Universal Plumbing is the premiere plumbing service in the Augusta, Georgia area. Our dedication to prompt and fair customer service means we'll get the job done quickly and for a price that's settled in advance. We use a flat rate schedule for all of our jobs so you'll know the cost up front. No surprises! We have a modern fleet of trucks, the latest in equipment and well-trained technicians. Whether you need to repair a leak, install a new bath fixture or re-pipe the entire house for a remodel or low water pressure, we can handle it. No job is too small or too large. We service the CSRA and parts of S. Carolina and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We charge a small service fee to come out and assess, if the work is performed on the same day the service fee is waived. We offer After Hours emergency service at a overtime rate.

Description of Work: Twas a muddy, wet and COLD day but they were quite willing to climb under our cottage and replace a broken water pipe due to the sub-freezing temperatures. No complaints or growling. Very professional and polite.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with Universal Plumbing. I contacted Universal Plumbing for what I thought was a plumbing issue but the issue turned out to be my refrigerator. They did not charge me for coming out. What a treat! How often does that happen? The second time I contacted Universal Plumbing was for a water heater. They responded quickly and that day I had a new water heater. I received a phone call before they were to arrive and they were right on time. Both times the men were very professional and answered all my questions. Also, spent the time to tell me how to flush out the water heater step by step once a year! Thank you! I would not hesitate to recommend Universal Plumbing to others and use them in any of my future plumbing needs.

Very smoothly.
Description of Work: The pipes to my hot water heater were not properly installed and worked themselves loose, causing all the hot water in the tank to drain. Universal's plumber quickly accessed the problem, found the faulty pipe and repaired it within an hour's time.
