I called on Friday and Shelby Woods came today 10/26/15. They are professional and I was satisfied.

The technician was excellent and did a thorough job inside and out. He explained everything to us. I havent seen as many bugs since the service, but I did see one, so I am going to follow up with them about that to see if any follow up is necessary.

Robert was professional, communicative, friendly and respectful. He explained what he used and the where and why of it. I would not hesitate to use ALLGOOD again.

Provider worked well to perform schedule date to perform work. Provider arrived on time and performed inspection prior to installation of termite traps. Service tech was very polite. No problems.

Our technician was running late but he called to let us know. I haven't seen any ants but 2 weeks later. I saw a brown long-legged bug in my bathtub.

We have used Allgood Pest Control on two previous occasions, and we have been pleased each time with the technician's promptness and professionalism. The cost of this most recent treatment was reduced somewhat by an Angie's List discount by the company, an obvious added incentive to use them again.

They're awesome. We actually just cancelled service due to financial reasons but not due to anything that they did wrong. They were amazing. If they couldn't get here on time, they call. They would always notify us or if there's a problem, they would call us and let us know. It was really good. We're very pleased with them. We're still customers but we don't do the quarterly pest control.

We like the service very much. They do a good job inside and out. The representative is very nice. It could be a little bit cheaper.

It turned out fine; it was great. It cost $50 a quarter. They are very punctual, come out when they say they are and leave a note. They were just perfect.

It has been fine. They typically are just outside and they don't do any indoor stuff. They just do our termite stuff so I don't ever see them a whole lot. They just kind of come do it and leave the thing in the door.

They did a pretty good job but then they went up to add the expense. I changed the company because of the cost. I've used them for three or four years. They took care of the contract. I have no problem. It was good. They let me know when it was time to put the treatment. The reason why I said it was excellent because the contract was on the rental property and I asked them to contact the renter when it was time to come out and they did that a couple of times.

They have been good with me for several months. What stands out is the thoroughness and returns. If a bug comes back in between treatment they will came back out for nothing. They are pretty reliable and they never had to come back between service. They send you a card to remind you it is time for them to come and on that card there is a picture of the person that is going to give you the spray. That way you are safer. I like that lot.

Their service has gotten worse all the time.

They let us know who's coming. They get us noticed before they come. They let us know who's going to come, it's always the same guy, it's good. It doesn't impact us so much but if you are a retired person and leaving alone that would be a very reassuring thing. When they are coming, they let you know the dates when they are coming and who's coming. I haven't really compared anything but I haven't done the research to know. I don't have anything bad to say.

They are fine. We are calling them soon to work something about a flea problem. I pay them yearly. I particularly like that they always notify me before they come. They sent me a post card that even has a picture of the service tech on the card so I know exactly who is coming to my house. They give me a very narrow window like we will be there between 8 to 10 so it is not like I have to sit here all day long waiting for them. The price for what they do is fairly reasonable. We have only had them since September since we have moved into the house. We haven't had any problems. They were really quick about getting here when we first established everything.

He came 4 time and I still have the problem and he left his equipment here

I'm fully satisfied with them. They've been great. They're punctual, on time, respond well, good prices. They work with me when I need them to on scheduling issues. They always make a point of letting me know who is coming into my house.

They are very professional in what they do and they are very responsive. We have been very pleased with them. We have used them for a long time. We have a contract with them so they come regularly.

Technician arrived on time. He explained to me how the bait traps worked. He completed the work in a timely manner. He also sprayed around the house for insects. I was very pleased and I would use Allgood again. I would highly recommend >

They sent a post card with a photo of the actual person that would performing the service, which was very professional. He listened and offered advise. It's only been a week, but have seen some dead bugs, so that's a good sign.
