They were professional, punctual, thorough, moved furniture, put it on blocks until the carpet dried. Super service. Super people:)

Krystle and Walter arrived in the window that I was provided. They were very professional, courteous and went about their job with gusto. They had no qualms moving some boxes that we had lying around, and the furniture as well (I know their site says they move light furniture, but they could have nickled and dimed over it, which they didnt). Even though they cannot move big furniture, Walter helped me move my King size bed, so they can clean under the bed, which I had wanted. They also had neat little boards to prop up furniture, while the carpet dried, and place tiny plastic sheets for other furniture, to protect it from the moisture. I dont know yet, if the pet hair that i wanted gone has actually gone or not, but, the food stains around my toddler's high chair are definitely gone. I'm fairly confident, that the pet hair is also gone, given how thorough Krystel and Walter were with the job. Will hire them again !

They did an excellent job. They arrived on time and were very quick and thorough. They were the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used. My carpet looked new again. They were even able to get out mascara stains in off white carpet that I had been working on for months with no success.

Yes, I used a AngiesList coupon, but I wanted to know ahead what the cost would be for certain things .... one room was large and I wanted a walk in closet cleaned. From reading the reviews, I knew I didn't want to argue with the people at my house. Perhaps these are individually run groups? That was my impression. The two person team was pleasant and I think they did a good job. Only complaint was that the carpet in our two basement rooms was wet for a two days

Summary: They called the police on me when I told them I wasn't paying the bill until they put my throw rug back where it belongs. I called "Got Carpets?" to clean my sofa and 8x10 rug. Aside from asking me to be at my home earlier than the appointment setup just the day before, things went well at first. The cleaners, a woman and man team whose names I unfortunately did not get, asked to move my 8' x 10' rug to the kitchen to clean it there which I was OK with. They cleaned the rug and the sofa. The woman didn't want to move the rug back claiming that since I had already pulled it out from under the couch and chairs for them that they didn't have to, that it wasn't their job, and that it could damage the hardwood floor. Moving the rug back myself is a chore and a half so I asked nicely, signed a waiver, and they moved the rug, but not to the correct spot. It was off to the side and the padding underneath was sticking out. When I asked them to fix it the woman was now belligerent claiming it wasn't her job to put it back. After some back and forth I state I'm not paying the bill until they put the rug back where it belongs and that they picked it up and moved it to the kitchen, they need to move it back to the correct spot. She calls the police! Now I'm upset and tell her I'm not paying the bill until they put the rug back with an expletive or two thrown in. Don't do that, it never helps. The whole while the woman is on the phone with the police the man starts moving the rug to the correct position. It took him all of 2 minutes to do. I appreciated his effort and jumped in to help, the rug was in the correct spot before the woman was even off the phone with the police. The woman was actually upset that I helped and thanked the man! Now the woman is on the phone with her boss insulting me, my home, calling my sofa ugly, anything saying she can think of to paint me in the worst possible light. It was unreal. A manager calls me and I explain what happened, that the rug is now in the correct spot and that I'll sign the invoice as soon as the matter with the police is cleared up. The manager apologizes but that's all she has time for when the police show up and ask me to hang up the phone, i sign the invoice, and the cleaners leave. I've not heard anything out of the company since. Granted it's only been a few hours, but they called the police to my home! Just overall a very weird experience. At least the carpet is clean.

The solution they used did not appear to leave any residue. Deodorizing was awesome and worth the extra money. The carpets dried quickly except in unventilated areas ( basement staircase) where 24 hours later it was still not dry. Two things could have been better. One, it would have been nice to utilize plastic corner shields (like Zerorez does) to protect the painted walls/trim from the ribbed hoses being pulled and rubbing against them. 2nd, be aware that under beds will not be cleaned.

We bought 5 rooms of carpet cleaning off Angies list website for $125. We spoke to the cleaners and since I did not have an exact measurement they said they would let us know what they could do for that money. Fair enough. We scheduled them for 10 am to 12 noon. at 12:30, my husband called and we were told that the actual appt was 12 - 2:00 pm.. I have all the documentation that mentions 10 to 12. But who wants to argue at this point. They landed up at 2:15 and then proceeded to bicker and try to sell us more stuff. a stairway wth 10 or 14 steps (we had 2) was considered 1 room. The hall was 1 room. they wanted an additional $50 or something to accomodate us. So we just said to add 1 hallway and we had a 6" by 6" stain in 1 room that was $10. All in all a bunch of crooks. How was the cleaning you ask? well, they spent about an hour and left at exactly 3:31. They sprayed the spot treatment and did not let it soak in for 5 minutes. They just rushed over it. Our carpet took 36 hours to dry and that included running fans, putting the A/C fan on to take the moisture out. Oh by the way, while drying a whole lot of brown spots started leaching thru. I would never hire these folks again. They were rude, obnoxious and did not do their job well. I have to hire carpet cleaners to come back to clean the brown patches these 2 left behind.

Bought groupon. easily sheduled an appointment. 2 person crew showed up on time, cleaned the carpets, didnt try to hard sell upgrades and finished in an hour and a half. Professional and did a very good job. Will likely use again

There were a lot of stains on the carpets -- they did the best job they could and offered to come back for no charge.

They were fine. The carpet dried in several hours. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

I should have read the fine print since I had used this company before, which invalidated the coupon. I did detect a bit of an attitude, but in the end Ms. Griggie responded to my disappointment by honoring the coupon anyway. Without the coupon, this would have been rather expensive. Only "traffic areas" were cleaned since I had already moved the light-weight furniture and they will not move heavy furniture. The work that was done was thorough. I like the environmentally friendly products. Most companies include an ordinary hall for free with 3 or more rooms; although, to be honest, that may be true only if you are paying full price for those rooms. Got Carpets counts a hallway as a separate room. This is the best carpet cleaning service I have used - it is also the most expensive that I have used. There is only minimal up-selling of additional services. You can pay even more, but you won't get better cleaning.

I purchased the deal in January and was not able to use it until recently. Provider was responsive, punctual and efficient. I have used this company in the past and would do so again and recommend them to others.

Update on Providers "RESPONSE" Yes I've had High End Companies CLEANED my Carpet Every Year!! My Carpets are fairly NEW and when the Company comes out to CLEAN MY CARPET THEY ARE POLITE AND RESPECTFULLY towards me as the homeowner they'll always COVER THEIR SHOES No matter What, and Not been disrespectful in Walking ALL Over my Carpets with THEIR SHOES ON!! I NEVER had any BUSINESS talk down to me in my own House. Plus IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE Size Of THE EQUIPMENT they ALL HAVE Large Equipments only difference is that they put it all INDOORS and still keep my door closed in and get the JOB DONE.. And furthermore is "HER ATTITUDE, CUSTOMER SERVICE" Not Good Business PRACTICE. Just wanted to clear that up. My appointment was 9/5/14 between 4-6pm. Female and a Male came past 6:30pm was late. Female seems in a rush said to me show me what you got, I ask both of them if they have shoe protector before I can show them which area I need cleaning, she said with a attitude "Don't we have to CLEAN YOUR CARPET!! I said yes but my stairways was not included only 5 rooms she then said with a smart mouth, BUT Ma'am this also can be clean if you like, so we went upstairs with their shoes on, that's disrespecting me as the homeowner and not taking it off stepping on my carpet, I never let "NO ONE" go on my carpet with shoes on; she had a smart mouth from beginning and her customer service was unprofessional towards me. I showed her the 5 rooms, 4 upstairs 1 in my porch deck. She said she needed my signature before we can proceed so I did sign, then as we was talking she told the male to bring the things in; I saw this huge equipment he brought into my house then leaving my door wide open.

The interaction via Angie's List was excellent. We e-mailed back and forth, and they found an opening to do the job within a couple of days, which was very nice. The team showed up pretty much on time, was professional and ready to go. I have 4 upstairs bedrooms, and figured the '5th' room could be the hallway. That's when I found out that a small walk-in closet and a hallway cost more than a 5th room. A walk-in closet isn't part of a room? I was also told that my hallway constituted 2 hallways, somehow, although the square footage couldn't be more than the size of a room. Then, about halfway through, I was informed that, although they clean at something like 200 degrees, it would not eradicate the smell of pet urine in 2 rooms. Really? 200-plus degrees and it won't get up pet urine? There is, of course, a special treatment for that..for a few dollars more. All the extras amounted to about $60. All in all, I feel they did a good job. It just gets to the point - and I mean with any business seemingly these days - that no matter the deal for which you signed up, there's always some up-sell lying in wait. This seems like a good company; in no way do I feel some other firm would have been any different...nature of the beast, and all that.

Said my carpet didn't qualify as a room. Thought it was ridiculous. Refused to do it.

It turned out fine. They charged $35 extra for the stairs. The price was higher than I expected, but it was okay.

The work was completed as expected and results exceeded my expectations. The providers told me that they guarantee work for 30 days from day of service. I was especially pleased with their use of "green" products that do not emit strong, offensive odors.

My wife was here and was very impressed with the whole thing.
