I am pleased with the results and will use again.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job in cleaning the designated areas.

She didn't really get it out very well

I had to pay more than the big deal offer. The lady was not all that friendly and I needed her to be more prepared but she was okay. I thought I was paying only for the big deal but she charged me more. The carpets look clean.

Provider was courteous. The equipment left small indentions in the carpet in several places. They don't seem to be permanent; however, they are noticeable.

The service did not go particularly well. They came and did it but it was not cleaned so well. I wanted it particularly deodorized for pets and did not work very well either. I probably would not call them again. They were very nice and did the cleaning but they were not exceptional.

That was wonderful. She did an excellent job and was very prompt. It was a good job and very quickly too. They were very good about allowing me not to use it at once, they told me to just use it when I am ready to use it. When they got here, I got additional work done and she did add on a couple of extra but that was okay because I didn?t know what the offer was and I was getting ready to sell the house. I was trying to keep it clean and they had some good suggestions. They were very professional. She was very up front and was honest about what would be good and what is not necessary. I think without the Angie's List coupon, the price will be a little bit pricey. She got in there, got to work and the amount of time it took her to do it was great. She even got there before I did.

I thought it was a good job. They clearly explained the potential problem areas and derived a plan. Had to reschedule the first appointment due to another job running longer than expected but they rectified it.

Everything went great! The carpets looked wonderful, and I appreciated knowing that only organic, non-toxic chemicals were used in the process. My experience with the service provider was very positive. I would definitely use Got Carpets? again.

had a carpet in a rental that I thought about just replacing, but decided to give Got Carpets a try. The carpet looks like new, they removed stains and did the carpet on the stairs which some don't do well. They did such a good job Krystal was very professional and prompt, so much so that I had them do carpets and rugs at my house. Well use them on any of my rentals that have carpets and my home from now on!

On time and professional cleaning done. However I was hoping there was an additional staff member to help pull the furniture/carpet away. I assumed carpets and basic furniture would be moved but i was asked to assist on the bulkier corner dresser and make things clearer for a clean. I assume that if I wasn't home, there may be a lot of areas that could be left uncleaned. I wish removing small carpets and managing furniture is part of the deal.

Krista arrived on time, worked quickly, but thoroughly, and did a fantastic job on cleaning up our carpets. We tend to treat our carpets roughly and they look almost as good as new. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

One person arrived on time and after seeing the areas to be cleaned, started to work immediately. The person who came was very pleasant to deal with and a great representative for the company. She moved small pieces of furniture and put the heavier pieces on blocks of plastic to raise them off the carpet, I purchased for $75 a scotchguard application. She was very efficient and completed the work in about an hour. My carpets look beautiful, I would definitely use them again. .

Very good company. They cleaned my carpets and especially the high traffic stairways very good! They even got out stains that previous companies could not. I would definitely use them from now on. The price is reasonable, staff was friendly and on time.

I bought a big deal for this service. It was on a Saturday and I guess the people who were doing the cleaning were in a little bit of a hurry. There was no interest in getting done if they weren't doing a great job. I was not totally satisfied with the job they did. The carpet was very wet and they left some of their tools in the driveway.

Crystal came to do the service. She did the living/dining room, hallway, and 1/2 of a bedroom. In my communication with the service provider via e-mail we discussed that she would be cleaning 4 rooms with this credit. I came home and my husband informed me of what was cleaned and that she only cleaned 1/2 of a bedroom. Crystal also had a large cleaning hose that she had pulled through my yard, which broke my ADT sign and my hosta flower plants. I called the service provider and spoke with a customer service representative and informed her of my complaint. She informed me that the corporate office was going to call me. I got a call from Crystal, not the corporate office, regarding my complaint. I informed her of what happened during her service. She began to get loud with me, had a bad attitude, and the tone of her voice was very disrespectful. She did state she would pay for the damages, but it was in an unprofessional manor. I told her I was very displeased about her service and how I was upset that my flowers were ruined. I informed her I would be contacting Angie's List to leave a review. She seemed very nonchalant and stated she would just comment back to my review.

It went great! Krystle showed up right on time, along with an associate. They cleaned 5 rooms of carpet for $125 (Special Angie's List deal). I added on a set of stairs for $50. They were fast, but very through. I've been disappointed in the past with some steam cleaning companies, but Got Carpets guarantees their work, so I gave them a try. I'm very glad I did because they did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

I was very impressed with their work, we moved into a new house and there were a few stains on the carpet in the basement and they got it looking brand new.

There were no issues with scheduling and I had them clean the carpets for me after I moved out.

They had to come back after the machines did not work the first time.

They were very prompt to return my call for scheduling. The technician was very professional and informative when she showed up. She was prompt and finished in the amount of time she estimated. The carpets looked great afterwards and dried within the time frame promised. We will definitely use GotCarpets again. We also loved the Angie's List coupon - it made the service extremely affordable.
