Got Carpets?

They arrived 15 minutes early which was good with me. Very careful with the equipment they used. Two people did the work. Very efficient. Carpets look great!

The job went very well. These young ladies are exceptionally hard workers. I used them because they had such good ratings. The good ratings are well deserved.

Overall the service was done well. My carpets looked nice and I felt more comfortable knowing that no chemicals would harm my animals/ on

I purchased an Angie's List deal for carpet cleaning services by Got Carpets (3 rooms for $99). This was my first time using Got Carpets, and I'm quite pleased with the work. Krystle and her worker showed up on time, got to work, and did a thorough job. My only concern, I made several attempts to reach her a couple of days prior to my scheduled appointment to confirm my appointment. I finally received an email confirmation from her @ 10pm the night before my appointment. I can only assume she is very busy, but she needs to improve upon her communication/contact with customers. Nonetheless, I would use her services again in the future.

She arrived within the agreed time slots with an assistant and got right to work. They were efficient an did not waste time. I was very happy with the results. I even got extra plastic footies..

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was great. They were on time, they worked quickly, and my carpets looked like new when they were done. They also used stain guard in my living room.This was the first time to use them. I just think it is amazing, because I had deep stains on my carpet and the dry time was fast. It must have taken them 2 hours.

Got Carpets arrived a little early. Introduced themselves and evaluated the size and condition of the rugs. They asked about the various services we wanted for the rugs and got right to work. After each rug was cleaned they asked if I thought it was acceptable. When the work was complete theyasked if they could put the furniture (table) back on the rug which they would raise with plastic blocks. I told them the rug was going in another room and they said they would be happy to put it back in that room. This required putting the non slip piece down on the floor, then putting the large rug down and then lifting and raising the desk off the carpet with guards. What wonderful and hard working people. I asked several questions about the future care of the rug which they carefully answered to my satisfaction. Great job by two wonderful people!

It worked out fine. They did what they were suppose to, pricing was good and no problems. It is a one person operation so sometimes getting a hold of them was a little difficult.

They came right on time. Very easy to work with. The carpets were FILTHY! the stairs were stained terribly!! When they left, the carpets were spotless! And smelled so good! My husband and I thought we'd have to invest in new carpets. It had been years since we cleaned them. Now, we're walking on air and clean carpets!!

It was really good. I actually forgot about it and they sent me a reminder. I called her up one day and we scheduled it and she came out. She did a really good job. I was very happy with her. She did what I asked her to do. She offered me another service and I did purchase it. It was for Scotch guard on the carpets. It was optional; it was something that she asked me if I was interested in. So it wasn't an extra charge, it was something she offered and I felt that was OK. She did a very good job and she was very professional.

They were great, from my first contact with them throughout the entire process of scheduling and delivery of services. Very professional. Great cleaning equipment. Fast but thorough. Best carpet cleaning I've had in this house. My carpets are showing age, but they brought them back to life. Carpets were dry in about 4 hours for most of the house and a little longer for the hallway. They removed stains, just did a fabulous job. Love that there was no chemical smell, just smell fresh and clean. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine, no problems whatsoever. They came in and did a great job. I just never received any kind of follow up information from her. She didn't come back and let us know that she'd be available or give us any information on the company. She just pretty much did the service and left. I spent a little bit more. The service wasn't bad, she just didn't have much in the way of customer service.

Arrived on time and went straight to work.

Cleaned my carpets, they did a good job, my only complaint was tjhem telling me it would dry in 4-5 hours when it really took 12-15 hours. I would have given them an A if they had done better on the water extraction.

I bought a Big Deal package and paid slightly more for some additional services. My 20 year old pet damaged carpets looked like new. She worked quickly and was very thorough and professional. I am thrilled with the work that was done.

Nice job, very professional and courtiuos. I will hire Got Carpets again in the future.

I can't say enough about her. She was awesome! She came out about four or five days after I called her. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I also got additional scotch guard on top of that and so she honored the $75 off for the entire price. I had the carpet cleaned twice before with two other providers in Atlanta and they never got the stains out and she got them out. So she did a great job!

They showed up 10 minutes early, examined the area's that we requested to be cleaned - my request included focusing on the stains around the baseboards and they recalculated the estimate which resulted in a lower cost from the original estimate. They accepted the coupon that I got off of Angie's List for a $75 discount which brought the total cost to $155 - an excellent price for the square footage cleaned. They did a superb job too!

They showed up exactly at the appointed time and they were considerate, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend this company!

Prompt return call. Easy scheduling, communication. All carpeted areas cleaned, small furniture moved. Excellent results. I will definitely use Got Carpets again.

Great job. Did everything I asked and carpet looks great.

Very good service, cleaned all the rooms in a timely manner and spent extra time on tough spots that could have stained but was able to get them all out. Took care of moving or putting all furniture on feet so it didn't stain the carpets while wet. All and all a good service for the price.

The only problem I had with Got Carpets, is somehow there was some misunderstanding on the day they were to come out and clean. They took care of me very professionally and came out the day they promised. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Got Carpets did a great job in my home and completed the job quickly. They were very personable and professional from my first call through the end of the job. It did cost much more than expected after adding in the carpet guard in all rooms than the promo I found on Angie's List, however they did a great job. Would recommend to others.
