It was really great. Scheduling was very easy. It took around 4 hours to dry. I received confirmation from AL after I made the purchase and they called up and were available when I needed them. Krystal was really professional, nice, showed up on time and did a really great job. She did try to upsell, but she wasn't pushy about it. I'm glad that the reviews that I read were true to their word.

It was okay. I was satisfied with the work they did. When they got here, I found out it would be a lot of extra fees for additional services. I inquired about cleaning another room and I thought the cost would be proportionate to the Big Deal cost, but it was much more expensive than I expected. I also inquired about cleaning a dining room chair and they quoted me nearly as much as the Big Deal. I thought their pricing was just too expensive for the service. Their quality of work was good and the Big Deal price was good, but their regular pricing is too high.

They arrived on time and did the work very quickly. However, when I was lying on my carpet and found it's not thoroughly cleaned. It was raining outside, but they didn't take off their shoes when they come into my house, nor put something over their shoes. They just stepped in and started to set thing up. Then when they brought the pipe in, they also brought water, the accent carpet and floor at the entrance were wet. $125 for 5 rooms is very good price, however, I don't think I will use their service again.

We purchased a big deal for a certain amount of carpet cleaning. We also wanted to get rugs cleaned, which we knew would be an add-on cost. They were able to clean the rugs the same day as the carpet. Overall a good experience.

I think I got what I paid for and they did an okay job. They did exactly what the deal stated. I considered having a 6th room cleaned, but the pricing would have been too much for the small additional room. She did end up missing a few spots in the carpet. The technician was very pleasant, helpful and nice. I just thought if their customer service would have been a bit better they would have had a return visitor.

Excellent job completed by Got Carpets in my home. They were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job.

It went excellently well. They offered me a service of scotch guarding in another area for $40 and I did that as well.

I have hired Got Carpets twice now, and Krystle Griggie is the BEST in quality service and customer relationship building. With two cats, I have cat fur buildup in my carpets and furniture, and she was diligent in de-furring my home! I love the fact that she uses organic non-toxic cleaning solutions as well. All of my rugs have now been cleaned by Krystle, and I will definitely use her services again.

Went very smoothly. Set up an appt. They showed up on time with everything they needed and were done pretty quickly. While the carpet was slightly damp it dried quickly.

I had no troubles with scheduling. They were running late to the appointment, but they did call to let me know. They did a fine job with the work that was completed. I was expecting that there would be additional costs for areas such as the large master closet. I ended up spending an additional $300 on the work. They wanted to charge me additional for other areas such as $20 for a small closet. I was okay with the quality of the work, but I was not happy with all of the upselling.

They arrived on time. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way. They thoroughly cleaned the carpet and cleaned up after themselves.

The team were fast, efficient and thorough. I love the service and the speed. I did not have stay around all day like most carpets cleaners but they tried twice and could not get out certain stains. We had to hire another company to finish up. I would use them again if they slow down and ensure they get the areas with more stain more attention.

The service went well. She arrived on time and did a great job. She was also courteous, polite and was happy to answer all of my questions. I was really impressed with her scheduling and are very responsive. I had an answer thought email within an hour. I paid an additional fee to have the entire home steam cleaned and scotch guarded. I thought the additional fee was reasonable.

Overall, I would say it was acceptable. The cleaning went well and I would consider using them again. There were no issues with scheduling. I've been using a separate company for a while, and I wanted to try a conventional wet extraction cleaning (vs the normal dry method).

The service was great. They cleaned the carpets in our den, family room, stairwell, and bedrooms. They were very nice and professional. I ended up hiring them again a week later because one of my dogs got sick.

The two person crew arrived right on time, were efficient and thorough. The house was vacant so there was no furniture to move. It went very quickly, and I was pleased with the result.

The job went well overall. They were here early which was kind of nice and it was quickly done. The results were good and they were prompt. They were quick and nice. I have had a number of carpet providers and they all seem about the same. There was also a little trouble scheduling the work.

Our carpets look brand-spanking new! My wife and I are shocked at how great they look and would definitely recommend for anyone with kids and pets. Awesome job!

I was not that that impressed. They did not get out all the spots and I thought they were overpriced on cleaning the carpets. They came when they said they were going to come and were professional. They sent 2 people out to do the job.

I cannot praise Crystal's work on our carpets enough -- they look brand new. I told her I wish I had taken some before/after photos to post because her work is just that good. We had a friend over prior to the carpet being cleaned, who saw what a disaster our carpet had become due to pet stains, etc. When he came over a few days after we had the carpet cleaned, he thought we had just installed brand new carpet! We are pleased beyond belief with Crystal's work, and would definitely recommend her to others without hesitation, and would definitely use her services again. I added Crystal's number to my contacts just so we don't ever lose her contact information. We have had our carpets cleaned many times over the last 15 years, and I have never had anyone do such an exceptional job. It was worth every $$ we paid, Crystal was friendly, helpful with suggestions to keep our carpets in great shape, gave us product suggestions to do so. She called prior to arrival, walked through our home and viewed the scope of work, talked to us about our concerns for any specific areas, got to work quickly, made sure she left our home in better shape than when she arrived! We got way more than we could have ever expected from this provider and are ecstatic that we've found a company worth sticking with in the future! Got Carpets will be our go to company for keeping our carpets in tip top shape - no need to look further!
