It has always been a very good experience.

In the 30 years, we have made our home in Augusta, and we have tried four or five different HVAC services providers and found all liking in some aspic of the services. High cost for poor services, no services warranty, extra charges for items that should be part of routine maintenance, charges for parts not used, and last but not least, crabby, rude, and downright disagreeable service engineers. We changed service providers. Sig-Cox is our HVAC services provider for more than ten years. To say that we are satisfied with there service would be an understatement. Sig-Cox is providing services above and beyond what other services providers give. They are responsive to our needs and schedule, charge only for parts “needed and used,” arrive at the date and time specified, and their rates are within reason. The service engineers age knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. And our Dogs approve of them also. Thank you, Sig-Cox, for ten years of the best services.

I have been very pleased with Sig Cox and have used them to perform maintenance for several years. This year our very old HVAC system needed to be replaced. Doug was very helpful in assessing our needs and explaining details about the units available. We were pleased the unit could be installed within my time frame and the techs that did the install were excellent. Jamal and Cory were friendly, professional, and patient with all my questions. Our new unit is keeping our house cool and the humidity is controlled. Very happy with the service the whole team provided. I would highly recommend them.

Jesus was excellent! I had a pretty difficult emergency issue to identify. He arrived almost immediately, kept looking until he found it and helped me figure out a solution. I will be requesting him for all future seasonal visits. I had initially called the company that had installed the unit, but their tardiness was my gain. Sig Cox and Jesus made me a believer AND a new regular maintenance customer. He signed me up on the spot. Thanks!

I called on the weekend because my upstairs unit wasn't cooling properly. I received a call back quickly and was told I would be added to the schedule around 11 am Monday morning. When I called during regular hours Monday morning to verify my appointment, I was not on the schedule. They rectified this quickly and had a technician out to my house even earlier than 11:00 am. Corey, the technician, was polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the unit quickly and didn't gauge me on the price to add freon. My only complaint was they were not willing to provide a W9 to my warranty company for same-day payment, so I had to pay up front and get reimbursed for this cost. Overall, I would recommend them, though.

We called Sig Cox early Monday morning. Our A/C had gone out the night before. They had a busy schedule and originally offered to come out that afternoon. They could tell I was uncomfortable waiting and moved things around to come that morning. They even arrived ahead of schedule. The tech was friendly and efficient. He found the problem quickly and made the repair right then and there. I emailed them for a copy of our invoice afterward. They replied promptly. No complaints and would definitely hire again.

Brandon Strawbidge came out to fix the issue. He explained in detail what was going on and how he was going to fix it. He showed up on time and was extremely courteous. Brandon represents Sig Cox well and I will request him if I ever have another issue.

Every repairman I had from Sig Cox represents the company well, and Mr. Strawbridge is definitely no exception. I'll be hard-pressed to find any repairman who exceeds the responsiveness, customer service, technical competence, professionalism, and honesty of the work I had done by Mr. Strawbridge from Sig Cox. Along with being easygoing and approachable - he knows his stuff! He was able to spot the issue my 11-year old unit was having and was able to fix it in a timely manner. It's refreshing to have honest, reliable repairs done by knowledgeable people who prioritize good customer service over the almighty dollar. Sig Cox is incredibly lucky to have him!

Service went great! Jimmy was prompt. Called 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. On time, identified that unit needed to be thoroughly cleaned so that it can function to its full capability. Unit looked brand new once service was complete. He even changed filter to help with proper flow of air. Great customer service.

Brandon was very punctual. He serviced our unit and fixed our problem. I was very impressed by the wealth of knowledge he had about hvac and the amount of time he dedicated to our service call. I appreciate a company that employs such good a caliber of professionals.

The repairman was prompt, friendly, reliable and efficient and explained both the cause of the problem and what had to be done to allow the furnace to become functional again. The price seemed about right for the time spent and replacement part)(s) required but since the homeowner was not knowledgeable about the cost_ believed the figure to be reasonable. A new furnace would have cost infinitely more.

Brandon showed up on time and was very professional the entire visit. It was raining and he made the effort to keeping his shoes covered whenever he came into my house. The purpose of the visit was to check over our HVAC system since we've never had it serviced since owning the house. Very thorough and informative with each check and inspection point performed. He also helped me install my ecobee 4 - very detailed and informative for each step of the setup and explained each setting with recommendations. While testing the cool and heat functions, he put my system through a few scenarios to confirm functions. Absolutely satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend them based on my experience!
