Got Carpets?

*(See previous explanation) The provider thought she could fix the browning in the cotton and linen area rug, but she couldn't. It turned brown again, wasting the protection fee. We mutually agreed to refund that fee.

They did a great job! I called Friday afternoon and they were able to come out the next day. She did all the carpet in the house in an hour and a half. We will definitely use them again.

got Carpets did a miraculous job of cleaning my carpets soiled with pet stains from my new puppy. I was so pleased with the results. Krystle was very professional and completed all service in an efficient manner. I would definitely recommend Got Carpets in the future and have found the carpet cleaning company that I will use in the future.

They came on time and were able to quickly quote for the additional work beyond the coupon we were using from Angie's list. They did a fantastic job of cleaning the rugs, some of which were very stained, and completed their work very quickly.

After I purchased the stain resistance the last time, I couldn't get the wine stain out. So I called them, and they came right out and cleaned it. I like that they weren't acting discouraging about it. It was something they could really quick. They did it in 15 minutes and they were gone. You couldn't tell that it was ever stained. I am shocked, because red wine is the worst. It took them less than 5 minutes to get the stain out. They didn't charge me.

They were excellent. They were an excellent company. They were very positive, very organized, the got things done in a very timely way, they used those little furniture pads after cleaning it. It was just an overall positive experience. They arrived on time. I am definitely have to program their number into my phone. I can't remember that made me disappointed or that they could improve on. I mean my carpet was completely cleaned when they finished. I have no negativity on it at all. They were probably here less than an hour. 45- 50 minutes. There were two people, a guy and a girl, so the guy was able to move all the heavy furniture and stuff like that.

Krystal & Walter arrived on-time. They were very courteous and went to work right away. There was one small stain made by coffee that Crystal treated with a special cleaner at no extra charge. She and Walter do excellent work. One thing I really like about Krystal is that she takes time to answer any questions about treatment & carpet care, and she gives knowledgeable, professional answers.They have cleaned my carpets before and I was 100% satisfied. I recommend them highly!

They were great as usual. This is the second time I have used this company. They were on time and my carpet looks amazing! Thank you for a job well done.

Our experience with Got Carpets was horrible. There pricing scheme is at best deceptive and at worse BAIT AND SWITCH. Krystle gave us an estimate of around $250. When she arrived she started to up-sell us on carpet protection and suddenly the new quote was over $600.00. My wife and I took five minutes to decide what we wanted to do during which time Krystle had already "pretreated" spaces which we told her we would not be having cleaned given the new expense. Ultimately, we had 1/3 of the work done for more than the estimated price. The Angie's List coupon was suddenly not valid because we had too little work done. And the pre-treatment chemical was left on our carpets which is of concern since we have small children. Krystle could not tell us what the chemical was so we are unclear if it is safe for our children. I was shocked with the experience and subsequent follow up in my phone conversations with Krystle and her co-wokers (she hung up on me). I hope we are the exception because this is the worst company I have ever found on Angies List. We will see if they ever can provide us details on what this mystery per-treatment is and if it's safe for my family. So disappointed.

I paid for 5 rooms but it appeared that I needed to pay additionally which I called prior to paying to make sure what I should pay for. But the work was done well.

Professional and courteous. My furniture and carpet look brand new. I will definitely hire again and have told all my relatives and friends.

Exceptional service! My carpets looks nearly new despite their 20 years. Krystle was able to remove pet stains, wine stains and general day to day dirt. This is the second time I've used Got Carpets, and it won't be the last!

I had several stains in my carpet that I was sure wouldn't budge even after the cleaning...so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that almost every stain was gone and the very few stubborn stains were nearly invisible.

He was fine. He did a good job. He charged us more than the big deal because he thought one of the room was oversized. I thought it was overpriced.

Krystal and Walter arrived on time and were extremely professional and accommodating. I ended up paying additional because two of my rooms measured more than 300 sq ft (which accounted for 2 areas vs. one). But overall, I am pleased with the results and would use them again (provided I can get this Angie's List or other discount).

They got all the spots up. They even came early for my appointment. They cleaned thoroughly.

This company told me that they would be out to clean my carpets today and I woke up to an email saying they had taken me off the list becasue I did not call and confirm the appointment with them.

The service as great! I booked everything through Angie's list and never had to make a phone call. Krystle showed up just after 9am. The estimated time of arrival was between 9 & 11, so I was very pleased with her coming on the early side of the time. We walked through all the rooms so we were both clear on the expectation. The carpets look great! I will use them again.

Cleaned my family room, bedroom, dining room and hall carpet.

Was not able to get all of the stains out of our carpet, and carpets took 4+ hours to dry, unlike the 1 hour they mentioned.

Good. A lot of the spots came out, but some of the deeper ones are still noticeable but faded

Went very well. Paid for 7 rooms and there are only 6 in the house. Had to pay for extra room and hallways but felt without a 7th room, this should have been waived.
