Wonderful! Jimmy spent a great deal of time discussing our issues with me and then going through all possibilities causing the problems. He made sure before he left he had not only resolved any issues but he checked EVERYTHING to make sure we didn’t have any further problems. I couldn’t be more pleased!

We found some water in the drip pan of the inside unit and some water around the unit and called Sig Cox immediately. Jimmy came first thing in the morning the next day and found out the issue immediately! He was on time and professional. I was trying to get the repair covered by my home warranty provider and Jimmy was very patient talking to the insurance representative answering their exhaustive questions. After much time on hold waiting the approval it came back that it was not a covered item... Even though it was clearly... Anyway, Jimmy could see that I was getting upset over the whole thing and tried to find a way to help. Not only did he repair the issue on site, he also found a way to cover the truck fee and the cost of cleaning the drain by signing me up for their yearly maintenance program (something I needed anyway). What a great deal he found me! Turned my bad situation into a positive one. Sig Cox has a customer for life.

The repairman came out to look at our smaller upstairs AC that was about 13 years old. We were advised that we could try and fix the unit. He explained changes in the law about the emissions of older units. From his experience this temporary fix could give us a little more time (as AC replacement is a pricey investment) but we ended up repalcing it. A salesman then came out to explain the new unit and costs. He was knowledgeable and non-pressuring. Just presented the facts and we were able to make a decision. As soon as was possible installers came in to replace the old unit. Everyone we came in contact with at Sig Cox was great. From the repairmen, installers, salesman and office staff all were professional and kind and got our upstairs cool again.

Jimmy is a polite,courtesy and knowledgeable serviceman. He listened, reviewed and resolved the service call issue promptly and effectively. It's rare but Sig Cox is the real McCoy. We've been with Sig Cox since 2015 and will continue to be a loyal customer. They take care of the comfort in your home as if it were their home. We highly recommend Sig Cox Heating and Air.

It was horrible ! first appt I had for estimate they canceled.. second appt the man came and was as rude as **** because I didn’t answer my phone fast enough... he failed to leave message and said he would need to reschedule and I was explaining to him he was at wrong house and he got mad and hung up on me ‼️😳that’s right hung up on a customer wanting to give the company business.... but that’s not all I called manager and he apologize for his behavior and said he would come out and give estimate next day .... and mk his rude employee up to me ,,, but he was a no show also and I called him to find out where he was his name was Tim and he said could he call me right back ? I said yes .. he never called ... I called again he totally avoided me and my business.... so Sig cox get ur head out of the air cause your flat on ur ***..., worse service ever ... rudest people you will ever find !!!!! Don’t even bother with this company it waste of time ! no Hospitality! No time for customers and rude as **** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As many good reviews as they had ... def take this one and know it’s true stay away !!!!

The tech followed proper protocol to find the problem. Explained every detail and was very honest.

Great! We gotta next day appointment, thankfully. We explained the issue we had so the technicians knew what they needed to look for. Our system just really needed to be cleaned. It was cleaned and the technician made sure the air flow in the house was where it needed to be. They will be returning to our home to provide checkups every 6 months, and they'll even call us to schedule an appointment so we don't forget.

Was able to get a quick appointment. Communications were great. Technicians Brandon and Dillon were extremely courteous and friendly. They were even able to help me figure out if I still had a warranty, which I did, and it helped significantly. Troubleshooting the strange problem was difficult and involved the outside unit, inside unit, and thermostat. However, after ruling out defective wiring, Brandon was able to zero in on a faulty circuit board in the air handler. To my great pleasure and surprise, they had one in stock, which Brandon and Dillon quickly ran to get, return, and install. Problem solved! Always nervous with contractors but this was a great experience. Brandon showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Cleaned unit and now works great. Brandon was nice and explained everything that was going on. Would definitely hire again.

They were great. Arrived on time and spent a lot of time getting everything right. Everything checked out fine, and they did not try to charge us for repairs that were not necessary (even on our 20 year old unit). Technician was very nice and courteous.

I got my furnace appraised yesterday afternoon, and it was fixed this morning. The work was punctual and the handyman was very friendly, and explained to me the process and parts he went through.

Technician was prompt, professional, and thorough. He took his time inspecting both the heater and output from the vents inside the house, as well as the ducts under the house. Other companies in Augusta have tried to upsell us on unnecessary services and expensive repairs, so we called Sign Cox based on other reviews - they did not disappoint. Highly recommended.

Fine, they called before they came and answered my questions

Had not used this company before. Technician arrived at agreed upon time allowing me not to miss too much work. He assessed the problem, completed the work and explained it all to me. Completely satisfied with the work.

I called for a quote and set an appointment time. I got a call after the set time to tell me there was a mix up in scheduling. The tech that called (Barrett) told me he could give me a quote over the phone without seeing my house. He said he would email me the quote early the next week. I never received the quote. I called back to follow up and was promised a call back to set another appointment. I never heard back. I was disappointed in the service because the reviews I read were good. I ended up using another company to get the work done.

Work was completed in a timely matter, unit was installed within a couple of days. The repairman explained everything to use from start to finish.

Lousy. They left one register unconnected.Even now, two years later, I am experiencing crawl space odor from my HVAC system. The "proprietor" came to investigate, but said he had no sense of smell. I do, and the musty crawl space odor continues to be a problem. It never was before! They have my money, and I can't get it back, but I would never hire them again!

Poor communications from Sig Cox management concerning follow up of installation issues. Owner involvement resolved Lennox Signature Equipment problems and tidying issues. Owner yet to contact customer for any follow-up to check if all problems resolved. This was our main problem with previous communication issues Entire process almost two months of multiple phone calls and visits. Questionable Lennox Signature product quality issue to add to problems.

Their quality of service is excellent and I use them every year for routine maintenance. I will recommend them and use them, again.

The technician was happy to give my HVAC a yearly inspection and cleaning. I was very pleased!

I've been dealing with them for ten years. It's A's all across the board with them. I have a maintenance contract with them.
