Everything was great.
Description of Work: Had keys locked in car with it running. Dixie was very quick to get here in the evening, had the door open in 30 seconds and the technician was great. Price was great, too, I expected more. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Very minor service, but a good experience- I got 3 copies of my house key made for $5.00 total. The keys worked in the lock (as opposed to the ones I got made at Home Depot, which worked when they tested them in the store, but did not work on my front door). Guys in the store were polite and professional, I would use this company in the future for lockouts.

Dixie technician quickly repaired the cylinder and the $15 charge included a spray an of lock lubricant (Houdini).
Description of Work: Lock cylinder on pickup passenger side would not accept key insertion.

Description of Work: After finding this company on AngiesList. I called at about 930pm that my son locked his keys in his car. The answering service said they would contact the locksmith who would get back to me. Within 10 minutes I received the call and met up with the locksmith within 15 minutes he was there before me. Within minutes the car was unlocked. The only issue, which for me was minor was that the only accept cash or checks after business hours.

When I called them after locking my keys in the car upon arriving at work, it took less than 30 minutes for them to arrive and once they did, only 3-4 minutes to get my car unlocked. I would definitely use this company again

I had locked myself out of the house and couldn't find my keys on one of the busiest shopping days of the year...the day after Thanksgiving. I just knew that I was going to have to wait hours for a Locksmith to help me. But what I got instead was a friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the telephone and a Locksmith at my house in 30 minutes. Really! Thirty minutes! He opened the door and also made me another key on the spot because I had no idea where my spares were. I had never in my life used a Locksmith before and I had always heard that they were very expensive. Dixie Lock is friendly, affordable, reasonable waiting time and courtesy too. It is not worth the worry or the headache to wait on family members or someone else just call the folks at Dixie Lock and Safe they are great!
