They did a great job and put all the furniture back where it was. The carpet looked amazing afterwards and I will use them again in the future.

.I received a special deal from Angie's List for carpet cleaning and after reading the reviews for this company, decided to go for it. I am so glad I did. Krystal was great. Aside from being an extremely nice person, she is professional all the way. When I needed to reschedule, she was understanding and there was no problem doing so. When the rescheduled date arrived, she called first to let me know she was on her way, which I really appreciated. I added the staircase for cleaning and the charge was very reasonable. She cleaned the carpets beauitifully . After she left, I noticed she put plastic or foam spacers under all the furniture legs. All in all, Krystal did an excellent job. I will continue to use Got Carpets in the future and highly recommend Krystal for anyone considering this service.

Her prices were fair, they weren't great but average. She was good and thorough. She did a really good job. She was very friendly and personable. I have nothing but good things to say about her. What really stood out about her is that I have a couple of dogs and we live in a 3 story house. The dogs did quite a number on the first floor and she did a really good job of cleaning that up.

Krystle was prompt and professional, and did a thorough job. Carpets look great, don't smell of chemicals, dried when she said would (4-6 hours). She did not attempt to upsell. I would use her services again or recommend her to anyone. I lost track of my coupon and called her 2 days before my Angie's List deal was due to expire and she was kind enough to honor it a day past the expiration date.

Krystle arrived promptly as scheduled. She was courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning our light colored carpet. When she left, she cleaned up after herself and the carpet looked like new and smelled fresh. We loved the fact that she used no harsh chemicals and is totally green, which meant that our dogs could walk safely on the carpet even before it was dry. We highly recommend her services.

I thought Crystal was absolutely wonderful! She did a fabulous job, and she was extremely pleasant and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to call her again.

Krystal did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets, she removed many of the tough stains I did not think would come out. I highly recommend using her as I will in the future.

Wonderful service. Very responsive. Squeezed me in pre-holidays on a Sunday. We handled all scheduling via e-mail and Krystal was great with correspondence and very quick! I had my appointment scheduled and completed before one of the other companies I contacted even returned my inquiry! I will be using Got Carpets again.

They did an excellent job. They were very timely, almost to the minute, getting here. They did it very quickly. They handled the furniture very well. They put it up on blocks and stuff and moved certain things. They did a great job. They also told me what other problem areas I had with the carpets and stuff like that. Overall the product is good that they are using. They are very courteous and very helpful. Price wise I thought it was very good. They don't use products that are high on chemical; they use more on the green stuff. The product they used was good and it dried quickly. I will use their services in the future.

The did an excellent job at an excellent price. My carpets had never been professionally cleaned in 6 years, and I have 3 kids under 7, so my expectations were low on how much they could really clean them, but when they finished they looked great- not a stain or mark left. My only complaint is my appt was from 2-4 , they came at 5:30. They called at 4:30 to let me know they were on there way, however I had to call them at 4 to find out where they were.

Krystal was prompt, courteous and professional. She did a great job and explained at the start what she would be doing. We had a couple of problem areas due to foot traffic and they were cleaned to look like the rest of the carpet in that area. The job took a couple of hours and when they were finished the carpets looked fantastic. Would highly recommend Got Carpets.

Krystle called when she was on the way and was just a little early. When she arrived, she and her assistant were very friendly and helpful-treated me like an old friend. She explained to me exactly what service was to be performed and offered me a few options that she thought would be helpful to me (such as sealant). She was very professional and took time not only to do a great job, but also a bit of chit-chat, which I thought was great, especially since I was her last call of the day and I am sure she was ready to get home. In other words, she did not rush the job or me at all. It is clear that Krystle takes a lot of pride in her work and her company. I would highly recommend Got Carpets to anyone and will be calling them each year to have my carpets cleaned! Great experience!

I purchased the deal for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning from Got Carpets. Ms. Krystle Griggie arrived 20 minutes early. She was professional and went right to work. The carpets look wonderful. She was able to get out some tought stains. When the job was finished she pointed out 1 stain that she could not get out. I appreciated her pointing this out as opposed to my finding the stain later. I added stain protection to the job at an additional cost. I have already recommended her to my neighbors. Ms. Griggie is the owner of the business and does outstanding work. I have used many carpert cleaners over the years, none compare to Got Carpets.

What a great company, came on time, did a great job, charged a fair price. They were very nice, great people. Even offered us footies to wear on the damp carped. The carpet was dry in less than 4 hours, just as they said would happen.

There was no pressure to have more rooms cleaned. She understood my objectives and the results far exceeded my expectations. Krystle Griggie the Owner answered my phone call promptly, set the appointment, and showed up as scheduled ready to do the job. I'm a new Home Owner and really was'nt sure what to expect since I never hired a Carpet Cleaner before. I was pleasantly surprised at how her truck mounted equipment, her Knowledge skill, and Experience Transformed my dirty, dull carpets and rugs into the Clean Fresh Smelling Rooms I have Today. Three rooms cleaned + hallways as part of the big deal. Showed up right on time (at the early end of their service window) and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Got the dog odor out of our guest room from where puppy peed. Overall, very satisfied with the service!
