Description of Work: Will talk to mr. Jones today. His employees tore off the wrong roof. Should have been next door. They replaced the roof but we have numerous leaks now. Will let you know how they remedy this situation. Will let you know later today.

Description of Work: Called to get an estimate for replacing a porch roof. My husband spoke with Jimmy Morris who said they MIGHT be out on Wed. or Thurs. After my husband hung the phone up he told me that they did not seem to be too interested. They NEVER showed or called.

Description of Work: They installed a complete new roof with vents, removing the old roof and repairing the roof base as needed where rot had occurred. They provided a quote that included everything but unforseen materials. Their quote was less than the competition. We were charged only for the extra materials not additional labor. They worked quickly and professionally with attention to detail. They cleaned up quickly and well after the job. The job looks great. I am totally pleased with their job and will use them again if needed.

 + -1 moreTook 3 bids on the roofing job, one was much higher, while another company compared to Jones was almost identical. Jones had a slight advantage in that they had more options in shingles, they employed larger crews, meaning the job would be done in 1-2 days and they were rated a little better on BBB. Once we settled on Jones, they were able to move our install date up and completed the job in 1.5 days. Good thing for us, since the next day we had an unexpected thunderstorm! The crew worked quickly and professionally. We found that our previous shingles were "short-nailed" using only 2 nails per shingle. Jones installers used 5-6 per shingle. The flashing looks great and we are pleased with the overall job. Mr Jones came out to look the job over after the work was complete. I pointed out that some of our gutter leaf guards had been bent. Mr. Jones sent one of his crew back out to fix the gutter guards. Overall, a good job at a good price!
Description of Work: Removed old shingles, replaced with Owens Corning 30 year architectural shingle. Re-flashed entire roof. Added ridge vent, closing up old vents.
