Description of Work: I have been dealing with this Company since 2012 ,and we have purchased and installed two CARRIERS {HVAC} Systems. I must tell you ladies that are very nervous about taking care of things when the Man of the home is at work or away. They have a head service guy name DAVID that is #Awesome! I have a lot of experience dealing with David and feel totally comfortable with him in my home. He's professional But knows how to break things down so you understand everything you need to know. He help me make a huge choose to replace my Cheap high Energy Hvac system for a much quieter and $$ More Energy Efficient Product. Costly yes! But I'm Happy and we don't have to stress about how well this machine will preform.My house was only 5 yrs old at the time. I didn't want to keep throwing money in to a piece of Junk. The first Carrie was brought when the house was only almost 4 yrs old. This company is fair. Professional. and Knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I initially had a diagnostics run on my air conditioner due to freezing and high power use. The technician was very nice and informative during the initial visit. Ultimately, we decided the unit needed to be replaced and I had them come back out so I could get a quote. They were right on time and I was told they would get me a quote soon. After two days and no response or followup I was rather disappointed because I had heard great things about them but since they never got back with me I ended up getting my system switched out by another local company. Everything worked out on my end but I did have to go a couple of extra days of no air conditioner waiting on a response and missed out working with them further.

+ -1 moreHe came initially and made an estimate of work in 5600$ . His technician then came and told my contractor that he has to finish his work before they start. Couple days later my contractor asked him to clarify how to make some solution, so they would place ducts and heat pump. Techician arranged to meet my contractor, then owner David called my contractor and told him that he needs to find someone else. I tried multiple times afterwards to talk to owner and left him several messages on his cell. Since he didnt call back I called his office 3 times and requesting explanation for this behavior since I didnt do anything to justify this type of behavior. He never called back and I still dont understan why he beheaved so unprofessionaly after I rejected several other offers and accepted his placing me this way in very inconveneint situation.
Description of Work: He was supposed to do airconditioning to part of my house. We mada a deal and contract for 5600 $ job, but he never started his job nor he ever gave explanation why.

+ -1 moreThe company contacted me to let me know that we technician was on the way. Once the tech arrived, he introduced himself and begin giving the details for the services he would be performing. Whenever he needed to come into the house he would cover his shoes to prevent soiling my carpet. He was very professional and easy to talk with. My experience with Spartan was outstanding and I would recommend the company highly to my family and friends.

+ -1 moreCalled Spartan on May 1st, and talked with them to set up a service call and a probable service contract for our henating and cooling sysytem.The contact person was very courteous and helpful. We were scheduled for service the next day with the option of signing a service contract if we approved of the work done on our AC. The serviceman arrived in an appropriately marked service van wearing a clean, professional uniform and was punctual. He called before he arrived to let us know he was on the way. He cleaned and serviced the unit, replaced house filters, and gave us helpful money saving hints on how to choose filters and when to change them. He cleaned up after himself, wore protective covers over his shoes, discussed his findings with us, and provided the contract for us to sign. He was prepared to do a great job before he got here....and he delivered.
Description of Work: Spartan was asked to do a Spring air conditioner check on my AC unit and get signed up for a maintainance contract for twice a year service on our systems.

+ -1 moreWhen the time came to replace my upstairs unit, I called Spartan and two other companies for a quote. Spartan was not the least expensive, but found duct issues that needed to be repaired and included the repair in the quote. It is true you get that you pay for. I called Spartan to schedule a date to replace the system. They responded immediately arriving the next day. Everyone that came out was knowledgeable and friendly and when the install was finished you couldn't tell anyone had been to the house - very clean! I am very pleased with the professionalism and punctuality of Spartan and have recommended them to family and friends. I also signed up for their service plan, where they come out twice a year and check and clean both of my units.

+ -1 moreThey were able to come in just a couple of days of me calling. They did run late, but they called me to let me know about what time they would be here and they did come in that time frame. I am understanding of the fact one never knows how the job they have before will go, and can appreciate they will stay to get it right. He was very professional, did the job quickly, cleaned up after himself, and most importantly...my ac began to work so much better! We opted to go with their one year contract, so they will come again before the weather turns cold to do maintenance on my heater furnace. You really can't beat the yearly contract they have. Price is more than reasonable, customer service is great, and I would definitely (and have) recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreThere are no problems with it since the replacement. They were very thorough and took time to explain what the issues were. They did a good job. Their response is good because they had somebody out here the next morning. As for punctuality, they were here early compared to what time they were supposed to be here so I didn’t have any issue with that.

We set up a date for them to come, and they came; they completed the job in one day. We had some issue afterwards, but they came right back and resolved the problem. We are very happy with them. We will use them again in the future.
