Got Carpets?

The service provided was fine. They were very pleasant and they did a good job of cleaning but it took a long time for it to dry, like four days. The only reason I wouldn't use them again is because it took so long to dry.

The service went very well. The Got Carpets representatives were on time and professional. Where possible, they moved furniture and cleaned underneath.

They did a good job and it was easy to schedule. I let the carpets dry for three days but they said it would take about twenty four hours.

I have no complaints with the scheduling and the two people they sent were on time. The carpets dried quickly and they look great.

She was very professional, she was on time and called in advance to advise she was on her way and the estimated time of arrival. I would highly recommend this carpet cleaning company.

Overall, it went very well. The only concern is that they were late and did not notify us. I had to call to find out they were tied up in traffic and would be late. They arrived at least an hour -- I think -- after the estimated arrival time. Once they arrived, however, the crew -- Krystal and another worker -- were very efficient and professional. They moved the light furniture out of the way. They worked on stains and got out the ones they could. They put plastic protectors under metal furniture legs afterward so that the metal wouldn't rust on to the carpet. They even gave us shoe protectors so that we could walk around in our shoes while the carpet was drying. They were also very conscientious about alerting us to a problem with the water faucet in the front of the condo building that was not properly shutting off. I would not recommend, however, paying extra for the chemical that was supposed to prevent liquid from soaking into the carpet. It was supposed to puddle on top and not get absorbed in, but it did not work this way for us. All in all, however, I was very pleased with the service and will use them again.

I'm not exaggerating when I say I've had at least 20 different companies clean the carpets in my house but I'll never call anyone but Crystal again. Twice she's made my ancient, pet stained carpets look new.

When they didn't show up, I emailed through Angie's messaging service to find out what happended. They have never responded to me. I have Angie's to refund my money as I purchased this special deal directly from Angie's.

The company was late, but did call to inform of what was the reason and what time of arrival, when did arrived went around the house to see what was needed to be done and got straight to work and did a complete job.

Went great. I am a big Zero Rez fan and Got Carpets did as good of a job at a MUCH better price. They were on time and personable. They offered extra options but were not pushy. They also accomodated my schedule changes.Thanks Crystal!

great !!!! we have used got carpets before and were so pleased with their work we used them again and will continue to . the selling point for got carpets was that everything she uses is safe for pets. krystal is very punctual has always been here when she said she would be....she is professional and always pleasant......when she gets here with her assistant they begin work immediately and don't stop until they are finished. we have cats and there were some serious stains outside the litter boxes, she cleaned the carpet so well there was no sign of the stains when she finished and the odor is gone. when she finished the carpet everything looked and smelled so clean. we are on a 6 month cleaning schedule with her and i continue to recommend them every chance i get.

Very professional. I have two cats - one of which had marked the corners of my living room. The deodorizing took care of these areas and the entire downstairs smelled and looked fresh and clean. The service was quick and efficient. I will definitely be calling on these fine folks again!

Everything was excellent, they were extraordinarily responsive, HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and they came back and retreated the mattress (for free) because you could still smell the urine. The thing is, I don't think there is any way possible to totally eradicate the smell of cat urine. Lesson = No more indoor cats. I looked back and think there were about 20 emails between me and the woman who came out to my house. It's rare to find customer service at that level these days. Use this company. I talked to the others who had good ratings....they just didn't have it together like these people do.

I wasn't there when they performed the work. My son-in-law said they came in got to work cleaned the carpets, put the furniture up on little blocks so the carpet could dry, cleaned up their stuff and left. Very professional, no problems, the carpets look great. Will definitely use them again.

When the Got Carpets staff arrived, we confirmed my square footage and looked at problem areas on the carpet. I had a lot of carpet to clean and had renters in my home with small children and pets for the last year. After confirming the work to be done, they started right in. They did an excellent job in cleanup after they completed the work.

First, I was contacted by the provider within hours of my coupon purchase on AL. We agreed on an appointment time with no problems. They arrived at the very beginning of their appointment window and were done in less than an hour!!! We had moved all of the furniture ourselves to ensure that the entire carpet could be accessed. They were very professional and very efficient. I am completely satisfied with the whole experience!

We had to re-schedule a couple times due to scheduling conflicts on their end first, then on mine. When we finally made it work, they were there promptly within the time frame expected. The job was done quickly and the carpet looks great. They did not move any furniture (there is one sofa in the room), but I didn't ask them too, either. Perhaps that kind of thing needs to be discussed up front? Still, I didn't think our sofa needed to be moved. The main traffic/dirt areas were exposed and cleaned. It looks great.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were quite satisfactory. He came on time, did a respectable job of cleaning up, and cleaned up after himself. The price was exactly what was quoted. I might use them again in the future.

This company, when called, was not interested in scheduling to have carpet cleaned. they said to call Angie's List, they acted uninterested.

Had a strong smell in the one bedroom from bug spray. They treated the carpet to remove the nasty, sticky residue and also got rid of the horrible smell. They were very nice, very professional, and very thorough. AND the smell is gone!!

* showed up an hour late with no call. * My carpets were heavily soiled from 7 years of kids and pet traffic. They don't charge extra for heavily soiled carpet, and it looks great now (better than I hoped for).
