Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in 3 bedrooms & 2 "other" areas (2 sets of steps). I had to pay (in cash - I wonder if the office ever saw that money) $22 for the 4 foot section of carpet between the two bedrooms. I was also contacted several times & the arrival time was changed several times by the office due to a scheduling error. The cleaning crew did arrive at the re-scheduled time though. The carpets look great & that is what I was most concerned with!

Description of Work: I used this company for a second time in November. The first time (last year) they got everything spotless. This time, they did a great job of cleaning up my cat's accident leftovers. But apparently some old stains were wicked up. They came back and took care of these stains no problem.
