Even when we had an unexpected development, Mr. Sudlow called us and explained what needed to be done, materials were delivered the same day and did not impact the schedule. The crew arrived early and didn't stop until the days work was complete. They were careful with my flower beds and didn't leave any trash or debris behind at the end of the day. "I hired Design Core to renovate the interior of my 3 story townhome. The renovation included: Kitchen (quartz counters, custom cabinets, plumbing, electrical) Flooring (all levels, carpet, hardware refinish, tile), Master Bath (gutted and rebuilt, new framing, electrical, plumbing, custom shower, custom vanity, chandelier, custom stone/tile, fixtures) Painting (entire home) New doors, new electrical outlets/switches, New ceiling lighting throughout, New ceiling fans. "Robert did a nice job for a fair price (average price per square foot) on a removal and reinstall of a 20 year old deck on a rental property. Seemed prompt and professional during the bidding process and actual construction. Unfortunately, he broke a window during construction and never mentioned it. Fortunately the tenant let us know. When I reached out to Robert, he seemed apologetic and assured me he would take care of it. When he finished the deck about a week later he informed me the job was complete, and a replacement window was on order. He requested we pay the total minus $500 for the window, which we agreed to. It has been almost a month since we payed, and I have reached out via text and voicemail (just sends the call to voicemail) a few times to get a status update, he wont return calls or texts. I am almost convinced he lied about ordering a window. I am now wondering if he pulled a building permit and/or had the work inspected, I will check with the county and update the review, but I suspect not. Bottom line, Im not sure Id use this guy again, definitely has issues with professionalism. At a minimum, I wouldnt pay for more than materials until I was 100% certain the job and any issues caused by the job were complete before I settled payment, and I would use a credit card or method of payment that is contestable/reversible in case there are issues. (One BBB review on his profile said he took payment for services he never provided.)"

"Recently our retainer wall had started failing. We found a company to install a new retaining wall on the Angi site after reading the great reviews for RC Pro Solutions. Patrick Bonaparte was our contactor, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. He walked us through every aspect of the project, provided great suggestions, listened to what we needed and was respectful of the budget, especially when we were at the stone yard to select our materials. His company not only did a spectacular job, but they exceeded our expectations!! We also had an extremely tall tree in our back yard located very near our roofline and deck. Patrick pointed out that it was rotted at the top and precariously close to our roofline and deck if it fell at some point on its own. While they had the equipment on site, we negotiated to have it taken down. In the process, a portion of that same tree hit another branch as it came down, and that branch tore a huge hole in our deck. It happened right when Patrick arrived on site to get a status on the project. He discussed what happened with us and offered a solution that was more than fair and reasonable. Before his crew left our property, they repaired our deck and re-painted that section where you can never even tell any damage occurred. The entire crew was pleasant and easy to work with and I would recommend them 1,000% to anyone needing similar work done on their property. They do both residential and commercial work. Based on our results, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patrick and RC Pro Solutions to others. It's been a long time since I worked with a company who stands behind what they offer, and who is so excellent at what they do - and we LOVE the results!!!! We've had quite a few neighbors pass by and compliment their design. Patrick Bonaparte and RC Pro Solutions are rock stars in my book!!!"
