arrived on time, brought equipment in, worked very hard, moved furniture. A no nonsense job -- come in and get the job done. Excellent job.

I bought the Big Deal which was $99 for 5 rooms and 1 hallway. My experience was fine. They showed up on time, were very efficient, and put all the little things under the furniture so that the furniture would not ruin the carpet. They did a good job though it was just routine cleaning. If I get a price like that, I will use them again.

Their service was okay. I do not recall any problem with them. They were fine.

The technician arrived on time, she was very professional and thorough and I am pleased with the results.

The owner was very receptive and responsive. We were able to get the appointment scheduled within a good time frame. Unfortunately, with our property management, we have to use someone from their list instead. Krystle was very professional.

The owner was on time. She came in and cleaned the upstairs bedroom, stairwells and hallway. I was amazed at how clean my carpet was and how dry it was. I would definitely use this company again.

The provider entered my home will little to no explanation. Cleaned the 2 rooms and hallway and left in less than 30 minutes. Could not tell my carpets had been cleaned other than theynwere wet. The person doing the cleaning acteed like they just wanted to get it over with. Would not use again and would not refer to someone else.

The girl who came was very nice. She was upfront about the price difference for area rug cleaning. It would have been nice to know in the details of the deal that area rugs were a different service price. She also offered to come back to work on any spots that persisted after the cleaning.

Went well - if you want to go above and beyond the service, have cash on hand.

Got Carpets? showed up early to clean our carpets in four rooms which were all located on the first floor of the home. The technician was very nice and seemed to know her job well. It took the techncian about 45 minutes to clean the carpets and they looked good for the age of the carpet. I would call them again to clean my carpets.

The responsiveness and service was excellent. I will certainly be using this company again.

. They didn't do a good job of cleaning and the stains came right back through to the surface. I have since had carpet cleaners come who have been able to remove the stains completely.

They were the best carpet cleaners I have ever had. They worked very hard. The only problem was that I have white carpets and after a few weeks stains rose to the surface. The price was excellent and they worked hard and did it well.

The job went very well. The owner responded promptly and we were able to set up an appointment that was convenient for me. They came and performed the service very quickly. The result was very satisfactory. I would definitely use this company again.

They did an adequate job. The total price did come out to be a lot more expensive than the deal itself because our area of carpet was larger than the square footage included with the Big Deal. They did do a nice job but would probably not use again. They were professional in their attitude and demeanor.

Extremely thorough, even cleaning in closets and behind doors. Used green cleaning supplies with almost no odor and carpets were eautifully clean and almost completely dry within a few hours.

We had family come for the holidays and they brought their dogs that were not potty trained. Just carpets was professional, courteous and on time but the carpets still had stains. At the end of the day if the carpets aren't clean then I've wasted my money.

Do not count on the advertised price. It is not accurate. In order to get the carpet cleaned they make you purchase an additional stain spotting treatment which doubles your total price at least. When I asked to have the carpet cleaned without it since I had no visible spots. They said Angie's List's standards required them to use the spot treatments. i ended up having to spend more money. They should at least include information about the required spot cleaning in the advertised price.

The cleaner came at the appointed time, was efficient, and left. Within the next day or two, the carpeting dried and became extremely stiff and uncomfortably prickly to bare feet. Prior to the cleaning, the carpeting was comfortably soft to bare feet. I called the office, described the stiff, uncomfortable condition of the carpet when it dried. I was told by some one who answered the phone that they would definitely make it right -- whatever they needed to do to satisfy us. The cleaner, however, was less focused on our concerns. She told me that it would be OK if we would vacuum it. The cleaner finally said that she would redo the carpets. By the time she got back with me and told me that, we had already returned the furniture and other items to the carpet in preparation for our family with young children who were coming to visit. I told her that it would be several weeks before we could have her come back. By the time the weeks rolled around, I was no longer interested in having our rooms upset again so I never called her to come back. I think they should have offered us a discount on the cost of the cleaning and stain inhibitor.

Agent arrived in the timeframe that was agreed upon. Agent was professional and fast. I would definitely use again. I was very pleased with the job done.

The furniture was moved and replaced on square pieces of styrofoam so that air could circulate.

After spending an entire weekend to clean our carpets, we accidentlly tracked dirt into our common areas, and they came back the following weekend for a touch-up at a very reasonable cost. Got Carpets does excellent work, is responsive and easy to work with. I plan to use this company for all of our carpet-cleaning needs.
