After going over all the details, we decided the lifetime was the better deal for us. the supplies were delivered on Monday 5/13 and they came out on Tuesday 5/14. when I got home there was a small area not covered and the crew was gone. I called their number and the lady apologized saying they ran out of shingles and they had to order more. She said they would be there on that Thursday and they had a crew ready to go out and complete it. the shingles came in on Wednesday and they came out and finished that day. Other than a small amount of shingle backing that would be impossible to pickup with out some sort of large vacuum system, they did a good job on the work.

they showed up for and gave me a quote for the repairs,' the scheduled the repay the next day. they were on time and repaired the leak.

Overall great experience. I would highly recommend Mr. Jones at Jones roofing.

I contacted Jones Roofing via their website on Saturday afternoon, February 16th, and was amazed to get a phone call from Mr. William Jones about half and hour later, asking if he could come by to offer an estimate. The price quoted for my re-roofing was well within what I knew to be reasonable for the required work, and there was an excellent selection of shingles for me to choose from. I didn't expect my work to be done for several weeks, but--again to my surprise--I got a call just a couple days later asking if they could come out and do my roof that Wednesday (the 20th) during an expected break in our rainy days. Since I have a smaller home, it would be only a one day job. The roofing crew arrived right on time (I was at work, but my son was home), and did an excellent job. I arrived home as they were finishing up, and noticed the care that was taken to clean up any debris around the house and examine their work for any overlooked details. I had a chance to speak with the installers and ask a few questions, and was treated courteously and professionally. The shingles look lovely--and my roof has already withstood a great test with all the rain we've been having! I am beyond satisfied and happy with my experience with Jones Roofing. I confess I was dreading trying to find and meet with contractors to get my roof replaced. Mr. Jones' quick response, and honest, straight-forward approach to business was refreshing. 'By the way--there were two other companies I contacted the very same Saturday that I contacted Jones Roofing. I'm still waiting (as of today, 2-23-13) to hear from either of them!

The crew was very efficient and professional. They worked non-stop, but spoke very little English, so I had a difficult time explaining the clean up.

All work was performed well and in a very timely matter. The new roof was completed in one day and this included removing old roof and hauling away the old shingles. Siding crew did a great job. Overall I am very happy with the work done. The new roof and new siding changed the appearance of the home completely.

I called four different places to compare pricing. I called yesterday morning and he called right back. Bill was out yesterday afternoon to provide the estimate. I ordered the windows and his price saved me a bunch of money. His comparable window is a better price than other companies.

We'll see in 2 weeks or so. Job started on 11/29/2012 at 0830. Crew of 8 arrived a little early and started immediately on the roof. They completed the job and were offsite at 1315. The work was fast and error free. The turbines were removed, and patched, a new ridge vent installed and flashing and "cricket" installed on the chimney. One small rotten spot was found and patched. The guys even cleaned out my gutters! Hard workers and did an excellent job. I'd certainly recommend Jones Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

The work was done quickly and on schedule. The crew was polite and hard working although the language barrier was a little unsettling. No complaints with the work crew. I rated the company with a B for responsiveness and professionalism because I was given a promise that the job would be done by a certain date and it was, but I never could get a firm day for starting, the work crew showed up unannounced, although not unexpected, on a Wednesday morning and was finished late Thursday. Mr. Jones came out Thursday afternoon and asked if I wanted to settle up to save him a trip back out this way. Since the work was not completely finished and the clean up had not begun I declined and as a result I paid for the job and received a receipt by swapping documents in my mail box the next evening. Didn't leave a warm fuzzy, but it worked. One heads up - the work crew left paper cups and other trash scattered around their truck and work space after the first day which I was apprehensive about, but they completely cleaned the area before they left. I supplied cold cokes to the crew and gave them a tip at the end of the project for doing such a good job. All in all a good job at a reasonable price. No major complaints.

Mr. Jones and his company are absolutely wonderful. He was well regarded by the other companies that gave roof estimates for this job. He also happened to give the best price. He came out to our house personally to give his estimate, and gave a lot of good advice on shingle colors. After we signed the contract, the materials needed for the job showed up 2 days later. Mr. Jones let us know that it would take some time to get his crew out to do the job, as it was the storm season and his crews were all booked. After just a couple of weeks, his crew showed up and worked through what was easily the hottest week so far of the year. Despite this, they were professional and quick. They did a good job a cleaning up afterwards, and did not damage any of my new landscaping I had done around the house earlier in the spring. We have had a few big storms since and there isn't a leak to be found. Mr. Jones even came by personally to make sure we were happy. We have and will continue to recommend Jones roofing, and would gladly hire him to do other work.

no real story here they got the job done in 1 day they took the old shingles off put new shingles on and were gone. the siding took longer there is only 2 people doing the job But they did a fine job. They were very professional about it and I like the job they did.

Jimmy Morris from the sales department came to give us an estimate. His estimate was less than the other company we called so we went with Jones. They were able to do the roof at the beginning of next week. They took a day and a half to complete it. The crew was polite and friendly. They cleaned up after the job very well.

I received several estimates for replacing the roof. All were based on my assumption that the existing plywood would need to be replaced or covered with new wood. Jones was not the lowest estimate, but Mr. Morris, the estimator, earned my confidence, so I contacted him before deciding. Mr. Jones agreed to essentially meet the lowest estimate, so I contracted for the work. I'm satisfied I could not have gotten a significantly lower price from any other established reputable contractor. I was given two days notice that the work was to be started 2/6/2012 (expected 2 day job). The crew arrived promptly at 7:30. It was an efficient, hardworking crew, well supervised by Charles. Upon removal of the old shingles, we discovered that the condition of the wood was better than expected (a plywood layer had been added 20 years before with the last reroofing and was undamaged). Mr. Jones immediately agreed by phone to credit the contracted OSB and the crew was able to complete the roof in the same day. Cleanup was close to perfect (I've found only 6 fasteners in the yard in the week following). After the first rain, I inspected for leaks. Found one tiny water leak through flashing around the chimney. Jones sent a technician who made the necessary repair, and it has rained heavily since with no more leakage. Obviously I recommend this contractor and this crew.

Mr. Jones came immediately for the estimate. It was good and I selected him after interviewing two other contractors. It then took him about a month before he hace the roofing supplies delivered and then another month before he started the work. The roofing supplies just sat in my driveway blocking the use of one side of my garage. Once the work got started, it was fast and seems to be a good job upon completion.

Billy Jones is the owner and was prompt. I called one day and he was at my home within 2 days for the estimate, based on my choice, he would have come sooner. He was very thorough. He looked at the front & back of my house, did measurements, and discussed options of why things should be done. The information was very good to help me understand what I was doing to my home. He gave me a rough estimate that day and complete estimate, by email, within 24 hours. He discounted the price for me as well since he knew I was looking at other companies. He was very professional and I felt very comfortable working with him. I have hired him and the work will be completed this summer.

They were wonderful. The workers were polite and efficient and did a great job. They cleaned up all of their mess at the end! The owner came out 3 days after the job was complete to check the roof to make sure everything was done correctly! I would highly recommend them. Their prices were also very reasonable! I actually called him back in 2009 and got an estimate but didn't have the work done due to my mother being extremely sick. When I called him this time, he said he will let me keep the estimated price that he gave me back in 2009. What a nice person and a great business to work with. He also replaced the rotted wood on the roof around the front porch.

Called this company on a Friday to ask for an estimate. They said they would be out the first of the next week. Three weeks later i have heard neither hide nor hair of them.

They did a great job and I was very happy. They had to fix some rotten wooden and put in a ridge cap. They were reasonably priced. I liked their services a lot and will use the same in future.

Called Wednesday, Thursday afternoon Mr. Morris came and evaluated the situation. One hour later a two-man crew came and did the work.

It went very well. The crew worked 10 hour days, only stopping for lunch. We did have a leak around a skylight, but they sent the crew back right away to fix it, and had a painter out to repair the damage ASAP.

Overall I was very pleased with Jones. Of the SEVERAL companies I contacted for an estimate, Jones responded the quickest in calling me back and providing an estimate. I had Billy Jone's cell and was able to call him directly rather than leaving a message and waiting for a call. He was always very responsive and able to answer all of my questions. When they did the work, they found certain portions of the roof had been repaired over the years and had several layers. They also found a good bit of wood that needed to be replaced. Once they started, they finished the job in 2 days. It would have been earlier, except it stormed the day they started. The final product looks great and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The only complaint I had was the wait between signing the contract and the final job. It ended up taking close to 3 months(granted there were holidays and a lot of rain during that time)but I was more disappointed because when I would call to check and the office would tell me "either this week or next" and it was actually 1 1/2 months later. I knew it would happen when Billy Jones said it would happen. In fact, he called and asked if they could start earlier. I was impressed again though when Mr. Jones called a couple of days later to ask if I was happy with the work and in fact stopped by the house to look at it and deliver the warranty information personally. The estimate was dead on, although I knew I'd have to pay extra for any wood replacement, but I was very happy with final price.

We had hail damage on a 16 year old roof and our insurance company agreed to replace the roof. Jones Roofing had been suggested to me by a neighbor who had experience with roofing contractors as part of his job. He stated they were one of the best in the area and the one he would use themselves for his house. William Jones came out within a few days of contacting his company and provided a written estimate that was significantly below the insurance company estimate (by about 25%) to use the same category of shingles we had originally had on the house (basic 20 year warranty shingles). The estimate was to remove the old roof, replace the vents and fittings around the roof penetrating plumbing vents and chimney. We decided to upgrade the roof to a 30 year, high wind resistant (110 mph), and architectural style shingle. The total cost was still below our insurance estimate - even considering the deductible. The crew that came out were efficient and professional. The old roofing material was neatly removed and stacked until it could be placed in a dump truck. They did not just throw the old material off the roof, but removed it from the side of the house I had requested. Some things, like plastic wraps, were thrown off the roof on all sides. Damaged sheets of plywood were identified and replaced (I was also shown the damaged wood). The work was completed within the stated time frame and looked great. The clean up was excellent, we only found one roofing nail around the house and very few tiny pieces of roofing paper. Mr. Jones came over to the house a couple of days latter to see how we liked the job and to be paid. We were impressed that not only were we not asked to provide a down payment prior to the work - the entirety was due after the work was performed, but that we were able to lock in the shingle cost even during a time period where the costs were going up monthly due to the rapidly rising oil prices (spring & summer of 2008). My wife and I were very pleased with the work process, the final appearance and the overall interaction with the company. It exceeded our expectations. The Jones company had been recommended as a quality company where everything was upfront and transparent and we agree that their excellent reputation was accurate and warranted. The only problem we had was that it took almost two months to get them to come out and replace the roof once we had signed a contract, and we had trouble getting a clear date when they would come out until about a week before they actually came out. At that point they did come on the date they agreed to. I think what was responsible for this problem was that there was a tremendous number of roofs in the area that were scheduled to be replaced due to the hail storm. All local roofing companies seemed to be maxed out and many houses in our neighborhood were worked on by several different companies around the time our roof was done.

We moved into a 5600 square feet home in Jones Creek Subdivision in August 2007. Prior to the closing, we were concerned about the appearance of certain parts of the roof. The home inspector told us that the roof showed evidence of prior repair but appeared to be in good condition. We asked for independent letter from a roofer. The roofer who had made the earlier repairs issued a letter stating that the roof was "good for at least the next 3 to 5 years". Within 3 to 5 months we had 4 to 5 leaks and found a plastic bucket in the chimney recess catching rain from a leaky chimney. Mr. Jones and another roofer came out and both told us that we needed a new roof. We went with Mr. Jones based upon his personality and character as well as a recommendation from a neighbor. His crew was EXCELLENT. They worked HARD ALL DAY for nearly a week and CLEANED UP all of the mess. We ended up having a lot of rotten wood. Mr. Jones would not let us pay for an extra 6 packs of shingles needed to complete the job
