Contractor showed up promptly and did inspection as required. No visible termites were found.

Very well. However they are not very flexible in scheduling. They expect you to work around their schedule vs. yours

Denny came out and gave us estimates of three types of termite treatments with bonds. We chose one and they came the next week to do the work. The tech called to confirmed the appt. and asked if he could come by a couple of hours earlier. He came as agreed, did the work and we were done.

Went above and beyond and sprayed for bugs in two outdoor buildings.

Went well. Allgood was willing to accept monthly payments as long as I paid ahead. The agent came when he said he would. He sprayed and cleaned off all the exterior cob webs he could find and reach. He left a time on the ticket so we could determine when to allow our dogs on the grass again.

They send me a bill every year for inspection. This is the second time; I had them treat the slab. They originally treated the house when I bought it and I have stuck with them. They come on time. They do what they are supposed to do. I didn't research for the price with other companies. I didn't look out for cheaper options. If I have a problem, they come out. I think their price is fair.

I am really pleased with them. They are always prompt and they do a full service. They always take an appointment. Their rates are really reasonable. I used them about two weeks ago when I had a moth problem and I found out it was because of the bird feed inside the house; the moths carried the bird seed out. I was using another service, but I’m much more pleased with Allgood Pest Solutions. I would keep on using them in the future.

They are very good with communication. They seem to be more local than the previous service I was using. They are quick. I give them a call, and they come right over.

Came out for 15 minutes and walked around the house, inside and out, except hard to reach places like under shelves or behind the freezer, charged 100 dollars, and left. Don't think it was worth the money. I'm not confident the inspection was actually worth anything. Note this was in 2002. We used them for 2-3 years, then just stopped.

After the second day, we have not seen any more roaches in the house, and only dead or dying roaches in the garage or outside the house. The person who did the spraying was very professional and courteous.

They do a very good job. The gentleman is very kind and professional. He always calls ahead to make sure I'm ok with it. He comes, gets the job done in a timely fashion, and leaves. Very quick, clean, and professional.
