Description of Work: Alway a FANTASTIC SERVICE! First of all, they are prompt and ready to work. I have use many other carpet cleaners in the past and GOT CARPETS is by far the best. They do high quality work and should be used as the measure for other carpet cleaners. Prior to contacting GOT CARPETS, I called three other carpet cleaners that heavily advertise on TV and radio thinking that I would get a good deal, to my surprise each of their quotes included a travel charge from $17 - $25 additional. I of the belief that if a business have to charge these ancillary charges, why not include them in one number not $115 + $25 travel charge! When I get quotes like that I don't use that service provider!! GOT CARPETS quotes one price or list one price on Angie's LIst and that's it, take it or leave it. Try the service you won't be disappointed.

Description of Work: Carpets cleaned. Technician was a bit surly, but carpets were remarkably clean and stains have not come back.!

Description of Work: Crystal cleaned several rooms and stairs removing some very tough stains that we thought would not come out. We really thought we were going to have to replace the carpet but were so pleased with the perfect results. Saved us hundreds of dollars. Definitely will use their services again. Tammy (?) in the office was very accommodating with our scheduling issues and worked with us to make it all come together for us.

Description of Work: Has cleaned my wall to wall carpet in my basement a few times. She is very pleasant, thorough and whatever cleaner she uses is non toxic and does not leave any residue. I enjoy the services a lot.

Description of Work: They did 5 rooms, an area rug, a sofa, and two chairs. Had to come back twice to do the furniture due to equipment problems but the work eventually got done and they did a good job.
