It was just OK and scheduling was fine. I was hoping they could have gotten more of the stains up as they started reappearing about a week after the carpet cleaning.

They were pretty good. One thing that made me uncomfortable was the add-on. The five rooms had that to be cleaned shouldn't exceed a certain size. Even if one room exceeded the size, for example if one room is 2 by 2 feet and the other room is 12 by 12 feet, you pay more for the 12 by 12 feet and not less for the 2 by 2 feet room. Rest was satisfactory.

Did a great and the owner of the company, which is a gal has a wonderful personality. I will use them again when my carpets need cleaning again.

Wonderful! We initially had some scheduling issues due to closing being rescheduled. Got Carpets were very flexible and understanding of the situation. Very quick and efficient! Thanks so much for working with us we appreciate it!

They were great. The work they did was very good. I was pleased with them. They were pleasant to deal with, nice, polite and fun.

The technicians were punctual, professional and thorough. They were also pleasant and friendly. The technicians were clear about what they were doing and what I needed to do once they were done to maintain the carpet. Also, what was needed to make sure that everyone was safe.

The entire procedure was about perfect. I could have set my watch by her arrival.....came exactly at noon. Took a look at the job, gave me an immediate written quote and the job was done and I was saying goodbye in under an hour. It hasn't looked this good since it was installed. Stains came up and the entire surface is one color again....clean. Thank you Krystle. I have no reason to ever use one of her competitors.....she's as good as it gets from my point of view.

Fast and professional. They did a nice job throughout the house and left me instructions on what I needed to do after they left. Had one spot that would not come up but they worked on it and make it much better. Overall good job

We had used Got Carpets and Crystle Griggie over a year ago and found them to be the best service provider we have used over the past 30 years. I was delighted to find that Crystle was still with the company and of course asked to have her perform the service. She was excellent and we will absolutely request her again in the future.

In and out super fast and if carpet could "sparkle" it surely did. It did take several hours to dry but that was as expected. Would certainly use again! Crystal did an excellent job.

The carpets looked good after they were complete. Problem I had was that I used their coupons now twice and when they get there it is always more than the coupon. A room is considered 2 instead of one. One the first coupon, I asked exactly the cost of things and the person gave me a quote. I gave her exactly what I had in the home that needed cleaning. Then the technician came out and it was a lot more. She said that they were wrong. And of course, I gave the receptionist the larger rooms for the coupon and when they called they gave the smaller rooms as part of the coupon. And I was told it included a hall but apparently not. But I was stuck since they were there and I had someone moving in the following day. So I should have learned but I used them again. Like I said, the carpets looked good. So I decided I would give them another shot after all, since I have 10 rentals and my own home, and I give a lot of referrals to my friends, neighbors etc, since they always call me, I thought, let me give them another try. Couldn't use the same coupon but the receptionist was nice enough to give me a discount. However, once the technician (apparently, the owner) came in, I was quoted a much larger number. It felt like all the other carpet cleaners out there. Lets quote, but once we get in there make it much bigger. Just let me know the price ahead of time so as a consumer, I can make an informed decision. I don't have the time to go meet people at different properties. The cost of cleaning both times was not outrageous but the overage in price is just unprofessional.

They came out on time. 2 people came out to do the cleaning, and the carpet looked okay the first couple of days, and then it went back to normal, so I don't know if it was our carpet or the work that they did. I was not here, but my wife was here when they did the work.

We had stains in the closet that chem dry tried to get out, to no avail. Krystle Griggie, of Got Carpets came in and removed the stains, I was in shock because I just knew I was going to have to replace the carpet in that closet. She was very good and wasted no time. I would highly recommend Krystle and Got Carpets.

I bought a voucher for services as a present for my sister. She has a five year old and had not had the carpets cleaned since she was born. Got Carpets called my sister and set up a good time for the cleaning, arrived early and finished quickly. She was so impressed with their work that she plans to use them again for an upstairs cleaning in future. Apparently all of the juice, Play-doh, and sand was removed.

They did a very good job. I ended up having them actually clean two more rooms because we had some very old carpets and it stained very easily. They did a better job than any one I'd had come out and clean before. I pointed out the stains I wanted to have work done on and they did a good job. They were very professional. I'd used them before and they have always been on time. I've just always liked them. I think their price is right.

PLEASE READ ENTIRELY: I used them once before after purchasing an AL Big Deal for 5 rooms of steam cleaning for $125. We paid a bit more due to all the carpets and area rugs we have in our home. Overall, we were satisfied the first time around. HOWEVER, I attempted to buy another AL Big Deal for this company and was unsuccessful. I called them to inquire and they (Got Carpets) told me that Big Deal coupons are for first time customers only (I'm not sure if this is a Got Carpets or Angie's List policy, but it's stupid and renders both companys as useless to me - I'll explain below). In any event, the lady at GC said she was going to help me out by suggesting that I buy a Groupon for their services and that would save me $150. So I bought it. The "technician" showed up yesterday and told me that Groupons are for first time customers only and that she couldn't honor it. She did, however, deduct the $75 that I paid for the coupon from the bill. Regardless, though, I was lied to and misled in an attempt to get my return business. The tech did a "decent job" on my carpets but honestly, did no better or worse than any other company could do it....they're all pretty much the same. Therein lies my issue with this whole coupon policy nonsense,. Ultimately, what p***** me off about their coupon policy, is that it's predicated on the idea that the deep discount is enough to lure customer traffic and incent trial, but that the experience and services provided is enough to keep people coming back. It's not. Unfortunately for them, carpet cleaning is carpet cleaning....the services provided by 100 different carpet cleaning companies will pretty much be equal, with slightly varying levels of customer satisfaction. Given that, customer decisions on which company to use will be based on price and price alone. So limiting coupons to first time customers only is a short-sided and misguided strategy. One that compromises their ability to build repeat and loyal business. As stated above, the net effect of their stupid policy renders the Got Carpets company (and possibly Angie's List if this is their "across the board policy") COMPLETELY USELESS TO ME. Sure, I used them once to my satisfaction, and a second time only because I was lied to duped and into believing that I could use a coupon again. Got Carpets definitely "got me" with their shady and short sighted coupon policy, but if customers are only going to use them once and never again, I'm not sure how that helps build a business; it's simply a stupid and short sighted policy and is not a sustainable business practice. My guess is that their strategy will work for 2-3 years and will be be out of business shortly thereafter. P.S. my new strategy, to work around their stupid policy will be to use a different company each time (since they're all the same anyway) so that I can use a coupon to save a few bucks.

I felt that I was misleading. It didn't specify the parameters of the rooms. When they got here, they tried to charge me double.

It was good. We were satisfied. I don't think there was anything that we didn't like. There were no issues. We liked it. We were pretty happy with all of it. I would give them A's.

They did a good job with the service overall. The steps were horribly stained, and they did a great job removing the stains.

Everything went well. They cleaned the carpet well. When asked to redo an area, they gladly did it. I would refer them.
