Got Carpets?

The technician was punctual and very professional. She showed up before I was ready - I mistakenly wrote the wrong time. She was patient as I moved my furniture out of the way and cleared the rooms. She spot treated a couple dirtier heavy traffic areas. I was a little disappointed in the additional cost for adding a large bedroom and stairs. The carpet looked a little better when she left. I noticed within a couple days, the original heavy traffic areas looked about the same as before the cleaning. I do not wear shoes in the house and the rest of my family were out of town for a couple weeks. I'm not sure how if it the heavy traffic area was cleaned as much as just being 'stood' back up with a good vacuum made it look better. It looked the same after walking on it a bit. Anyhow, it just looked okay after 2 weeks. Overall I wasn't impressed. The tech was very nice, professional, and punctual. Even with waiting about 5-10 minutes for me to clear the rooms, she was out the door exactly an hour after she first showed up. For almost $200/hr to clean 1200 sq. feet plus stairs I wasn't real excited. I'll probably try someone else next time, hoping for either better results or at least a little better price.

Overall, it went well. I purchased the voucher so I knew what carpet cleaning services were expected. However, I was not at home when the rooms were cleaned. The company had more than one deal running so the lady performed services based on a different voucher, and my husband did not know this. When I arrived home and touched base with my husband about which rooms had been cleaned, I discovered not all the rooms that should have been cleaned had been. I immediately contacted the company and she was professional and courteous about the misunderstanding. She realized we were owed more services and rectified the situation as quickly as she could. She came back out a few days later and did an awesome job. She even offered to run back over our hallway for us which she didn't have to do. The carpet still looks nice today.

Got Carpets? turned out really good. Those ladies were on time. They did a good job. They're very professional. I was real satisfied with them and I would use them again. That was a great price.

EXCEPTIONAL work and job!! We've tried Stanley Steamer, Zerorez, and local Atlanta companies. NONE as good as Got Carpets!!!! Very professional, explains everything and EXTREMELY TRUSTWORTHY!!!! No gimmicks or creating dirt to result in more money here! HIGHLY, highly recommend. Got stains out better than all other companies combined. I'm very happy and will use again as well as recommend! You won't be disappointed!

Krystle Griggie was right on time, got right to work and even though she had another appointment, she made the time to give me a price and then clean a love seat for me. I had been thinking I just might have to get rid of it, but with Krystle's steam cleaning machine and muscle power, she bought me a few more years until I will have to replace it. I have Krystle's business card in a drawer and I will definitely be calling her again.

As stated above, I Would certainly use her service again.

Krystle was Awesome! I was so pleased with the carpet cleaning that I asked her about cleaning the sofa. It was expensive, but it looks great! I would use this service again, and have already told my parents about her.

I have 2 dogs light colored carpet. The carpet gets dirty very quickly with muddy footprints. I used Got Carpets about a year ago when my carpet was dark brown from dirt...they got all of the dirt out and it looked GREAT. I used another coupon for another company several months after to cleanup my dirty carpet, and they were not able to get the dirt removed, the carpet was still brown. I was so disappointed, felt I had only gotten a wet vaccuum. i called another company (Pro Carpets) using a coupon and they also did not remove any of the brown dirt in the carpet... I decided to call Got Carpets once again as I am selling my house and want to have the carpets as clean as possible. Just as the first time, they got out all of the dirt and stains and made the carpet look wonderful. I have no idea why the others could not do this, and they made several excuses about why they can't remove stains...but Got Carpets did the job without any additional treatments. I did purchase additional rooms and deodarizing for the rooms which is extra, but I am so pleased and will ONLY use Got Carpets in the future...Dont waste your time with those others...This company does the BEST job.

I like the service that they provided me, they did a good job. I thought they arrive at the right time. They were fast and the carpet was really clean. I paid some extra fee for additional service that they provided me that wasn't included in the deal.

Very well. Krystal is very professional, thorough and unobstrusive. She moved furniture as needed and tackled some very tough stains. It all came out perfectly

Arrived on time, did the work well. Carpets and house smell great! They did try to sell us deodorizer which wasn't included in the "deal" and stain protection... we bought both but would have preferred if the package cost more at the outset and we didn't feel "nickled and dimed" at the time.

Arrived promptly. Very professional and friendly. Moved some furniture for better access to floors. Answered all my questions.

Provider reached in time to clean the carpet. I have carpet only in one room and 2 small closets. She finished the work in line few minutes and asked us to wait for the results when it is dry. But the overall outcome was not good. We still see patches on the carpet. It is clean at one place but not in other area. I was not satisfied with the outcome. I won't use this provider again.

Krystal was very professional and very thorough. The carpets she cleaned were at least fifteen years old and the pile was matted down in the high traffic areas. She was very diligent and got the carpets cleaner than anyone had in the past. Her equipment was so powerful that when she finished the carpets were not only clean but the pile was standing up again and was no longer matted in the high traffic areas. We were very pleased with her work and would use here service again.

I got lucky and found a Groupon for Got Carpet? about 3 years ago, and I was very impressed. I lost my business card she gave me and couldn't remember how to contact her. Well now that I'm on Angie's list, I saw a deal for carpet cleaning and saw the name Got Carpet? so I bought the coupon. My wife and I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday, and she called to ask if she can come out 30 minutes earlier because she had time. I didn't missed the call but that is what she said on her voicemail. Well I called her back, and I told her yes she can come out earlier. She got here on time that she said, came in found out what rooms needed to be done, and got to work. She is a very trustworthy person, she went upstairs and hammered out the master bed room, came down stairs did the family room, and then the hall ways and she was done in like 30 minutes. She was AWESOME and very PROFESSIONAL. I would recommend her to ANYONE. Plus they do not use any chemicals, her company is a GoGreen Carpet Cleaning business. We had someone come in to clean our carpet last year, and they used harsh chemicals, and the carpet still looked dirty. Got Carpet? is the best place to call when you want it done right!!!!!
