I am very satisfied with this company and will use them again in the future when the need arises.

They were on-time, did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. The service person was friendly and informative.

I aim to have my carpets cleaned every six months, once in the Spring and once in the Fall/Winter. After years of spending$200+ on carpet cleaning services every 6mo (from a well-known National company) I decided to try an independent service and when a coupon from Angie's list became available I jumped on the opportunity. My house is 1800sq ft, upstairs only is carpeted (approx 900sq ft), the coupon covered 3 rooms and a hallway, I had to pay an additional fee for the stairs, I believe it was $30 more. I didn't mind because I was still only paying about half the price I normally pay. The Got Carpets staff was professional, courteous and most importantly punctual. I would definitely utilize thier services again.

OK service -- nothing bad, nothing special.

I think they needed new equipment as our fire alarm kept going off when they were here. They were nice guys to work with however. The carpet cleaning was really well done but there were fumes and that is what set off the fire alarms. The price was reasonable.

There was a very soiled area that they did their best to remove the stain. They did a wonderful job!

Made apptment, via email. They showed up promptly. I showed them around the home and we discussed what they offered, no high pressure from them to buy other products. They began their work and were through in no time. They worked together well as a team.

It went well. She was professional, on time, and did a great job. I've already recommended her to friends.

They were very good. I really liked them. They were punctual, neat, and clean. They covered their shoes and were really respectful of my home. They were top of the line. I would use their services again.

It did not work out great. The owner was unable to bend over, so he brought someone with him. He treated the guy like a servant and told him to pour the dry cleaning solution. He then used the ottoman as he tried to steam clean the couch, but the steam cleaner broke. I decided not to use him again when he called to complete the job.

I thought she did a good job. They were very professional. They did try to upsell with the stain retardant spray and I did purchase that. One area I was disappointed with was along the wall she was unable to get the carpet clean as she said that area was a filter for dirt. She was being truthful with that and I would use her again.

I was not there at the time; this was supervised by my contractor. When I arrived, the carpets were clean, odorless, and dry. I am pleased.

The service was superb at every point. I filed a request through the website and received a call very quickly. That call included an estimate that then proved to be the final cost. I did ask on the phone about additional charges for disinfection, stain guard, and travel. I also cleared the Angie's coupon in advance. GotCarpets showed up when they said they would. They did the job efficiently and well. Two weeks later, all the cleaning has held up. No stains have returned. I'd definitely work with them again.

They did the best job that I ever had done. I have white burbur carpet and it looked brand new when they finished. They sucked out most of the water and the carpets were dry in a matter of a few hours. I will only us them in the future!

We were visiting my son and his family for a few days. The carpets were very dirty. Also one of their cats had urinated on them. They have since gotten rid of that cat! I called in the morning and was told she could come that afternoon. I was out when she came, but my husband was here. He said she was very professional. The carpets look great. I didn't think she would be able to get them this clean.

Krystal and Sean did a great job and they were very fast! They arrived in the 2 hour window provided and were working in no time. The previous owners had cats,yet once they were done it made a world of difference in the house. The whole house smelled great and the carpets looked like new. Only thing to realize, when they quote you a price that is just the basics, even when you explain what you need done. IF you want them to sanitize and deodorize (which only makes since if you are getting your carpets cleaned), you need to double the price they quote you over the phone or ask specifically what that includes. Also, I forgot to print the coupon, but Krystal gave me a $10 discount anyway. That was nice; however the $40 discount would have been better BUT that was my fault. I would definitely recommend them to others with no hesitation!

The service was fine. The Big Deal paid for two rooms but she said one of the rooms was too large and she was going to have to charge me additional for living room. I will not hire them again in the future.

He did a really good job. I had surgery on my arm, a friend supervised, and from what I can tell everything looks great!
