They cleaned the carpets exceptionally well! The cleaner was sweet, friendly and professional; I want her back next time.

Everything turned out well, and I was happy with the service. The two-person crew arrived on time, they did a thorough cleaning, and they helped me clear out some of the rooms even though that wasn't part of the deal which I appreciated.

The actual cleaning went well. However, the carpet was not well cleaned. The person doing the work was professional. I think the problem is with the process.

Krystle was great and on time. She cleaned carpets very well. I have used her cleaning service twice.

It was great! They cleaned our basement, play area, and an area rug. I also got some stain guard put on. Everything took about an hour and a half.

One individual came out and she did a good job. She was on time, she worked efficiently and she did everything that we agreed upon. She steam-cleaned bedrooms, a living room, dining room, hallway and stairs too. There was an additional charge for deodorizing and she told us that up front; due to it being an option.

They were on time and came ready to go. One employee came to do our home and checked all of the rooms/floors first to make sure there were no spots which needed more concentration than the other. The master closet, which is really a normal size closet, was more money and not included in the room charge (which was never told to me on the phone). I had to pay the same price as a hallway for that small closet. I also had to pay extra for similar situation, again. I just thought they were nickel and diming me once they came to the home. To top it off, the employee would walk right in the middle of most of the rooms when completed and didn't think to walk along the edges. I plan to use a different company next time.

The estimation was $99 and it went up to $136.5 at the day. I was in a hurry because the next day was the closing date. I couldn't help but paying. When I made the appointment via phone call, I asked her to send a confirmation to my email. I didn't receive anything. I wouldn't use the company. The carpet was already cleaned because I cleaned them two months ago before putting the house on the market. So it's hard to say they did really good job or not.

That was fine. They did charge me more than the $67 coupon because the coupon had expired I think. So they just charge me an additional fee which I can’t remember exactly. They did a fine job. It has been a while back so I don’t know. I will probably use them again because they did a good job. I think she came right on time.

It went wonderfully well. They were here on time. They were quick. They were efficient. It was great. They showed up after I purchased the deal. There was an extra cost because I added another room. But I did not pay more than the big deal offer. They were friendly and professional.

Crystal contacted me via cell to advise me of her ETA, which was well within the scheduled appointment time range. She came, we walked through the 3 stories of the home together, she quoted me a price (over and above what I had previously paid for a Big Deal and which I fully expected to pay), and she got right to work. The service she performed was Excellent. My carpets are 12 years old and she made them look almost new-definitely ready for listing the home for sale. If I had chosen not to have the fragrance applied, I would have saved $162.00 out of the $675.00 paid (25%). But, I decided to go all-in at this point to help get the house sold. Crystal is laid back, pleasant, professional and easy to work with.

They were hard to reach on phone. Calls seemed to go to a individuals cell phone voice mail. Pretty hefty upcharge for every little thing extra that we asked for. I knew there would be some additional cost from the deal we purchased, but was a good bit more than expected. The service person that showed up had a really poor attitude with my wife when she met her to get the work done. Work was satisfactory.

This was for my rental property; they called to confirm; they showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job; it was organic products!

The smells didn't go away altogether but that's because it was my mother's house and the carpets were full of smoke smell and also urine from her dog. Got Carpets did a great job with what they had to work with and I would definitely use them again!

Krystle was courteous and professional; provided good information and guidance about stains and 'carpet filtration'.

They didn't get rid of the stain, but it faded significantly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. There were no additional charges.

Krystle (owner) provided great service - I will definitely use her services again. She is professional and punctual, as well as experienced in cleaning carpets - which means she works quickly and is clear about which spots can be removed and which ones will still remain after the process.

We had 2 unusual cleaning situations. The bedroom carpet is off-white and had just been installed when delivery guys tracked wet, red clay across it. Got Carpet was able to get the stains out completely. We had adhesive that had gotten into the carpet in the den. She pre-treated the area and then did a full cleaning and now it looks brand new as well. The service provider was knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and had great communication skills (called to confirm ahead of time and then called to let me know on her way - and even called to followup the next day). I will definitely use them in the future.

They did a good job, they were in and out quickly. I was a little concerned with how wet the carpets were when they left, but when I got back from a weekend trip they were dry. I have a 30 day warranty in case any of the stains come back up.

It took a few days to get scheduled. The quality of the cleaning and communication were both excellent with them. They completed the work quickly and I have no complaints. I elected to have extra stain protection put down.

The quality of the work was excellent. They came quite a distance to service our carpet. They were great with scheduling and accommodating a Saturday morning cleaning, arriving at about 8:30 am. I should add that during a brief chat with Krystle--the owner--I mentioned how old and gross the carpeting is in our family room but that I didn't hire her to clean it because I'm thinking of replacing the carpet with laminate (why polish the brass on the Titanic, you know?). Krystle was so great - she looked at a small and very dirty area of the family room carpet not covered by a large area rug and said, "I can hit that." She cleaned it in no time, no charge, just a nice thing to do for a family on a limited budget. It's this sort of moment that needs to get recorded and reported on Angie's List so that members know Krystle's Got Carpets business is one of care and integrity.

The carpets came out looking great. The woman the cleaned the carpeting was on time, professional, and very efficient.
