Got Carpets?

They were good but when she came, she said I would get only 300 square feet of carpet so instead of getting 388 I ended up getting only 288. The price was good. The quality was good. They did a good job. They could have got an A if they could have done better.

It went well. It was nothing spectatcular. The woman came she was promptly on time. She called me a number of times to let me know she was in route and she arrived on time. Very punctual. She got here i showed her the area. She gave me her professional opinion and that was about it. I was happy with the service and if i need my carpets cleaned again i will most like give them a call. The cost was a little more then i wanted to spend, but i desperately needed the carpets and furniture cleaned. I have a dog.

Overall the cleaning looked good. I often hear people talk about stains disappearing and then reappearing several days later. That did happen with one of our stains but it's lighter now then it was before and it was an old stain that had been there for several years so I'm not upset about that. My main complaint is that the floors looked amazing when she was here but the next day after they had dried their were clear stains from the hose where it had been dragged up the stairs and at the top of the stairs. I thought they would fade away as their had been no stains there prior to the cleaning but they didn't and I had to take lxi clean and scrub the stains to get them to lift. It was a pain and very annoying.

Provider arrived within the time frame agreed upon, moved all appropriate furniture as instructed, pre-treated stained areas, steam cleaned all areas, returned furniture to their original locations where blocks or plastic protection was placed to protect carpet. We were quite pleased with the job done and found Krystle to be quite cooperative, and professional. We will definitely call her again!

Krystle did a wonderful job. She came right on time. She did an excellent job. She came back and followed up with a difficult spot within the guarantee time period.

Great company! I needed our carpets cleaned quickly and they were able to come clean the next day. The carpets look and smell wonderful. They use an organic citrus enzyme cleaning product, which smelled very nice, not chemically. She was diligent about working at the stained/high traffic areas to improve the results. I will use them again in the future!

She called ahead to let us know she was on her way. Just like last year She did a fast through job and the carpet looked and smelled great!

The provider assessed the areas I wanted cleaned and wasted no time in getting to work on the service. My only regret is that she was unable to remove a set-in stain, which is no fault of hers. She did, however, provide great advice as to how to handle similar spillage in the future. I very much appreciated her professionalism and efficiency.

Everything about the service was wonderful from the time she showed up to the time she left. The lady was wonderful, courteous, profession ale prompt.

Krystal cleaned my carpets and did an amazing job. She called ahead of time to let me know she was on the way. She was very professional; put styrofoam blocks under the furniture to protect it; and thanked me for being a customer (who does that these days???) She didn't waste any time and left everything exactly as it was before. The carpet dried within 4-6 hours, as Krystal had promised. I was very impressed and would definitely use again. In full disclosure, I did remove smaller items of furniture ahead of time, as well as breakables.

I showed Krystle the our worst carpet to be cleaned. She said "Wow" but that didn't deter her. I am extrememly happy with her work and the results. I have found after getting carpets cleaned stains reappear. That is not the case. It's been over a week and the stains have not returned. I took before and after pictures and the results are amazing! Krystle did a fantastic job and I have already recommended Got Carpet? to many other people!

Provider arrived on time. We reviewed the rooms and talked about some of the options for cleaning. It was great that we agreed to the additional cost prior to the provider starting any work. The provider was not aggressive in her sales tactics so I didn't feel like I made any decisions under duress. However, I will add that the price increases pretty fast if you purchase any of the additional options such as sanitizing, deodorizing, etc.. After we agreed to the price, she went to work right away. Overall, the carpets look great! I really like the fact that the carpets were not soak and wet after they were cleaned.

I bought a $125 big deal for this service it was okay. The deal was supposed to be for five rooms. It was not great, but not terrible. They did not do a great job. Some areas where they brought up dirt. They were a couple of areas where there were new stains that were not there before. We ended up cleaning it ourselves and got the new stains out. We would not use them again. They charged extra. They charged, I think, $20 extra to clean one 4 x 6 area rug. It took them about 30 seconds to do it. I just did not think it was a great deal. I think we paid an additional $75. The carpets in our house total about 1,000 square feet. It felt like they had inflated charges. I really did not expect to pay anything extra, given that we paid for five rooms and we only had four to do. Somehow it came out that they needed more money to do it. It did not really feel very legitimate but they were already there and we had already moved the furniture for them and everything. We did all the moving of the furniture and everything. In fact, they said they would not clean the room unless we moved the furniture or they would just go around the furniture. Just one girl showed up. They did not have anybody to do anything. What they cleaned they did pretty well, but there were stains. They were not very transparent in the pricing. It seems like they said one thing and then it turned out to be something different.

Called to alert me to additional services needed to complete the job with quality. I approved. The stain did not completely come out but it looked great compared to the prior mess I had.

I purchased the steam cleaning special for 5 rooms for $125. I was allowed to have the stairs be counted as one of the rooms. I was informed upfront that deodorizing was $15 extra per area. I was able to pick the areas that I wanted deorderized.

It was good. They considered the big deal. I called them up and they told me that would be the case. The price was fairly good. I would use them only if I have a deal. They were good. She came on time and did it. I could see those spots were gone. What I would say is go with the carpet cleaning and don't take the add-ons.

I was thrilled with "Got Carpets"! Krystle called me when she was on the way to my house within the original scheduled time of service. She was courteous and knowledgeable. I had some really tough stains from some door hinges which I had changed out and there was a very dark oily graphite stain on my light carpet. Krystle removed the stains very easily. She also cleaned up some coffee spills and other spots on my carpet. I couldn't have been happier. She gave me the Angie's list $125 special and I asked her to add on two very large walk in closets. She did both for $45 which I thought was reasonable. My husband and I used to be in the steam cleaning business. It was great to hire an experienced professional that didn't over wet the carpet. I am a happy customer and will use Krystle/Got Carpets? again. I also will recommend her to friends.

Krystle, the service person, was very professional and was extremely apologetic for having been late. She took my time and patronage into consideration and provided additional treatment for the trouble. The service was thorough yet fast, and we are pleased with the quality of the work.
