Had to fight to get someone to come out and told "send video" we did of bugs crawling out of wood.Rodney came out and said it was "water damage",the wood dust coming out of bottom of walls"water damage" ..EVERY area of concern"water damage".WATER DAMAGE DOES NOT HAVE FEET AND CRAWL.SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE FOUND AS WELL AS LIVE TERMITES!! David told us"we can't possibly find damage during inspection"and "live termites in (one)trap is good and shows it's working" Another employee checking traps said"It IS termites but oh well I guess we missed it during inspection".We were told and have paperwork stating ONLY outer barn(200+ft away from house)had termites but NONE in house.Cingo was paid nearly $800 for WHAT??? I have pictures AND video.Would NEVER recommend them!!!!

Exterior inspected when I was not home. Inspections should be coordinated when owner is home so the interior inspection is performed as well.

Our experience started out as mostly positive, but there was a lot of turnover in representatives coming to our home. Supposedly, they have a policy of sending the same person for each visit, but they couldn't seem to keep the same person. Then there became a pattern of the representative going to the wrong house or not showing up at all. I've taken off work to be there when they haven't shown up. In one case, the person got sick, but I wasn't notified until after the appointment time had come and gone. Things like this have happened at least 4 times, even after we warned the company our business was hanging on by a thread. While they were always apologetic, the problems continued. We will now be seeking a different pest control company for our home.

At the beginning it went okay, the worker who came to my house was polite and usually on time. After the first couple of services the worker started showing up later and later. I requested a different worker but the rep on the phone told me that David was the designated worker in my area and she couldn't change it. He continued to show up late until one day he didn't even show up. The next month he came but only did the exterior of the house and then left. I contacted management who was polite but not helpful at all. He said according to their records the representative said he did come and spray outdoor both times, and had made a note that he knocked but there was no answer (although I was home all day both times). The manager said he couldn't refund me anything because per their records they had fulfilled their work. I asked for a different worker and he said he would make sure it was changed. The next month the same same guy came and acted like an a-hole. He came inside with his equipment, took some pictures in the kitchen of some dishes that were in the sink and went outside to his truck, sat on the phone for 20 min, then left. I called the same manager who said he would look into it, but have never received a response or any refund. I cancelled completely and suggest people look elsewhere for good pest control service!

Thorough report on what they looked at Roaches got fewer but not gone. We were happy with service

they usually sprayed every six weeks to bimonthly if at all. When they did show, they were hours late.

Allgood has been wonderful from day one. Got a special Groupon price for installation. They were punctual & courteous and installed many more bait stations than I expected. Their ongoing protection includes repairs to my home should termites get past their barriers. They always make appointments, then are on time and very pleasant. I just love this company and the peace of mind they give me!

Work was performed very professionally

The appointment is always quick, thorough, yet friendly and includes any special treatments that I may request e.g. Guests arriving, bugs coming in from woods around our house or pool. Very personable and professional serviceman. They let me know by email who is coming, on what date and time. Very nice!

Great. Very professional. Company notifies ahead of time the day and time the serviceman will arrive. Service man arrives on time.

They came promptly, and professionally rid all of the spiders, and webs immediately. They looked into the attics and basement areas, as well, and treated the areas as needed. I have not had any problems with spiders since. I highly recommend their services.

It was fine. Well they came out 3 different times so it's been over the last month. They got the job done though it took them 3 times.

They do that every four months. A lot of times they will do it when I'm not even here. I never have to call them out. They come whenever. It was all external.

Always very professional and performs work as expected

Shane did a very good job. He let us know when he would be coming, arrived on time, and inspected the entire area and the crawlspace. It was a very hot day, and I know that it is hot work. He explained the various options available for preventing and dealing with termites.

It went fine. They were really nice. I'm always very impressed with people that work around my schedule. They were very flexible with their schedule. I've been using them for 5 to 6 years.

They didn't do too good. They weren't using powerful stuff. If they could have used DuPont, that would have did the job. If they could have used that, I would have had no problems. DuPont gel is the best you can use.

They did a good job. Everything was fine. I haven't had any problem. The price was fair. The quality of their work was good. I haven't had any problems. They tried to get me in quickly. They were on time. They are good to contact if you have problems with pest control.
