I was not charged more than the big deal. The fixed something a previous provider messed up. They checked the rest of the house and checked for infestations. They are very professional and honest.

I was impressed with the service provided by Allgood Pest Solutions. I called the office prior to purchasing the service, and the lady answering the phone was extremely pleasant and willing to spend time answering my questions. When I purchased the service (through an Angie's List "Deal"), they responded promptly and arrived exactly when they said they would. Their field representative was professional, and he completed the work neatly and without leaving any unnecessary soil. I would definitely recommend this provider.

They perform indoor/outdoor spraying once a quarter, and maintain a very punctual schedule.

We have been dealing with them for about three years. They usually call before each treatment is due for scheduling. If I happen to not be there, they will treat the exterior and leave a note offering to reschedule the appointment for the interior. They are good overall and we have not had any problems.

We actually have renters in this house, and the reason I gave this an A rating is because our renters did not call us with any complaints after the service was performed (it was supposed to last for 3 months, so ... after 3 months and no further complaints of pests, we assumed that everything went well and that the spray lasted). We have excellent renters, so if there was anything that they felt was unprofessional or poor quality, they would have informed us. I cannot recall the actual price -- it might have been $150, but it was not more than that and it was a really good deal compared to all the other companies out there, and that is probably why I would use them again if we needed another treatment). I also cannot recall the exact date -- might have been at the end of July actually. Anyway -- we were happy that we didn't have our renters calling and complaining about anything, so ... I would trust them again.

Our serviceman, Mr Otha, was personable and professional, answering all of my questions and did a good job examining our house-inside and out. I appreciated the fact that he arrived when he was expected even though it was very cold that morning. I feel confident that he checked carefully enough that we won't have to worry about any problems. Also, the fact that he told us to call if we noticed anything that might cause us some concern, to call Allgood immediately so they could revisit and check on it. We have used Allgood Pest Solutions for over 30 years and have always been pleased with them. I would definitely recommend them to any neighbors, friends or newcomers to Dublin.

I thought this was a tremendous value at $349. Company representatives were both courteous and knowledgeable and did not attempt to sell additional services. Even when I inquired about some fungus/mold on some of the joists in one place under the house, the Allgood person stated it was nothing to worry about. They do appear to be very honest and conscientious.

I bought the service in April as an Angie's Big Deal for only $299. They called me and scheduled installation right away. Today the technician inspected the stations, even though their commitment is for only one service per year. On both visits he arrived at the appointment time on the dot. They originally installed about 20 bait stations around the half-perimeter of my small duplex--many more than I expected. And today he installed two more at no charge. When I learned that their annual maintenance fee is $250 and they only inspect the bait stations once a year, I was concerned that that was too much money for too little service. But when they told me that repairs to the house are covered if termites ever do get in, that seemed more reasonable. And now that they've inspected after only six months, I feel even better. I am so relieved to finally have my home protected against termites at an affordable cost. And I couldn't be happier to have that protection provided by ALLGOOD. Based on experience to date, I recommend them highly.

The cost is really good. I have used a national service previously and I find them to be more comparable and I like that it's local. It's all local guys and they tell you who is coming out and they usually send out the same guy so he kind of gets to know the house. They are always on time and professional.

They did fine. We haven't had any problems with them. They are polite.

Overall, it went really well. They were very prompt. and got right to work. The only reason that they didn't get all A's is because they did hit the sprinkler line when installing one of the baits. Even then, he called for support and got it fixed very quickly. I'm very happy with their work & are having them come out bi-monthly to spray for pests,

Treated inside and outside around the foundation, in the crawlspace under the house and around the base of my free-standing shed. Used a brush to remove visible spider webs on the ceilings and soffits. Returned a week later to apply a second treatment. Then a couple days later a supervisor showed-up to inspect the work and inquire about my satisfaction I assurred him I was well pleased.
