Got Carpets?

Scheduling was fine. The cleaning was mostly good. There were some spots that they could not treat.

They were on time, and very pleasant. The technician worked quickly and overall the carpets looked good. I had hoped that their machine/products would work some magic on a couple of stains I had, but I guess they were too set in.

The provider showed up, cleaned the carpets, and got the dark spots out of the HORRENDOUSLY dirty staircase that leads in from the garage. I was extremely concerned the spots would never come in from oil/residue being tracked in from the garage that constantly has things maintenanced in it. To my surprise, all the spots came out! We also had the provided scotchguard the area to prevent future messes. The bedrooms cleaned were very large, and I was concerned that they would be counted as two rooms, but luckily they were not. Over-all, the house looks fantastic, and it was all done so quickly.

Now that's saying something loud and clear.

We missed the fine print about not covering condos but we decided to have it done anyway. She did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpets. My wife was genuinely pleased. Definitely better than most of the carpet cleaning outfits that we have tried in the past.

It was fine. I don't remember any issues. They did a good job, but there were some additional fees because an area that I would have thought would be a hallway counted as a room. They were able to get out some stains.

Got carpet responded immediately to my reply. They arrived promptly on time ready to do business. Very courteous and professional. Paid attention to my needs and listened extremely well to my concerns. Zerorez told us they could not get the spots out and they did not. Got Carpets removed every spot. I am so pleased that I have shared their contact information with all of my family and friends. I plan on calling them each and every time to fulfill my carpet cleaning needs. They were amazing!!!

Provider arrived ahead of schedule, worked diligently to remove stains from light colored carpet, was professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for carpet cleaning,

It went very well. They were thorough and fast. They let me know exactly when they would arrive and were extremely professional, and got to work right away. Krystle was extremely respectful of my home and everything in it! Carpets look brand new!

It didn't work out well at all. I had to reschedule the service, but they never got back in touch with me. Thus, I paid $67 for them to do nothing.

They were on time, and they were quickly in and out in about 45 minutes. They didn't move any furniture , they just cleaned what was easily seen and accessible.

They very very punctual and did a great job overall. I was "upsold" on the service to clean more area rugs but it was worth it.

These folks are simply amazing. They did a great job on the 5 rooms and we are beyond pleased. If we could grade higher than an A it would be done. Carpets had not been cleaned in 2 years and when they left the carpets looked great, smelled clean, and everything they used was safe for our baby and puppy.

This is an OK service. They draw you in with a partial discounted cleaning. Then, if you need more, they charge you more.

Krystle called ahead and arrived a the time she gave. She conducted herself in a professional manner during the time she was in our home. She set things up quickly, ask questions about what we wanted done and got busy. She did a very good job on all of our carpets (most of which are old). She was quick and thorough.

Krystal showed up right on time and was very professional. She did a terrific job on the carpets and took extra care with all the furniture. She even moved heavy furniture on her own (I wasn't there to help) and put plastic under all furniture legs to keep them off the wet carpet. She replaced everything nicely as well. Although clearly very busy right now, she didn't rush at all and did a very thorough cleaning, even going over a couple of areas numerous times to get deep pet stains out. She also made recommendations on how to treat stains in the future. I will use her again in the future and recommend others give her a try. The carpets look great and the house smells very clean. She doesn't use any chemicals so there are no strange odors. We are very happy and impressed.

In an attempt to get a quote, I left a message and received a call back within 3 hours. The woman I eventually connected with to talk about my quote (Tammy?) consistantly interrupt me as I tried to provide the information for the estimate. When we got to the square footage numbers of what they considered a "room/area" she got flustered when I asked a simple question about overages on square footage and proceeded to tell me that this isnt the company for me (presumably becuase I ask too detailed questions for her), and advised me I should go elsewhere - Which I happily did! Does this woman not know there are tens of companies in Atlanta that clean carpets??? If I were the owner of this company I would be very concerned at the lack of professionalism of my "face to the customer" and wonder how much other business she has turned away.
