Terminix - Augusta -Termite & Pest Control

Description of Work: I was turned off by the initial phone call. When I first called to ask about services, the representative was not informative, positive, or helpful. She was unable to address some very simple questions and seemed to get impatient when I asked. She told me that the success of the service and pricing would depend on what the inspector saw on the first visit. I could understand that. But she was not able to tell me what sort of things they would be looking for, what a small problem is vs a larger, more complicated one. When I asked, if after enough treatments, success was promised or could be expexted, she said "I don't really know, it just depends." This is not what I want ti hear when I'm desperately trying to get this problem fixed and am looking at paying a considerable amount of money. She wasn't able to give me a direct price but again, told me that it would depend on what the inspector saw and what he recommended. The price could be as low as acouple hundred or as great as more than a thousand... all without a promise of the problem being fixed. It was not easy to get a prompt appointment that worked for me either. I had to wait until the following week and then he was late so I on in to work and did not reschedule.

Description of Work: Rhonda came by twice - once for ants and the other for a mouse that was getting into the house. Very professional and efficient. No extra cost entailed as we have an ongoing pest control contract. We've had Terminix as our pest/termite control company since we bought our house in 1995 and they have been consistently excellent with routine service and call-ins like these two events. Very satisfied
