Krystle rendered excellent service. She was punctual, quick and gave me advice on how to address emergency spills quickly. I would not hesitate employing her and her services again

I asked them do some additional rugs which they didn't seem to happy to do and ultimately did not do. They wanted to charge more for the rugs than a room of carpet! They weren't happy when I wasn't willing to clean all the carpet in my home either.

Received a call when cleaner was on the way. Additions were discussed, and work proceeded quickly. I could see how much better the carpets looked as the cleaning proceeded. Work was done quickly and efficiently within the estimated time frame, even with the additions. Highly recommended.

They did a good job and I liked them. They were very professional, prompt, and I've had no problems.

First of all the woman answering the phone in the office was very personable and helpful. Krystle Griggie, the service person, arrived on time and did an excellent job! Beware! Ok, so we purchased the advertised special for $105 for 5 rooms, each room up to 300 sq ft. We only had four rooms to be cleaned, 2 were 120 square feet, one 140, and one 195. The technician came in on time, and told me we would have to pay extra for the hallway and "walk in closets," these are about 3x3 feet, 9 sq ft. closets and the master is bigger, so I understand that can count as a separate space., though we still have only 4 rooms even though we paid for 5. The total to clean the four closets and the hallway would be an additional $110. I really felt this was unreasonable and politely discussed this with the technician, to which she replied I was already getting a good deal! It did not seem so good with the $110 additional for the closets I would say:). In any case, she agreed to do the hallway instead of the 5th bedroom, and I agreed to the charge for the master because I really had no choice at this point. This is a new home and we are moving tomorrow. Overall, the technician had a major attitude and was argumentative and really not nice. She really could have approached this differently, such as "I am sorry that's our policy, etc." This was not the case. So far the carpets look fine, but this was really a gimmick to get you to pay more money, and I felt the customer service was majorly lacking!! Would not use this service again or recommend to anyone. it is possible this was specific to this technician, as I did read the great reviews, but I would not take my chances again. 3/26/14 Update: So it has been about one week since the cleaning. The carpets are clean, however, they are matted down A LOT and have a "hard" feeling to them. In relation to the carpet in the closets, these now look older and don't feel soft. Not sure why this is the case, but wanted to let others know this is what to expect.

They were timely. They got in and out. They were a little over priced but, they did a good job. I would use them again.

Great -- much better than other companies I've had out. They removed years-old stains (5+ years) that other companies couldn't. Came back to re-treat stains that were pulled up from the pad in the cleaning process. My 10 year old Berber carpets may not look completely new, but they're not an embarrassment like they were. I'd hire them again. I used a Big Deal, which made them very competitively priced.

I saw the deal on Angie's List of $125 of carpet cleaning for $75. I called the company and asked questions to include if they had someone to make carpet repairs. I was told they had a new person who was doing wonderful work. I asked about the Angie's List deal and was told to print it out and show it to the person who would come and it would be honored. I explained that I had already moved some of my stuff and no longer had a printer. I was told just pull up the email from Angie's List and it would be honored. I answered all the questions on the rooms and was told the regular price would be $532 and with the deal from Angie's list it would be $408. I set up the cleaning appointment and bought the deal from Angie's List. The person came; I was under the weather and told the lady that I had bought the deal from Angie's List. I showed her the email from Angie's list. She told me the price was $532, I kept telling her that I bought the deal from Angie's List. She finally said she made a mistake on the rooms and the price was $495+. She would not take the $125 off the $532 price. She told me the math was right. The next company I had looked at was $534 or $544 ( I forgot which). I was feeling sick and decided that if I changed now that it would just cost me even more money. I asked where the carpet repair guy was. She told me that there was no carpet repair guy. I told her that the lady I set up the service with told me that there was a new guy who repaired carpets. The lady said she owned the company and there was no carpet repair guy; she then called up the lady in the office and told her not to tell people that there was a carpet repair person. I showed the lady some spots that I was concerned about. She said that if her cleaning solution didn't get it that it would not come out because she used the best stuff available. She didn't get those spots out and we had to ask her to go over other spots. She got some of the spots out the second time. The concerned spots did not come out. I went and bought a carpet cleaner that had a brush on the can. I got the concerned spots out. This is the second time that I have filled this online review out. Apparently Angie's List didn't like what I had to say since I said that Angie's List should refund my $75 since the company would not honor the deal. I still feel like I was cheated. IF I hadn't been in a time crunch, I would not have used the company and cannot recommend them because in my opinion the overall service was unprofessional.

It was fine. We had no problems. It was what they advertised they would do. We were happy with it.

They did a good job cleaning the carpert, however, there was a lot of upselling. Mini hallways, mini closets. Only a good deal if you have a small square footage.

The cleaning was fine but there were extra charges for just about everything. I wasn't happy about that as the extra charges were not in line with the advertisement. The work done was adequate.

They had a great smiling attitude, worked in a professional manner. We did not purchase the additional carpet protection offered at approx. $25.99 /$29.99 per room. Master bedroom has large king size bed, guest bedroom has queen bed, neither of which was moved, hence the additional carpet protection was not cost feasible.

|Everything went fine. Asked me to inspect the job to see if anything needed to be re-done before they left. I was quite satisfied. They were very friendly and cordial the whole time.

They arrived at 830 and immediately began work and were finished by 930 am. I had purchased a deal to get 5 rooms cleaned for $125 and had to pay an extra $138 for the hallway and walk in closet and to have the carpets sanitized. The two worked as a great team and placed plastic squares under all do the furniture they moved. They only moved light furniture and that is what I wanted. The carpets looked brighter and the house smelled so good from the citrus in the spray bottle used to sanitize the carpets. It took about 6 hours for the carpets to dry and they look wonderful. The team was great to work with and were very careful with my furniture. A great job!

The service turned out great. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I won't ever use this company again. They were in and out in 30 minutes. They told me my living room would be considered two rooms and my living room is 11 x 13; I don't understand why that would be considered two rooms. The main problem I had is that a possum got in my house and died in my office. So it did not smell good in there. This was the main area I wanted them to clean. When they got here the Big Deal was wonderful, but they started nickel and diming me, asking if I wanted certain other services for additional money for each service. They kept nickel and diming me and the rug stayed wet for well over 24 hours. I was not pleased with them at all and will never use them again. I had the work done about a week after I purchased the deal.

They did a wonderful job. They were on time, they explained what they were going to do, I had other stuff to do, and they did what they said they would do. They proceeded to up sell some other services that they provided or could provide, and they were just very professional.

Price is misleading and quality of service is not great either.

The service went well, they were punctual and worked efficiently to get the job done. A two person team arrived at my home and they steamed cleaned the carpets in my house. I added some additional things like deodorizer and additional rooms that brought the price up a bit but it was well worth it. I would definitely use them in the future if needed and would recommend to friends and family.

They were great. They charged me more for 2 hallways. They did a good job. They put the little things under the furniture so it wouldn't damage the carpet and lifted them up. They removed the stains in the carpets.
