Got Carpets?

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. I wasn't really impressed with the company. They came by and there were all of these additional charges that I wasn't aware of when I first called them and when they came and cleaned the carpets. That was when I already purchased the coupon so I had to go ahead and do it. They said that if I wanted to remove a stain from a carpet, or the black that's around the perimeter of the walls, of if I wanted to use an eco-friendly stuff, that's an extra charge. I just assumed that this is what carpet cleaning was supposed to be and there was just none of that. I wish that they had told me about these because then I would have never gone with them. When I called about the coupon, the person on the other line was like, “This is gonna be the best coupon for you.” I think I have ordered $50 off or something like that. When all was said and done and I had to purchase all these stuff, it turned out that the coupon that was best for me was the 10% off. It was sort of bit ingenuous. I was like, “What did I use you guys for?” They also told me that they're not gonna be able to take a stain off or that it's not gonna come off. They told me that they would move certain pieces of furniture and move light things as they clean. I had small things like bags that were sitting on the floor and they said they won't move that. They told me that I'm gonna get $10 off of my next cleaning but I'm not gonna use them anymore. They came out within a week of the purchase. They called me right away and they came on time. Their price was average, they were kinda sort of with all the other competitors.

Very badly. An appointment was made, through a purchase of a Big Deal. No followup. Did not show up at the arranged time on the arranged date. I have been unable to make contact with the company with numerous attempts and messages left and emails sent. I have paid for the service and am now unclear how to get a refund.

Carpets were clean and fresh smelling which is hard to believe given the long-haired dog who lives there. They did a great job!

Provider was professional and courteous. The carpets were steamed cleaned, the carpets are old but they cleaned up nicely.

It went very well. We were called when they were on their way to our home. The work was done efficiently and the quality was very good. The work was done in a timely mannor and took less time than I imagined it would. We were so pleased, we discussed having other rooms done in the future. We highly recommend this company.

Provider was on time and truly professional. This is the second time I used this provider.

things were to my preferences

I have two dogs one very big and the carpets get stained with red clay and they did not look white. Krystle and Walter did the most fantastic job on my white carpets as though they were new. I can't believe the job they did. I also had the protective guard put on for $70.00 and when I saw the job they did I had them go ahead for $158.40 and do the two area carpets that also needed to be cleaned. I am very pleased with the outcome and would certainly have them come and do my carpets again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went real well. He came in and did a very nice job. He was absolutely on time to the minute. Everything turned out well. I had some extra rooms done so there were extra charges.

It was fine. We paid more than the big deal purchase but we had some other stuff done. They did a fine job. They did a great job. I would use them in the future.

I was VERY impressed with the way the carpets turned out, they look wonderful. They were very polite and likeable and I would definitely use them again the next time around. I had an Angie's List Voucher where I paid $75 for $150 toward carpet cleaning P:US a FREE Gift Card but I forgot to ask about the FREE gift card. Would love to have it so I can either pass it on to a neighbor or use it myself in the future.

No person stated how many square feet of carpet was to be cleaned, only 3 rooms. Which is always a guessing game. Next time we clean carpet, the square footage will be stated.

They were prompt, professional, and did a great job.

Crystal and her helper showed up on time, as they have before. They were attentive to the spots I wanted to clean and moved furniture as needed. When they left, I realized that they had put little carpet protector squares under the feet of all the furniture. I wouldn't use anyone else in the Atlanta area. She stays booked up and can be hard to schedule, but well worth the wait.

They were on time, in uniforms, very polite and business like. Were in and out in less than 20 mins and did a great job.

I moved all the furniture prior to them coming so all the carpet areas that needed to be cleaned was totally exposed. I was not happy with the experience. They were in a hurry and did the job in 45 minutes. They realized it was a special for $67 so they got in and out as fast as they could. It took 6 hours for the carpet to dry. When the carpet dried it was brittle like dead grass, we have had to vacuum multiple times to try to get the brittle feeling out. We have had a lot of contractors to the house and they were the first people who walked in without taking off their shoes, putting booties on over their shoes or even asking if it was ok to leave their shoes on.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. We paid a little more because we wanted them to clean more carpet than the Big Deal specified. They gave us a free sanitizing service which was not included in the deal. They were very good and we definitely would use them again if we need it. The pricing was good and competitive; we have no complaints. They did not think they could remove one stain on the carpet but after it dried it was gone. They provided more than I expected.

Their service was exceptional. Krystle and Walter arrived when Krystle told me they would, and they only took about 40 minutes to do all the work we had for them. They did an incredibly good job. They got out stains that my wife and I thought would be there until we replaced our carpets; I was amazed. I am extremely impressed with both Krystle and Walter, and with the work they did, and I can't thank them enough. Our carpets have new life. And I'm especially happy that they employ green technology; that's important to us, and a good part of the reason we hired them. Now I'm doubly impressed by the great results green methods can achieve in the hands of truly professional people. I give them my thanks for a job very well done. They're my number 1 for any future work.

Had wanted to clean some loose carpets, but coupon specified wall-to-wall. Adding the loose carpeting and paying to restore the carpet protection cost more than I would have liked.

She did a very nice job. She was very friendly and cordial. Her work was good. It's just that the job I gave her was impossible because the stain wouldn't come out. She was there on time. She was very nice.

It was an example of unanticipated service, quality, professional knowledge with jaw-dropping fantastic results totally beyond our expectations!! The carpet was good quality, but almost 20 years old, saw children, friends, family, 4 cats through old age and all the relative stains (mostly the cats!). At most, the carpet had been cleaned one time. When the Got Carpets pros called with availability and option to come an hour and 1/2 prior to the scheduled appointment, I explained that I was in the process of prepping the room and the response was "no problem, we'll help". Though the remaining carpets in the house will be replaced with hardwood, in the interim we'll definitely work with Got Carpets.

There was some initial confusion about when they were going to be able to come out to perform the services. We had schedule an appointment but they had left a called to let us know that they would not be able to make an appointment and would contact us to reschedule. So I was a little surprised when they showed up at the originally scheduled time. They explained that they were without one of their crews so they had tried to reschedule as many appointments as they could and kept the appointments that they were not able to reschedule. When they arrived, they told me what items should be moved or taken care of to maximize the area they could clean. They were able to complete a bedroom a living room and stairs all within under an hour. The one thing that I told them they could do better is to bring plastic to cover wooden floors. Due to walking on the wet carpet, the wooden floors are now very clearly in need of cleaning. They were very nice and professional and I would use them again.
