items. would just shampoo around them. After asking to be careful in a particular area my dvr and monitor was accidently disconnected. I discovered this problem when I realized that a police incident that should have been recorded was not recorded. The person does not that he was not captured on video. But, my carpet looks good and smell good! All is well .

This was a big deal purchase. They were good. I guess, maybe, you could say I was not 100-percent thrilled with them. I felt like the customer service wasn't as good only because I had just had my floors redone. I had told her that and I was having the carpets cleaned right before we were moving into the new house. I felt like she was not as careful with her equipment going through the house. Another company I used did not have big hoses -- she had big hoses for the cleaning. Because I did not want my hardwood floors scratched I would have thought they would have put some padding down under the big hoses. She had asked me if I wanted to wait to have the big hoses in the house. That was my only issue. Otherwise, she was very nice and very professional. It is just customer service, you know? I think I paid extra because I had her do a an extra treatment to get rid of the dog smell in that area. I also had more square footage than was covered in the deal.

Krystle was responsive to my emails and scheduled the appointment quickly. She arrived when scheduled and completed the work quickly and my carpet looks great. The carpet was dry in about 6 hours! I would highly recommend Krystle. Very pleasant and professional.

She arrived within the given time frame and I was updated by both email and texts to remind me of my appointment time. After I showed her the various rooms, Krystle was very professional and speedy with the tasks. The carpets look great and I would use her company again.

I called before purchasing a coupon deal to confirm availability, and everything went smoothly from there. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Krystle called before the appointment time to see if they could come early, which worked out great for me. They arrived at the new time as stated and were courteous. Their service was much faster than other companies we've used, so I don't know that they were quite as thorough, but the carpets looked great when they were finished. My only complaints were the dry time was longer than expected (8-10 hours), but it was a drizzly day, and they did not wear protection over their shoes, which had been outside in the wet weather. For the price and value, I would use them again.

Very good work but she is not exactly a people person. She arrived and blamed us for giving her the wrong address but the address she had was correct. She just had a hard time finding the house. Threre are so many carpet cleaning companies around that I would try someone else before using her again.

Very pleased with the service. I would use them again. I got a text the night before confirming my appointment. I got a text the day of the service saying they were on the way. Crystal and Sean were professional and thorough. The stains I've been living with for months are completely gone and the house smells clean. I only had the high traffic rooms done this time, but I would have them back to do the whole house next time.

They said that because of the size of my master bedroom they could only clean four rooms. I was not pleased by this, I was under the impression that I was going to have all five of my rooms cleaned when I purchased this deal.
