Got Carpets?

The technician/owner did a good job but I was surprised at the additional charges that added another $80 to the cost.

Ms. Krystle was here at 9:00 a.m. sharp - on time. She was very professional and did an awesome job. I walked through my home and it smells very fresh and the carpet looks awesome. Before starting she explained the service and the process to me. She even moved furniture and rugs, as I was here alone...When she finished she explained the dry time, cleaned everything and was the most pleasant. Awesome job and I will definitely use this service for the next time.

I have owned homes for the last 40 years and have used professional carpet cleaners in Georgia and other states. Got Carpets is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. I was at the point of buying new carpet and decided to try this service and I have never been so surprised or pleased. When the cleaner, Krystle finished the carpet and told me to come and take an inspection, I could not believe it....my carpet looked new. I am still amazed. Not only was she professional, but friendly and just did an an outstanding job. I will always use "Got Carpets" and highly recommend her to anyone who wants perfection.

Making an appointment was very easy. The person I talked to was even kind enough to calculate all the deals they have available and informed me of the cheapest option for my needs. Krystal (sorry if I misspelled your name!) was extremely professional. She showed up a bit early to get her bearings and to go over all the paperwork and what we wanted. She got started at the appointed time. It was amazing! She was finished within the appointed time. She cleaned up all her equipment before she left. Everything was easy.

The job was well done as my brother said.

The crew was on time and did a good job. I was pleased that they moved small furniture and they did the job quickly.

They called me after I purchased the service, and were very accommodating with my schedule. On the day of their arrival, they let me know in advance about the time, and came exactly at the specified hour. They were extremely nice, and did a perfect job. They asked me to double check the quality of their job, did any other small things I noticed that required extra attention (even if I was probably exaggerating), and made sure they left my house spotless. We rented our house, and the tenants were moving in a few days. I will use them again in a year. I had a great experience, and in the past we used 2 other companies that did not leave great impressions upon us.

They were good. We ended up going over the Big Deal purchase price. The carpet looked good. It turned out really well because I was out of town, but when I came back I could tell it looked real good. It was a good job. It was more than they said and we didn't do as many rooms. My wife said that they showed up when they were going to. She said their professionalism was really good.

It went great. My carpets were professionally cleaned and were finished before I knew it.

I had use Got Carpets before and saw the ad to do it again for $67.00 and I ordered to have her do it again since it was perfect the first time. Come to find out that was only for new customers, but she was so great she honored it anyway, even though I was willing to pay whatever it cost without the coupon. My carpet is white and I have two dogs but when she is done you would never know that dogs live in the home. i would use them again at any time and I am so happy how great she makes my carpets look.

The provider arrived on time, did not waste any time getting to work. She did an excellent job on cleaning the carpets. I eve called her back a couple of weeks later to clean some upholstery.

Showed up on time, answered phone and seemed nice . However the lady/tech rushed the job. She did not even try to work on my stains. She worked for maybe 45min total for 7 rooms! I got the feeling its all about getting to the next appointment and not about doing quality work. I can clean my carpets better with my $100 Hoover Steamvac. I feel ripped off.

The experience was great. We were hesitant to clean the carpets from the condition that they were in and thought we would need to replace, but got carpets came out and brought new life to our carpets.

The technician that came out was very pleasant and polite to speak with. She got the job done very quickly and the carpets seem clean. I did not have any problems with them. The people on the phone were also very courteous, and easy to deal with as far a scheduling.

This was the second time I've used this service, and it was nice seeing the same service provider come back. Scheduling was easy and quick, and she arrived right on time. Spots were removed. Very happy with the service.

It went extremely well and the carpets look great after they dried. She was on time and extremely professional and courteous. I expected the service to last for 2 hours but she finished in less time. So I'm happy and I recommended her to the neighbors and they booked an appointment with her as well.

This company was so easy to work with. A great price was given on the phone, a time frame was given for the service, provider showed up exactly on time and was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning services.

Krys called ahead to ask if she could come early. Arrived when promised, was friendly and professional and got to work immediately. Quick and thorough and the carpets look great. Highly recommend.

First of all the Got Carpets cleaner show up at the wrong house. She called me and said that she has been outside the house for 10 minutes and would wait 5 more minutes before she would leave. I called my tenant to find that they at the house waiting for the cleaners and then went outside to see van parked across the street. They called the Cleaner to the house for the work to be performed. I had ordered the 7 room organic deep cleaning. Since I don't have 7 rooms with carpet in the whole house, I thought this would be sufficient to clean all carpets in the house. However after surveying the house the cleaner said I would need to pay additonal fees for the foyer, halls and closets. I agreed to the additional charges. My tenants said Got Carpets did and "OK" job of cleaning the carpet but also said she(cleaner) had a rude attitude while doing the work. I also notice the rude and nonchalant attitude in my conversation with her on the phone. Overall not happy with the experience

OK, Owner was involved, surcharged for any room over 300 Sq feet... Not great job especially around the edges and traffic areas, Would not use again myself, others may have better luck

Arrived on time and efficiently cleaned all rooms indicated. The carpets looked fantastic after the job was completed. Would definitely recommend using this company again.
