Got Carpets?

The service went well. Two technicians came out and completed the job in a couple hours. The carpets looked nice afterwards and they got all the stains out. They were contentious workers and did not try to up sell. They came as scheduled and they were very accommodating with scheduling.

The communication was not great and I was overcharged initially but it was corrected after several calls. The quality of the work was ok.

They make my 22 year old carpets look new again and they stay looking great. I can't imagine using anyone else. Found them on Angie's List. Have used them 4 times now.

I've had bad experience with carpet companies but this one was a refreshing change. They were punctual, polite and would present additional service options without making you feel pressured to buy them. They did a good job removing a number of set in stains on our carpet.

I don't know if our frustration is with this company or with this industry, but the actual cost was almost double what they quoted me on the phone, even though I was very, very careful to tell them about every area that we had when I called for initial estimate. But I guess a couple of rooms were bigger than expected and we didn't initially talk about carpet in the closests- I was just surprised that would almost double the price. But we were moving in the next day so we didn't have time to do another comparison shopping. The stains didn't come up but maybe that's to be expected as well- we are new to hiring a carpet cleaning service. But they were prompt, they explained on the phone why it was more, and I think they did an OK job. Just be certain to get a WRITTEN estimate if you don't want to be surprised like we were. I think I would use them again but I would get a firmer commitment about what it would cost and about what kind of stains I could and could not expect to come up.

I had just bought and moved into this house which is been vacant for over a year. They cleaned all the carpets and made them look brand-new. Did a great job, and would definitely use them again!

I used Got Carpets previously so wasn't eligible for the Big Deal at the time, but the service was well worth the extra cost. I love this company. They are professional, reliable, on time, easy to contact and schedule service, very personable, and their equipment is really outstanding. I am sensitive to chemicals, but have no problem with the products they use. My old carpets look so clean and fresh after they have finished. The carpets dry quickly, doesn't get too wet. They work fast but are thorough. I intend to keep using the company.

People were great, worked very quickly and put furniture pads down, as well as moving all the furniture to clean.

Got carpets arrived on time and we went over the area that needed to be cleaned. They agreed and got started. Not only did they do an exceptional job with the carpet cleaning, they also took care of the furniture in the family room and dining room. I planned on getting hardwood floors but thanks to Got Carpets, my carpet has new found life and the hardwood floors will have to wait.

Cleaned carpets but not all the stains came out. I got another provider who did get all the stains out. I felt like they were all trying to upsell me on something and they don't have a price list.

The provider charged me $350 to pull the pad in one room and apply a few chemicals. I believe the price was excessive for the service provided. Since they required payment up front, I do not believe that the money spent was worth the service. Paying up front was my first mistake.

It went very well. i will use again and refer to others. They were prompt, kind, prefessiional and performed an excellent job.

It went fine. I remember them being very prompt. They seemed to be flexible. It was a good service.

The client got there and I told them that I wanted 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, walk in closet, and 1 8 foot hallway and 1 10 foot hallway. They wanted to charge me $22.50 for each hallway making the total bill $170.00. I took out one of the bedrooms and they counted 1 hallway as a room and charged me $22.50 for the other hallway that was 24 sq ft. I have never had a carpet cleaning service charge me an extra fee for a short hallway. I would not recommend any carpet cleaning company that has all the extra charges. It took them 45 minutes to clean. $165.00 for 45 minutes work is pretty good pay.

They were easy to work with and their price was competitive. It was hard to get a hold of them, but once I spoke with them they were professional and courteous. I recommended them to the the people we leased the town home to.

They arrived promptly and were very courteous and thorough. Though the price was a little higher than advertised, the extra cost was worth it. I believe the added cost was due to the size of the rooms. Little pads were placed beneath the furniture they moved, and I was given specific instructions about the care of my carpets following the cleaning. I will use them again!
