Could not ask for better. Got rid of fleas in one visit. On time , effecent, knowledgable, polite.

Everything has gone very well. No sign of termites. An inspector with the state of S. Carolina came out to do a follow up after the installation (there have been numerous problems with pest control companies scamming people by not putting out poisons and/or improperly installing systems). He found no problems--he did put in one new station; could not find one that was indicated on the chart, but said it probably was there somewhere. He said it was a good install of the system.

It was excellent. I’ve not had any issues. We had reddish colored spiders. They showed up when they said they would.

An older gentleman came out and was at the home for an hour. He put down some pellets and sprayed around the house. It took care of my ant problem but now I’ve got a worm problem.

He was a nice guy and was very thorough. He sprayed inside and outside, advised me on dealing with bugs in my drain pipes, sprayed the windows, my attic, and even knocked down some spider webs and wasp nests in and around my garage. He was very neat and clean and answered all of my questions. He actually showed up a half hour early and because we weren't yet ready was nice enough to come back 20 minutes later.

Although none of the termite tunnels were active, I felt at ease with the technicians that came and sprayed and installed the sentricon system. They were very professional and courteous to me and I appreciated that. This house is a rental property, and we had to do a "total makeover" which meant tearing out sheetrock to replace. Only to discover there was quite some termite damage. Of course we removed all the termite eaten wood and replaced it, but became concerned this may happen again and wondered if the termites were still actively eating away on the house :) After discovery, I came home that night and saw that Angies List sent me an alert for "The Big Deal" for a Sentricon system from Allgood Pest Control. I bought it and haven't looked back. I feel confident that the termites are gone for good.

The gentlemen that showed up was very sweet and did everything he was suppose to. However my appointment time was for 1030am, An appointment that both the company and I made via email to make sure it worked with both are schedules. The day came for them to show up and no one came, at 1130 I called and asked where my technician was and apparently I wasn't even on the books.. They did come the same day but not until 4:30-5pm. Although service was good once he arrived I was annoyed about wasting my morning with my kids to be home waiting for no one to show up.

Went very well. The rep was courteous and professional. The only problem was that one of the bait stations was placed too close to one of my sprinkler heads that it prevented it from raising and lowering back fully. I called a few days after realizing it and was told someone would be out within a day. No one showed up so I called after about three days and a gentleman came out the next day and corrected the issue. A minor problem that was reasonably corrected.

the exterminator that treated our home was very thorough and courteous. the treatment was very effective. i have not seen any roaches in the house since the treatment was applied. i would definitely use this company in the future.

Great...excellent response and extremely fast. Installation..like the same day the inspector came out. WOW....I do wish though that I had been home to make sure the stations were put in a more symmetrical manner and had a little more curb appeal. But I could not meet the installation person so I could not stress my need for the stations to be more aesthetically pleasing. The service was awesome though!

When speaking with them about the appointment, they let me know this would not include termite control, which I needed more. They said I could not combine the two deals, so I decided the termite protection deal was better for me at this time. I just decided to have this deal refunded and purchase the termite deal instead. He was very kind in explaining this to me. He did contact me immediately, he was very cordial.

Scheduling was fast and they were out within a week of me purchasing the deal. The service was good and I was impressed with the technician. I like working with them and have also used them in Atlanta.

Bought the service online through Angie's List, within a couple of days I had an online response from Allgood and I sent them a couple of dates for installation. they recontacted me thru my message box on Angie's List and we set a firm date for the installation. their technician showed up the day scheduled and It only took about a half hour for him to install the bait stations around the perimeter of the house. everything went very well but there is one area in which they could improve. that is no information was given to me concerning the warranty or what the annual renewal price would be until I asked for it. these two items were important to me and I called Angie's List and inquired about them before making the decision to buy. you could not answer those questions and suggested that I call Allgood direct and ask those questions which I did. they answered the questions over the phone so I made the purchase, but the warranty and renewal information was not given to me until I asked for it. it should have been a part of the transaction. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend them to friends and family.

This company was wonderful! They worked around our busy working schedule, arrived when they said they would, were super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and did a great and thorough job. It's such a wonderful feeling to walk outside my house in mid-summer and think, "What's different? Oh yeah - No mosquitos!"

It went really well, the gentleman was very knowledgeable and the people that I spoke with on the phone very polite. I took care of me, and gave me what I thought was a very reasonable price.

After working with another company for several months without eliminating my roach infestation that cost me a major appliance, a friend recommended Allstate. I switched. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough. They took the time to find the nests and apply targeted treatments. They checked back to ensure continued progress. The infestation was eliminated within a few weeks. Good rates. Good work. I am happy to stay on with them for maintenance and preventative work.

They do a good job. They charge me $56 a quarter to come and spray my house and they also did the termite protection and I think that was about $100 for a year. They are professional and they are nice people. They come when I call them and come when they say they are coming. I will use them again.

The experience has been very good. The guy who comes out and does the work is really good, and the service works.

It was excellent. We've been doing business with them for 20+ years. They're always here when we call them. If we have a pest problem in my house, we can call him and they are here. They're an excellent company to deal with.

They have always been good for me, I have never had any problems. They leave us notice when they come. I am under contract, and so I pay a certain amount per year. I have never had any trouble with them, I have always got good service out of them.

My experience with them has been good and I set up another service with them so they are coming again shortly. I have an ongoing service with them. I knew their people before Allgood took them over. Mr. Eli who used to own the company before Allgood bought him out came out initially and he has been absolutely wonderful. Whenever I have had any questions or concerns, he has been there to address the issues. The one complaint that I have with them is that because they are now a big company and they bought out the small company that I had and right before they bought it out was when they gave me the price change that they had for the $100 a quarter and they have lost that personal touch. On the one time that they were late, they called and I would probably use them again in the future. If they could be more personal instead of being that automatic system, I would probably give them an 'A' grade.

It was all good. We did the thing about five years ago and then they did a contract with us. They are pretty good. They are quite high and there's a lot of cheaper company out there. I'm not a fan of their pricing. Every time we call them it takes weeks for them to come out here.

They did fine; they were okay. They charge $250 a year and $150 to do the pre-treatment and so forth. I do not dislike anything about them.
