Got Carpets?

They were satisfactory and the price is what attracted me. They came out when they promised. I would use them again.

They did not try to put pressure on us to do any additional work. We were very pleased with the service. They did ask if we wanted any protection on the carpet, and we did get it for one room.

The carpets were very crunchy, and so I wasn't impressed. The interactions were okay. I paid an additional amount for the service.

It took three attempts to schedule an appointment and it was about a month before the work was able to be complete. They did explain there was a death in the family, but it took them about two weeks to respond and let me know that. They are a small company and the owner completed the work herself. She was able to complete the work in about three hours. There were additional costs beyond the prepaid rate of the deal. They did a good job with the work.

The main service went well but anything added was very expensive.

Was contacted by vendor. I asked to omit one room to have one chair steam cleaned. I was told no and that the price per chair was 55-60. Then I received a follow stating the price was incorrect and it was 60-65 plus an additional fee for scotch guard. Since we could not negotiate the services I needed specifically I need a full refund of the $125.00 and the additional $25 fee that showed charged from Angie's List.

No problem with the main cleaning. Carpets looked good. However, I specified that I was looking for extra spot-cleaning around the baseboards where the carpet was dirtier than elsewhere. One of the technicians said that wasn't their problem and that it was caused by air movement through the space where the floors meet the baseboards. She said I should have my heating ducts cleaned. What the cause was seemed not to be the point to me. The carpet was dirty and I was asking for extra help getting it clean in those areas. The response was logical, and I recognized the problem, but since we had only recently moved into the house and needed help with a deeper cleaning of the problem areas, I was disappointed that no further help was available for that issue.

Simply fantastic service. They really are good at what they do and very professional.

They called the evening before to confirm the appointment and showed up promptly at the scheduled time. The work was performed during below freezing temps in Atlanta, and the outside water connection to our house was frozen. As a result, they hooked up to the washer connection. The outside line must have thawed because my neighbor called about two hours later and said water was pouring from the spout. When we had the discussion about the frozen spout, I asked about coming on another day, and her first response was, "I'll have to charge you another $45 dollars." I found her manner to be abrupt bordering on rude. Regarding the cleaning process, I was disappointed in the outcome. I might have expected too much, but there was no discernible difference in cleanliness and there were some weird "ridges" left in the carpet in some places (pictures available). For that reason, I would not use them again and would not recommend them to others.

The service went very well. I had to call them back to come and clean some stains, and they came right back, and did it, and they did a good job. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and cooperative. I paid extra, as I threw in an extra room.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They arrived on time, did their work and left. I had all the furniture moved so it was a piece of cake.

The work was thorough, they came on time and you could see the difference before and after. It was pretty lenient, I had a another area that they did and did't charge me extra.

They were okay. However, all they would do for what I bought was really just steam the carpet. There were a lot of hidden costs.

It was very well. They were very prompt and efficient. It worked out very well. They did a great job.

I knew there would be add ons but not that they would be so expensive; each walk in closet was an additional $22 plus add 70% more for scotchguarding. The walk in closets were two long swipes so I wish I had passed on those. We were ready for them, so they only had one item to move - so I kind of hoped for a break in the add ons. Didn't happen. I pity the poor souls who aren't expecting add ons (like my husband, who was in mild sticker shock).

Their pricing was competitive. Everything worked out well. They were quick and efficient. The people that did the work were fine. They were pretty thorough and got the job done pretty quickly.

Communication: Tammy and Krystle provided immediate response to my voicemail and e-mail regarding price, work that will be performed, and schedule. My tenants had to reschedule twice and Got Carpets were not hesitant with rescheduling the appointment. Responses were fast and pleasant. Quality of Work: I relied on my tenants to let me know the result of Got Carpets's work. My tenants were very pleased with the result. They immediately contacted me after the work was done and one week later to let me know how clean the carpet was. Pleased tenants = pleased landlord. Verdict: I will definitely use Got Carpets again for my properties.

They were in and out in 30 minutes

That was fine. We did some extra stuff beyond the basic. I think she worked hard. We waited a while and called and she came right out. I believe she was punctual.

They did a great job. I wasn't the one that dealt with them so I don't know all the details but I do know they did a good job and we're really happy with them. It seemed like they came within a week after calling them. It seemed like a fair price.

It was good. I would recommend them. They were professional and polite. When I asked her to redo some of the spots, she did.

The coupon seemed worth the price then I added on more which pushed me to almost $400 Not their fault however seemed high for add ons.

Krystle and Walter were very professional and courteous. They did a great job of cleaning my carpets. I would definitely use them again.
