I checked Angie's list for top rated cleaners who were friendly to the enviornment. Got Carpet was highly rated. I called and easily scheduled an appointment on the day I needed. An estimate was provided at that time. Crystal arrived a few minutes before the appointed time. She was friendly, professional and dog friendly. She did the work in about 45 minutes and the couch looks great. I would certainly recommend them for any upholstery cleaner. A very pleasant experience.

This was for a big deal that we had purchased. They wanted an extra $89.00 more than what we had payed. They cussed at us and said they did not care if we put up a review and then they peeled out of our driveway using four letter words during this time. *Update* This person is not telling the truth, not even close. I had one room and two small hallway stairs to clean as I live in a tri-level home. The total area to clean was under 500 square feet. I told him I was unhappy about the additional $89 and would leave a report on Angie's List. That is when he cursed me and told me that he didn't care about his reveiew on Angie's List. Because he was cussing, I had to go outside and tell him to leave as our neighbors have small children. At that time he peeled out of my driveway leaving tire marks in the driveway and grass. If this guy comes again I will call the police. Here's what tire marks look like.

Overall the cleaning went very well. I used Angie's List Big Deal for the 3 room and free hallway cleaning. I also tacked on a stairs carpet cleaning (extra $37.50) too. Krystal arrived promptly and got straight to work. I just purchased a forclosure and the carpet was in good condition it just needed to be cleaned. I had some dark stains/spots all over one room and all of these stains came up and the carpet looks new. The only spot that didn't come out was a small gum blob in the master bedroom and it came out with a goo cleaner instead. All of the carpet looks great and Krystal did a very professional job. I would recommend this service to others.

She was very professional and honest. She let us know what could be done with each carpet. I would show her a stain and she informed me of the process of what she could do. I have a cat and a kitten and she was patient in letting me gather them before she propped the door open. She was very quick and I appreciate that she uses organic products so it doesn't harm the animals.

As stated, she arrived on schedule, brought in her equipment and performed her duties well. She asked if I wanted scotch-guard; I declined and there was no pressure to purchase.

Very easy to schedule, it was so nice to be able to schedule the cleaning for a Saturday time slot. This was a very professional, quick and easy process.

I didn't realize that the coupon was for only wall-to-wall carpet and not area rugs, so I paid for 3 rooms and only used 2. They are very efficient and pleasant to deal with. They also were very professional in their advice.

We bought the Big Deal on Angie's list for 5 rooms of carpet cleaned for $109. I called the day that we bought the deal and made an appt. for the next week. The day they were supposed to come out it was raining, so I called and we agreed that they should come back when the weather is better. The owner said that it would take longer for the carpet to dry in the rainy weather. Plus, I didn't want the hose pulled into the house with the ground wet. We rescheduled for the next week. They said they would be out between 2:00-4:00. They called ahead and got here around 2:30. My husband was here. He said that they were in out and in an hour. He verified with them that they were only using organic cleaners since I am chemical sensitive. They were very professional and put things under the legs of furniture where they wet the carpet. The carpet was buckled up in a couple of the rooms, but went back down after it dried. They cleaned four rooms and our stairs. When we went to bed around 10:00 the carpet was still very damp. It was dry the next morning. The carpet was a little stiff after drying, but not too bad. There was one stain in the den that didn't come out (I think it was cat urine), but overall, everything else looked good. I would recommend them.

The work was EXCELLENT and fast! They scheduled the appointment promptly, called ahead on the day of the appointment to tell me they were coming, pretreated, moved small items of furniture, left the carpet SPOTLESS. My husband says he will never use anyone else. It's the best job we've ever had, and we've had our carpet for 10 years now. If you want your carpet done well the first time, please call Got Carpets. The carpets may take some time to dry, unlike the citrus cleaners, but the work is still worth the wait time for drying.

Krystle and team member arrived on time, went over my order, inquired about any concerns and went right to work. This job was done in a professional and very timely manner. My carpets are very clean and did not take long to dry. I have already referred this company to a friend.

Got Carpet came here right on time. They started upstairs and took care not to rough up the walls with their hoses, which I appreciated. They went over all the flooring except where the furniture was too heavy to move, and finished downstairs. They pretty much stand over your shoulder to make sure you give a good rating. I left the good rate and then they sprayed. They really didn’t do a very good job since they got their rating. I was pretty ticked off that it cost $140 for the 1 minute worth of work. They said they would do up to 3 rooms and a hall for $67.00. They then added the stairs for $35 and then added $35 to another room since it was “too big” to be considered a room.

The entire process from start to finish was done in a timely manner, very professional, and extra effort was put forth to remove blood stains from the carpet. They were neat and insured that my satisfaction was their top priority.

Krystle came exactly on time (11:15am) and got right to work. She did a quick, thorough job, and was able to remove my dog's vomit stains completely, She was even willing to work with me in terms of what constituted a "room", to accomodate the areas I needed cleaned. Very professional and helpful in terms of offering home-made cleaners I could mix myself to use on future pet accidents.

See above. Addtionally, she tried to keep the doors as closed as possible to keep the hot air out.

I have two labs that love to sleep and slobber on my sofa and loveseat. Getting them cleaned was long overdue. When I called at first, I had to leave a message to get a call back. Krystle returned my call within the hour. I was asked what service I needed, for my address, and when I wanted the service done. We agreed to a date, and I was told someone would be at my house between 10 and 12, but closer to 10. Krystle arrived around 10:30 on Saturday, May 7th. Krystle spent a lot of time and effort with the cleaning and made sure the hair underneath the cushions was taken care of as well. Some of the dog hair had been there for over a year and there was no sign of it once she was done. Krystle's also willing to work Sundays, if needed. She did an excellent job, and I would not hesitate to hire her again.

I purchased a discount deal for 5 rooms for $99 off of another website, and added on ScotchGuard protectant for $96. Had 3 bedrooms, living room and office area cleaned, plus a small hallway. Aside from a couple of areas that I knew were going to be permanently stained, Got Carpets did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and making them feel and smell fresh and new. We were very excited to finally get our carpets cleaned and were very pleased with the results by Got Carpets. We have cats and children so it's a constant battle to keep spills and pet stains off the carpets. We will definitely hire Got Carpets again for our next cleaning.

Krystle Griggie is owner/operator of GotCarpets and she was great from start to finish. She was efficient in terms of answering my questions via email and flexible in terms of scheduling the appointment. She showed up on time and was extremely conscientious and a hard worker. She took the time to explain everything and really did a nice job - the carpets look like new! I would definitely hire her again and would recommend her strongly to anyone.

She was clean. She cleaned up after herself. She was courteous and prompt. She was quick. I would use their services again in the future.

They charged extra for the closets. The overall work was okay; but was not expecting the extra charges for the closet. They refused to reduce cost and weren't expecting that; otherwise they were fine. The appointment took a month for them.

Excellent. Krystal arrived a few minutes early and helped me with my last minute pick up since I wasn't quite ready. She was extremely polite, pleasant, and efficient.

I live alone so I needed to leave work and drive home to meet Krystal so she could clean my carpets. Krystal was on time. I was not. Fortunately I left a door unlocked just in case so she went ahead when I told her I was on my way. Ten minutes later Krystal called to say she was in the house but my two cats were very friendly and very interested in going outdoors since her hoses meant the door would be open. I asked her to put them in the basement until I arrived and that's where I found them when I finally arrived 20 minutes later. Krystal was busy working upstairs. "I have cats and dogs myself, so I understand" she said. I pointed out some stubborn stains in the master bedroom and left her to work. By the time I made myself a sandwich and checked some emails Krystal was done and asking me to check her work. "Those stains were tough but I think I finally got them out" she said. Everything looked great, and all the chairs and couches were up on styrofoam blocks or with plastic protective squares beneath the legs. I asked Krystal about an upholstered couch in the basement. She was willing to clean & scotchgard it but after we checked it out I decided it wasn't necessary and she agreed. I liked that. But I did ask her to Scotchgard the upstairs carpets. I felt very comfortable leaving her to close-up the house and lock the doors when she was finished. That way I returned to work sooner. I will definitely hire Krystal in the future.

She did a wonderful job. She actually did better than two other companies that have done the same work.
