Got Carpets?

They worked with my schedule. They were on time and kept in contact with me. I have a very light colored carpet in my living room and hallway. I was considering replacing my carpet because of the many stains that I couldn't get out. Their method of cleaning got it so clean that I might hang on to this carpet a little longer. Great job! I was surprised by so much professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness. The services were provided by the owner herself, and she was awesome. She offered to move furniture, she did most of the work, and she always had an easy smile on her face. I was impressed and happy with the results.

They were very professional and did a good job. There were a few small stains that they could not get out. They were from my cats so I didn't expect that they could. They took about an hour to finish.

Angie's List offered a $75 for $150 Voucher Toward Carpet Cleaning which was just what I was looking for. I'd just bought a new home and the previous owners did not clean their wall to wall before moving out. The master bedroom was awful so GotCarpet's coupon was just the fit I needed. We emailed back and forth to find the perfect date and time which allowed me to fit in the cleaning around my work schedule. AND when GotCarpet's arrived on time and professionally, they pointed out that they could clean much more than just the master bedroom for that $75. They cleaned a couple more rooms on the high traffic areas, got spots out that began to show up as the surrounding areas got cleaner and were in and out in record time. I was very pleased and will use them again when it comes time to do my semi-annual wall to wall carpet cleaning. Thanks Angie!

They arrived within the window of time scheduled, were courteous and efficient. The carpet looks very good -- night and day different from the dry cleaning done several months earlier.

Very weel they were on time and quick but not at the expense of doing an excellent job.

It wasn't very good. They didn't show up for my original appointment. They never called, though I called them several times. Finally they called me back a couple weeks later and scheduled. When the owner showed up, she said, because they had to reschedule me, they'd give me free deodorizer. I wanted them to do scotch guard on the carpet and she said that if I wanted to do that after the Big Deal purchase of $125 or $150 credit, for which I paid $75, I would still need to put $20 to do it. I asked if, instead of doing the deodorizer they could just do the scotch guard and it would wash itself out. She said yes, she's do that, but I'd have to leave her a good review on Google. I thought it was really unprofessional. I didn't think she did a very good job. It seemed like after she found out I'd purchased from Angie's List she was really quick and not very thorough, because there were some areas of concern. One of the rugs in my kitchen had a milk spill on it and you can still see where the milk had spilled.

Called ahead to confirm appt. and even called to ask if they could come early......... Very professional, uniformed.....great equipment...... I added extra services other than what was on coupon and all priced fairly....... What a pleasant surprise................would definitely recomment them again in the future.............

It was great. They were punctual and professional. They did a good job.

It went well. The two person team arrived promptly at the rental home. They were fine with having to hook up their hose to the back of the house since the front of the house spigot was turned off underneath the house. the did not try and upsell me on any additional services, but did inform me of other services. There wasn't any push for it at all, but I did opt to do the Green Guard for $81in additional to the Angie's Deal price of $67 for the 3 rooms and a hall. 10 year old Berber cream color carpet looks really good compared to what is looked like before!.

the service provider was very nice but I had 3 bedrooms a dining room and a family room with 2 hallways and it was considered 9 rooms. the furniture wasn't even moved so the square footage was even smaller. my entire house is only 1800 sq ft with kitchen and 2 baths excluded. I felt it was very expensive for the work done. the carpets were clean but I will try a more affordable service provider in the future

I very much liked the people who work with Got Carpets. They came early (called me beforehand) which worked well with my schedule. I took the two person team downstairs and we discussed what I needed done and what they would do. Before I knew it they were finished and came upstairs. They did a great job! It took the carpet 6 hours to dry because I didn't have the air conditioning turned on downstairs. Thank you Got Carpets!

Very professional and timely. Did a great job and didn't try to sell me a bunch of other things. Will definitely use them again.

The vendor was very punctual and call a couple of times to confirm appointment. While the quality of work was exceptional, it's the little things that have a tendency to add up. For example, if your bedroom has a sitting room that's extra. Walk in closets are also extra. All but one of the bedrooms had a walk in closet and the master bedroom had a sitting room as well. She honored the $129.00 special, even though it had expired, which was very commendable. Even though the walk in closets and sitting room, tacked on extra cost, she did an "AWESOME" job and I will use her again. Next time, I'll have a better idea of what to expect from a cost perspective.

They were on time, they moved the heavier furniture around to clean. There were two people that showed up. They did the work within the time frame and I had time to inspect the carpet. I had them clean two additional rooms for an extra fee. The two additional rooms were $75.

Punctual. LIMITED SERVICE AND EFFECTIVENESS 1. I had to supervise to make sure that furniture was being moved to complete the cleaning. Otherwise some of it would not have been done. 2. Organic cleaning MEANS THAT ANY DIRTY PATHWAYS ARE LIMITED AS TO HOW CLEAN THEY CAN GET. This was told to me by the provider when she was doing the service. 3. Most of the floor was covered by a synthetic area rug which means that the carpet underneath did not need to be cleaned. HOWEVER THE PROVIDER WOULD NOT, WITHOUT AN ADDITIONAL HEFTY CHARGE, do a quick once-over on the area rug. If it had been wool I could understand concerns about the possibility of dyes running but mine was synthetic. She seemed to unaware that this put an end to any ideas of using her in the future. It would have been better and at the same price to rent a cleaner and have done the whole job better myself.

They showed up on time and called 30 mins before hand to confirm which was nice. Overall service was okay. Would use them again.

Arrived on time, very professional, fast, and took care to do quality work. It doesn't get any better than that, GREAT service!

They were able to clean the carpets better than anyone else. They were very personable and responsive. We were pleasantly surprised by the service.

The company contacted me after I purchased and first told me that the offer was only good for wall to wall carpet. I purchased the offer in August and she could not come until the middle of September. I emailed her a week before asking if she could do area rugs while she was here for extra fee and she said she could. Then no one came nor called.

Removed spots on sofa and recliners. Did a spot check with chemicals before cleaning oriental rug. When necessary, went over areas that were heavily dirty to make sure everything was clean. Note: Purchased a second coupon from Angie's list to clean the rest of my home that was not included in this coupon.

Excellent experience! On time, great job and the carpets looked like new. The house sold in 2 weeks!
