Description of Work: Bartlett removed a large fallen oak tree. There were no problems whatsoever. They were efficient and did a good job of cleaning up debris. We use Bartlett for lawn service as well and have been quite happy with their work. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I love my Pine trees but the ice storm in February 2015 really caused a lot of broken limbs making the trees off balance. The professionals from Bartlett Tree experts came out and climbed those tall trees clearing the dead limbs and trimming the limbs so that the trees would be more likely to fall away from my house in case of another ice storm. They were also very helpful to identify any Pine trees that might be diseased and remove them I was most appreciative of their help and will use them again.

Description of Work: I have used this company already 3 times. After the major ice storm they took down 2 of my heavy damaged pine trees and cleaned broken branches on few others. This June I hired them to take down heavily infested pine tree and to treat all pine trees against the borers. As always they were very punctuate, provided written estimate, worked fast and cleaned all debris immediately. Their price is not cheap although withing the range with other companies I obtained quotes from. Company's representatives are very knowledgeable and always provide me with good advices and suggestions about tree care. I will definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Thinned 2 large Red Maple trees in front yard. Trees are on a hill so no bucket lifts could be used, the trees were pruned by 'tree climbing' men. Job was done quickly and efficiently, |and lawn was left with all debris removed. The trees look great, job well done. |

Description of Work: We suffered major damage to our river birches, magnolia tree and weeping willow during a major ice storm in Georgia. They came in and trimmed all of the damaged trees saving all of them. They were on time and professional. They cleared away all of the debris from the trees they worked on in our yard. We would absolutely use them again.

+ -1 moreJoe Lowery is well informed about trees and their diseases, etc. He gave me excellent advice and adjusted his original estimate (to reflect my new budget) MANY months after our first meeting. The gentlemen who cut the trees were always professional, punctual, and took the time to show things to my grandson and answer any questions.
Description of Work: Several trees were cut down, some other trees were trimmed and shaped, one tree was cut and left in proper lengths for firewood upon my request, and all limbs etc. were hauled away.

+ -1 moreMr. Lowery arrived at the scheduled date and time. He was very professional and took time to explain his evaluation and offered solutions. He said two of the trees had less than a 50% chance of thriving even with suggested treatments. He provided that day a written contract detailing the suggested treatments and costs. There was absolutely no pressure to accept the treatments. If or when I wanted Bartlett to care for the trees I was to mark the desired treatments and mail or fax the signed contract to the office. I did decide to have the trees treated rather than replaced and faxed the contract. I had no other communication or acknowledgement that the fax was received or the work scheduled. However about 10 days later Bartlett was here fertilizing the roots of the trees and several days later two men came to prune and clear away soil and mulch from the base of the trees. All of the men were pleasant and answered all of my questions. I recommend Bartlett Tree Experts.

They did come out at appointed time and looked over job to be done. They stated they would call back or email me their estimate. They did not do either and they did not answer calls I made to them.

+ -1 moreVery pleasant experience. The 3 men were clean cut, friendly, helpful and professional. I was asked to inspect their work at intervals so as to be satisfied. I was glad a truck was not required on my lawn, rather a man climbed the tree to prune it. All debris was removed. The tree has a nice shape and I feel relieved knowing limbs won't fall on my house.
Description of Work: Prune oak at left front of house by removing lower branches to height of 10-18 ft. to improve clearance over lawn/house. Reduce crown spread by approximately 5-8 feet to provide clearance to house/chimney. Remove resulting debris. Prune 4 holly trees located at front of house. Reduce crown spread by about 1-2 ft. to renovate overgrown shrubs and remove resulting debris.
