Initially, I would rate the service excellent. Would definitely use again.

Adam was great. Very responsive through the whole process. Called right back, showed up on time, did the job efficiently and called me as planned to come back and check out the job. He cleaned the carpets very well and got out a rust stain that I didn't think was going anywhere. The carpets look great and the house smells awesome. I will definitely use him again!

Did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets as we were getting our house ready to sell. Adam did a thorough and totally professional job. We had lots going on while he was here and we hardly even knew he was in the house.

I called Adam on 02/08/12 to get information on his services. He was professional and courteous from the start. He described exactly his procedure and estimate on costs. I went ahead and scheduled an appt for 02/10/12. He arrived on time, we went over the problem areas that I had concerns about. He went right to work. He was very detailed and organized. He had me look over everything when he was done to make sure I was satisified. He explained about his 30 day guarantee! I was very happy with the results! My carpet looks brand new! I have already recommended his services for family and friends! Great job!

Upon recommendation by Bill Kay from Bill Kay's painting, I called Adam. Adam came by this afternoon and gave me a quick estimate after looking at my carpet. He then said he could do the work right then. He was able to get about 98% of the stains out we had. (I have two kids and we previously had a cat that couldn't find the litterbox). I was VERY impressed with how well he was able to get out all these dark, black stains from work books and dirt brought into the house. He was professional to the point, and I was very happy with the work and the price. A GREAT value. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job.

Adam arrived on time and quickly went through areas to be cleaned. He adjusted the pricing to be the most economical for me. He effiecently went to work and was done in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the outcome and service provided. I highly recomend his services.

I contracted vendor to clean my carpets the day after I moved out--Oct. 7, 2010. I had leased my home and needed to have the carpets cleaned for my new tenants. The new tenants inspected the house after the carpets had been cleaned, and found the job totally unsatisfactory. The vendor was not able to correct the sitiuation for three or four days, but my tenants had to move in on Oct. 8-9. I had no choice but to hire anorther carpet cleaning service at a considerable higher price in order to satisfy my tenants.

Arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended.

I would hire them again and would recommend them to others. They really know how to get a nasty carpet clean. My only suggestion would be to do a walk through! That's good advice, no matter what!

Punctual, courteous, and professional

Adam was able to come out the next day and came on-time. He offered to sanitize and apply the protection, as well, which did bring the price closer to other estimates I received, but I pretty much expected that. His work was very professional, and as he was cleaning and raking the carpets, he turned on the ceiling fans in each room to assist in the drying process, meaning I didn't have to walk all over the wet carpets to do that myself. The carpets dried quickly, allowing me to move my stuff in quickly, as well. Adam was very friendly, and when I learned that he didn't take credit cards, he was nice enough to allow me to drive a couple streets over to get my checkbook. I highly recommend Advanced Carpet Solutions and will look to them again in the future!

Excellent work, very fast response time to initial request, and was able to do the job the next day. The carpet's looked like new.

The friendly and kind service was incredible. I was extremely pleased with all their services. Their detailed work exceeded my expectations and my once dingy beige couch is now off white again! All the stains were removed from the upholstery and the scent of the cleaning solutions were very pleasant.

Did fantastic work. He got out several large stains which I was unable to remove with home machines. Price was half what I expected.
