They came on time. She explained her ecofriendly process and worked steadily and quickly. She even got an old stain out. Our ivory carpet is about 5 or 6 years old, and a nuisance to maintain but I was very pleased with how it came out. It needed 24 hours to sufficiently dry.

Krystle called ahead to let me know she was on the way, and she arrived promptly at the designated time. She set up her operation and cleaned my condo carpet in a very thorough and timely fashion. She also put a Green Guard protector on the carpet. As stated, the whole operation took approximately an hour. I was very pleased with the results.

I called them on Friday and made an appointment to have the work done on Monday July 9. They arrived at the time expected. They were very professional and did a very good job. I would certainly use them again and I would difinitely recommend them to others.

The substance used does not clean old carpet, but would be good for new carpet and frequent maintenance.

The owner, Krystle Griggie, showed up on time and was very professional. She cleaned my carpets and stairwell. The carpets looked amazing, the best they have looked in years. They were dry before Krystle even walked out the door. My carpets are 19 years old and they looked great. I will have her back again and will not use anyone else to clean my carpets.

They were really nice and did a good job. If you have deep stains the organic cleaning products don't work as well as chemical ones. They advised me to be careful when I was stepping off the carpet on to the floor. I was careful, but I did slip and hurt myself. The organic products that they use are just so slippery; we would definitely advise that you lay down extra rugs on your floor so that you don't slip. This is especially true if you have children in your household.

The job went perfect from the time they showed up until they left. They protected areas and moldings from their equipment and never stepped inside the house w/o bootie on their feet. They treated our home as if it were theirs.

I called on Thursday and my carpets were cleaned on Friday. She is prompt and efficient.

I thought they did a good job. They got everything clean. I have had other companies that didn't get the dirt out of the carpet, but they were able to. I have used them a couple times.

I now have a carpet cleaner for life. I am very satisfied with the work that they provided. They were very professional and the work was great. They moved all of the furniture to do the work and moved all of it back to the same spot. When they came into my home they wore booties over their shoes and were very polite. After the work was done the carpets were not too wet and were very clean. I will always call them first when it comes to cleaning my carpets.

Other steam cleaners have provided me with service but nothing like Got Carpets. This is a female owned and run business. Crystal is the owner and she is GOOD! She arrived within the time frame promised. Where other companies did the same work in 30 minutes, she spent almost two hours on the described area. She was thorough, focused, knowledgeable, and very polite. She uses 'green' solutions to accomplish the cleaning; no residue. Now, with steam cleaning, it takes about 6 hours for the carpet to dry, but once dry, it felt and looked like new carpet... soft, bright, fun to walk on. My previous service provider had been my carpet cleaner of choice for seven years, but I will use Got Carpets for the foreseeable future.

My husband found them online through Angie's List, and paid for them to come out. I called and scheduled the visit, and I'm the one who was here when they came. They're a green company, so they use green detergents. They pre-spot, and do a very deep clean. We also had them put in a sealant afterwards, which was of course, a green sealant. They also deodorized the carpets. They were on time, and the woman they sent to clean our carpets was phenomenal. We got the introductory offer coupon through Angie's List, but their regular prices are extremely good, for what they do. They did an amazing job of cleaning the carpets downstairs. She was here a couple of hours, and that included pre-treating the carpets. I don't think the carpets have been this clean since we moved in. I have a three year old grand-daughter who just loves to spill apple juice, and we got a new puppy, so the lady had a big job. She did a very thorough job and even moved everything so that each room was completely empty. I will use them again.

I ordered this Big Deal last summer fully expecting to use it in time for the winter holidays. I ended up spending many months, including the holidays, out of town caring for my ailing mother. Even though the time frame for the Big Deal expired, Kristle worked with me and waited until I settled my mom's estate to schedule a convenient date for the cleaning. When I called, the office attendant remembered and expressed her condolences - a nice personal touch. Kristle arrived on time, walked through the areas to be cleaned and advised me of extra options available - absolutely no hard sell. I decided to add the stairs at a reasonable price. Kristle took care with the furniture and I was pleasantly surprised with how clean everything came. The scent of the cleaners also was very pleasant - a light fragrance with no harsh chemical odor. Kristle said the carpets would dry in about 6 hours, which they mostly did, however, I decided to wait until the next day to replace all the small pieces of furniture. I am happy to say that the carpets look just as good after fully drying - no surprising hidden stains rising to the surface. Kristle was pleasant, professional and thorough. I would definitely use her again and recommend her without reservation.

Krystle did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. She was amenable to negotiating prices based on my needs and she gave me some advice on how to maintain my carpets until the next time to clean. She was punctual arriving to the job. I will definitely use her again in the future.

We had 5 rooms and one stairwell cleaned and green guarded. Crystal was a delight to work with - very personable and professional. She did a great job. We are still enjoing walking over the carpets with our bare feet. They look and feel great.
