Krystle from Got Carpets Atlanta is a magician. I have a large puppy who is almost two but gets so excited when he sees me he piddles all over my carpers. She consistently gets the stains and any odor out. When she’s finished the carpet looks great, smells nice and cleans up much more easily after his accidents. Krystle is a pleasure to work with. She is very dependable – when she says she’ll be here, she is – always right on time. Her provides quality work and service. In addition, she has a delightful personality and is easy to get along with. Her prices are always competitive and although I check on deals from other services, I always come back to her – knowing I will be satisfied. I would definitely recommend her and will use her again.

Krystle was punctual, professional and her work was flawless. She is a wonder woman- wizard-carpet cleaning machine!!!!!!! The products used have a pleasant odor and did the job 100%. I will refer and definitely use Got Carpets again! Thanks a bunch Krystle!

Got Carpets is an amazingly professional and effective carpet cleaning company. We had many pet stains that are now gone. In addition, we chose the pet treatment for antibacterial purposes. Her products are safe for our dogs. Krystal is pleasant, professional and timely. Our carpets look amazing!! This is our second time utilizing her services and I highly recommend them. We will call upon Got Carpets the next time we need them serviced. I’ve attached before and after photos.

The quoting and booking experience was friendly and efficient. I had another quote and they were very competitive. Krystal showed up on time and was very nice and professional. She did an excellent job and even threw in a couple of small extras. Very nicely done! I will definitely use them again.

Service provider was very professional, worked quickly, and did a great job. She was punctual even during inclement weather.

There was no residue and I did not have to call them back for additional cleaning. I recently sold my home and the buyer said the carpet looked new. Definitely, I would call them again and refer them to friends.

I made arrangements for the firm to clean my carpets and upholstry. They were scheduled to arrive at 10 am this morning. I called them at 10:20 to find out what was going on. The owner answered and told me that she had left a voice mail message yesterday indicating that she wasn't coming because her truck couldn't get up my driveway. I didn't receive a voice mail message. And when asked what kind of truck they used, she told me a panel van. Yes, I have a steep driveway, but panel vans go up and down it all the time and so do much larger UPS trucks. When I told the owner that, she said that the transmission on the truck wasn't working right and she'd have to get it repaired before they could drive the truck up my driveway.

Excellent. Krystle was on time, professional, and offered to go over a heavily soiled area twice. She had done such a good job on it the first time that there wasn't any improvement but I appreciate her willingness to try! I will use her company in the future and recommend her to friends.

Omg my carpets are beautiful and awesome and I wish I had taken before and after pictures, I love it so much she will be back to finish the rest of my rooms. My neighbor is also having his cleaned because he saw mine and was like OH WOW, I want her to do mine today and she did. Listen she KNOWS her stuff, she use work for Stanley Steamer and Coit so I am very confident with her past training to have her in my home. Call her make an Appointment and oh and she's very nice!! Very reliable and she also included free pet treatments on my carpets because it exceeded my budget. Thanks again Got Carpets!

I picked them because the price was reasonable. In actuality I felt ripped off because the living room was counted as 2 and had to pay etc for stain cleaning, on and on!! I'm not sure if they were qualified to clean Oriental carpets. They did come back and reviewed my complaint regarding the Oriental carpets.

TERRIBLE. AGENT WAS FIRED BEFORE SHE BEGAN THE JOB. This is what occurred: GOT CARPETS (company) When the agent arrived to my home when she came in the first thing that came out of her mouth was the living room would be considered "TWO ROOMS" because it was over 300 feet. I strongly disagreed. To split this living room into TWO would end up being two small closets. I refuse to be conned by a company whose main purpose is to "upsell" their customers rather than do the job that was advertised and pre-paid. I knew then she was trying to SCAM me. Which brought these negative comments I read about this company to fruition. I questioned her measurements and requested her to demonstrate to me which I thought she would go get a meter and calculate to me how she came to that conclusion. Walk it off. That did not happened. The agent attitude continued to be less than unprofessional. I requested her to call her manager or owner of the company to discuss my concerns and she told me "I am the owner"! I ask her for a business card and she responded " she was all out"! Really! how convenient. I began to get a bad taste of this situation and ask her, her services was no longer needed. I am asking for a complete refund of $125.00 Angielist: I don't know what criteria you use to put find these (companies) but you need to have a much better screening process to weed out the con artist that I have just experienced. If any potential customer is reading this review........."Don't waste you time with this company. Judge a company by their negative reviews. What a total waste of time and energy! Run from this company FAST AS YOU CAN!

After explaining my strange situation, Crystal gave me some great tips as to what I could do to resolve the issue myself, because she was empathetic to the fact that I was basically helpless in the situation. We had a few laughs, and I went from feeling irritated about my situation to smiling... and yes, I know Crystal works in carpet and isn't a therapist, but she was so kind and helpful that I just had to leave a review detailing my experience. Based off of the way she treated me, I feel as though she'd be 100% honest and reasonable about any jobs one may throw her way. Give her a shot on my behalf, since I couldn't pay for her services! Ha.

All went well. Carpet looked great following the cleaning.

We found a coupon for $99 from this company to clean 3 bedrooms and the hallway. My husband discussed the coupon and the services needed over the phone. However, when the person came to clean the carpets she indicated that the $99 price would not cover all of the services needed to sanitize the carpets. The total price to have the carpet cleaned ended up being over 3 times the price quoted over the phone. My husband felt trapped into continuing with the service from the company since we were scheduled to move all our furniture into the the house the next day. Although the carpets look good, we were upset with the lack of transparency about what the $99 coupon covered. We will not use this company again.

Work performed satisfactorily. Everything went well until Chrystal brought up over half way through the job that the offer was for first time customer only and demanded a review in exchange for keeping the discount. Without offer, price no different than other providers that were quoted. Since all offers are for first time customer only, will not be using again in future.

Crystal, with Got Carpets?, came out to clean our whole house carpets that were in desperate need of cleaning. We could not remember the last time we had them cleaned (I know, eww! But, life had gotten in the way). Calling before she arrived, Crystal was punctual, courteous, and professional. While assessing the carpet, she pointed out some spots she thought might be a problem getting out. Well, she did an AMAZING job! All the carpets look like new, including the den where we eat, live, and play. The one questionable problem spot in the living room did not come out completely, but it lifted a lot to be barely noticeable. And honestly, it had been there a long, long time. So, Crystal and Got Carpets? did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! I definitely recommend Got Carpets?, and I will use them again!

They were fine, and good. They were fine they showed up when they said they would. They came out twice. I have used them 2 times. I think I had a problem with my Angie's list certificate I think I have to figure that out, if they applied it or not. I have tried twice. Otherwise I have been happy.

Both time I hired them, both times I paid them.

The service was thorough and the carpets look great. Kristal was honest about if a service was going to work or not, helpful about products we should use on an everyday basis, and overall pleasant.

I was not originally told that I had to move my furniture around so that came as surprise. It would have been fine but no one mentioned it. As furniture was moved it covered the walk-in-closet which was not done but I was charged for. I had to call to make the adjustment which was not a big deal but the lady on the phone was border in rude and unpleasant. When I asked for being credited I got an attitude.. The original quote was not what I paid as extra items were used which I was not advised of when I made the reservation.
