Good morning member, it is detailed in the fine print of every deal that rooms over 300 sq ft will count as two rooms. Every carpet cleaning company has a cut off point of which most are 150-200 sq ft. We do our best to set our room rates at a fair and equitable price by raising it to 300 sq ft and we are sorry if you didn't see the value in it. We hope that the quality of our work demonstrates our determination to give you the best work possible at the fairest price.

I called "Got Carpets" to get an estimate and thought it was extremely reasonable. I had called one other company and they were about $80 more expensive and not as flexible on the timing of the appointment. Krystal showed up exactly when she was scheduled and gave a call when she was 15 minutes away to let us know when she would be there. She did a GREAT job and was very careful not to cause any damage to the newly painted walls and new hardwood floors that were just installed. I'm glad I never have to search for a carpet cleaner again ---- I will use "Got Carpet".
Description of Work: All carpets in the entire house were cleaned. We had just closed on a new house and wanted to have all the carpets cleaned before we moved in.

The technician was surprisingly very personable and showed much professional courtesy. I will from now on use only Got Carpets! This company is truly a diamond in the rough... Having previously used other well known companies to services my carpet... None have compared to Got Carpets.
Description of Work: I had a two year old living room set that had never been cleaned, as well as well as two rooms of berber carpet heavily soiled with dog urine. I received service from Got Carpets and was amazed at the result.. Not only was the odor no longer but all the stains were gone as well.

They gave me a two hour window and was there in the first hour. We did a walk through of the whole house before they started. They were very honest in telling me what I should or should not expect. My carpets, as well as my orientals turned out great. I had no surprises and was more than satisfied. I will definitely be using this company again and giving recommendations!!!
