Got Carpets called promptly and an appointment was set up. The process took about 1 1/2 hours and was happy. However, over the next few days, spots began to start coming back. I contacted them for a touch up on the stains and an appointment was set up. Got Carpets contacted us to see if they could come earlier that Saturday and we agreed. Got Carpets arrived and were gone within 15 minutes. The stains were still there when they left and I felt they did not put the time or effort in on the return trip to remove the stains.

On time Professional Carpet cleaned very well Little more than others price-wise but well worth it. Would use them again and again and again

I set the date on the internet which they did not confirm and they did not call ahead. Fortunately I work from home so it wasn't a problem but it might be for others.

I purchased an Angie's list deal, $75 for $150 voucher worth of carpet cleaning. Got Carpet's regular price is $37.50 per room, so our house would run $187.50. The next business day upon purchasing the deal, I was contacted by Got Carpets for scheduling an appointment. They were able to accommodate the day I was looking for. Scheduling timeframes were in 2 hour increments. We also added an area rug and Scotch Guard protectant for one room to the scope. The cost for the area rug was $50 and the one room of Scotch Guard was also $37.50. Aside from a couple of areas that I knew were going to be permanently stained, Got Carpets did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and making them feel and smell fresh and new. We were very excited to get our carpets cleaned and were very pleased with the results by Got Carpets. We have cats and children so it's a constant battle to keep spills and pet stains off the carpets. We will definitely hire Got Carpets again for our next cleaning.

They were fantastic! Krystle was friendly, on-time (15 minutes early, in fact), speedy and best of all EFFECTIVE. I would definitely use them again.

They give you an estimate over the phone and then you schedule. They were able to get a technician out to clean my carpet within 72 hours of me purchasing the big deal. The technician let us know that the carpets had excessive wear and were in need of replacement but they would try their best. They used the strongest chemicals and the old embedded stains at most faded to a lighter color. The carpets did look cleaner. My advice is if you know your carpets are very old and in need of replacement then don't expect a miracle. I think using this company is good if you want to maintain your new carpets fresh and looking good and getting rid of any recent stains.

I was surprised how much newer the carpet looked. I underestimated the stain removal efficiency and will not wait so long for my next carpet cleaning.

Very well. They were on time, rapidly set up to do the work, and did the work very efficiently with excellent results. They were careful to put furniture up on plastic blocks, etc.

I was able to schedule a time that was convenient for me and they arrived during that window, with a courtesy call prior to arrival. All involved, from Tammy, who scheduled the appointment, to those who did the cleaning (sorry, forgot their names) were pleasant, efficient, and responsive. My old carpet looks so much better and I was thrilled that everything went so well-I hugged the owner for helping to make the experience so positive and enable me to have cleaner carpets for Thanksgiving. With a couple of dogs at home, I'm sure I'll be calling them, again!

I got the 5 room service. Four bedrooms and the stairs. I had to pay extra for the hallway that connects all those rooms. I was not expecting that. When I spoke to the girl on the phone she did not mention that the hallway would be extra. The people who performed the service were efficient and courteous.

Got Carpets was very professional and prompt. The team of two came in and cleaned all carpet areas except for areas under furniture. They offered extras for additional costs which I chose to have done.

I've used this company in the past and they did a nice job, so I was a return customer. Something that should be made clearer by the company is that a carpet with a bound edge is considered an area rug and not a carpet. We have a bound-edge carpet in our family room over the hardwood floor. It is nearly wall-to-wall, sits on a carpet pad, has carpet backing, but has a bound edge and is not tacked to the floor. This is the only carpet that needed cleaning as it's in a high traffic area. I was told over the phone that just a living room carpet would not qualify for their minimum charge and I should add two rooms to meet the minimum, so I agreed to add the bedrooms. Once the technicians arrived, I was informed that the bound carpet was an area rug and it would be subject to the cost of cleaning an area rug, which is calculated by square foot. This came to over $350 for one small room, not including the bedrooms which were another $200+. This was more than double the phone quote. When I voiced surprise and dismay, I was told I should have known this was an area rug and not a carpet, because an area rug is anything not tacked down to the floor. I explained that there was no guidance provided on the website nor when I called and spoke to the scheduler about what carpets would be cleaned. (I consider an area rug to be one that is handwoven or loomed, and needing special care. This is not a delicate rug, but regular carpet milled in a factory and intended for wall-to-wall installation.) She then offered to do just the bedrooms and I asked that the traffic area of the "area rug" be cleaned. She said she would still have to measure and charge by the square foot to calculate the charge. Since the bedrooms were added only to meet the minimum and didn't really need cleaning, and we could not reach a reasonable agreement on cleaning the bound carpet in question, I decided to cancel the service. So my carpets weren't cleaned and the technicians left. Frankly it felt like a bait-and-switch at the time, even though I believe it was a miscommunication. I don't think it's reasonable to expect customers to know how the cleaner defines area rug versus carpet. I define it as the material and workmanship of the rug, and they define it as whether or not it is attached to the floor. Had I been informed or asked when I first called to set the appointment it would have saved me a lost day, and the technician a fruitless visit that ended unproductively.

The service provided was okay. It didn't cover large spaces, I was hoping that they'll do that. I thought that it was going to be a different experience. They're good for everyday maintenance, they're not really good at dealing with heavy areas. If you're trying to do a basic refresh of a relatively small space, they'll be the people to call. They were on time and courteous.
