It was good. We still use them. They are very good. If I have a problem, they come right out. We don’t have a lot of bugs and every now and again, an issue comes up and they come right out and deal with it. There was one time that a young come out because when I went to the kitchen, there were little ants. I called them and he was going back to Augusta which is about 20 to 25 miles and he came back around that night and took care of my ant problem and I haven’t seen another one since. They are very conscientious. I have no problems with them. I think their price is great. I just have no complaints about them. I have 2 dogs in the yard and they were very careful never to leave the gate open and let my dogs out so they were responsible. They always come the day they say they would.

It worked out fine. They came out and got rid of it and that’s the end of it. They solved our problem and that’s all that we cared about. They were really nice to us. I don’t have any problems with them at all. We were trying to leave town and all of a sudden, I saw termites in the closet and I called then and they came out that night and made a survey and came out the next day but we were gone but they came out and got rid of them all then. Their pricing was fine for what they did.

It was fine. I chose to go with them after going through quite a few different ones so I think they are pretty good. They are good.

They do a good job like I think everybody else would do. I have them every year and I’m satisfied with their service. I don’t have termites so far. Their pricing is normal.

We’ve been using them for several years now. We’ve had nothing but the best of service. So far, I really haven’t had any dislikes and the reason why is because when they come to service us, they will spray the outside and the inside if you request it. If you don’t request it, they will just do the outside but should you not be at home and they have a regular schedule then they do the outside and you want them to come back, they come back for free or if you see some other pests come out between the time you have your first service and your next service, they will come back for free. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I think their pricing is average.

They are excellent. I don’t have any pest problems. They spray inside and outside and if I have any particular problem like we were having issues with spiders then they took care to focus on that too. Their technicians, at least the ones that come in the house, are very friendly and accommodating. Their pricing is evidently reasonable. They were recommended to us here by some local people and we’ve been happy with them. They must be within a reasonable range or I don’t think we would have kept them coming. Their responsiveness is excellent. If we call them and say we have a problem, they will come right out.

I’ve had good service with them. If there is any termite infestation, they will repeat the service. They were prompt when I contracted them and they came out and they did it and they call me every year at the same time after I paid for the year and they call me and say that they are going to come out and asks me if that is okay. He came out and did a thorough inspection. I’m very satisfied with them and I would recommend them.

I like them. I don’t have any problems with them. I haven’t had any problems since they start coming. I see it. I had a problem with termites and now I don’t. When I call them, they come and I never have to call them in between times.

I’m an active customer of theirs and I have had very good results. I don’t have any dislikes. I have already recommended them to friends because of their service and the customer service with their people that come out to your house. They’re just very accommodating and very customer service oriented. I have not shopped because if I was not happy with the customer service, it’s definitely worth something or you have to be able to put a price on customer service, so even if they are not the cheapest, their customer service is worth me paying more.

Nothing stands out because I don't have to compare to them to be honest. They're the first company that I've used for the pest control and I don't have any reasons to go find somebody else. Sometimes, the service tech comes out to my particular location and call me 9 o'clock at night to confirm his work. I'm an early sleeper. I'm pretty comfortable for what I'm paying.

Fine. Not home when they checked stations the last time

Treated the house inside and out for insects. Came back when the initial treatment failed, and kept applying insecticide until problem solved. Treated the outside of the house for termites using termite traps.

They called ahead to schedule the appointment and to see if I had any specific concerns that would need to be taken care of at the appointment. None this time, but they have other times. They adjusted the day to fit my conflict with their schedule. They also let me know someone different would be coming. He was right on time, which I wasn't. He was about to start on the outside of the house, a great use of the appointment time. But he was great about the short delay. When asked about why the change in personnel, he said the previous team had been the owner and his grandson! I'd had no idea. They had just done a great job like all their employees have. I've had several people on this route and they did the same quality job. Did a clean job, left my gates and doors closed and locked and were conscientious about their work.

They came to my house and talked in detail with me on the services they provide and those I needed. I was impressed with the service they provide and I also like the fact that they come every two months and not the regular three most other companies do.

Great! They take care of everything and leave a note on the door when they come, detailing everything they did.

This company has provided excellent, timely service with a professional yet friendly demeanor. The representative has been here as scheduled and has done an excellent, thorough job of treating the house and immediate area. I found at one point that I had a mouse that had gotten into the kitchen and under the dishwasher. He came immediately, told me what he had done and how to follow through, and the problem was solved. I simply could not be more pleased with them. Thank you so very much for providing me the opportunity to find such a reliable, competent company. I signed up for the long haul.

Very prompt. Works around your schedule. Careful with pesticides chosen to use around pets.

Allgood always does a great job. We have them spray the outside of the house quarterly. If we have seen inside bugs, they spray inside also. The same young man comes each time and also removes spider webs from around the outside, if necessary. He is very courteous, regular in his visits and prompt. We are completely satisfied with this company.

Goes ok. Don't do much. Worth it to document pest control for mortgage and resell? Not sure, continued cost after initial effort seems exorbitant, perhaps it is their liability issues if pest damage is reported? Occasionally trap placement is a problem. Once, several years ago, cut a buried phone line.

I have used Allgood Pest Control for 8 years and have always found the service technicians prompt and pleasant to work with. They also have a feature that allows you to pay your account and set-up services or additional services online.

Treated the around the house monthly and periodically service the termite traps.

We have been using Pied Piper for 10+ years. In the last several months Allgood Pest Solutions purchased Pied Piper. Thus far we have not seen any difference in the service....which has been good all these years.
