Do not trust this company! *Update The owner, Adam, just called me to inform me he'd received my calls and read my fb post ( the same original post as below). He also expressed that I was not his client and he was doing me a courtesy. (Again, the carpet had just been cleaned the day prior.) He also claimed the appointment was a 30minute window - which he, Adam, NEVER expressed over the phone. After getting yelled at, I then asked him if he was just calling to just tell me off or if he was willing to go to the house to simply look at what his technician did. He let me know because my review and I wasn't his initial client, he would not service me. I then called him a JA$$ and hung up. I just wanted to put out there EVERYTHING - what I said and the fact I hung up after he told me he would not help. I updated this because he will surely respond with a lie below. Not to mention I do not see my FB post anymore. Deleted maybe????? The point initial customer or not... It was a day later... at least stand by your company. The least he could have done was looked. *Original Post I just bought a home that the owners had professionally clean by Advanced Carpet Solutions. The rug looked untouched after their "professional" cleaning. I called to complain because the entire carpet had the EXACT stains it did prior to their "cleaning". Long story short... The owner, Adam Fentress, claimed their technician felt the carpet should be replaced. I asked if I could get a second opinion, in which he, Adam, agreed and scheduled me for an appointment on the following Monday. I took my break and arrived at the property two minutes prior to my appointment. There was a card in my door from the owner, Adam, to prove they came. They were already gone. I ARRIVED EARLY! I called repeatedly to prove I was at the property, and he would not even answer the call. Do not trust this company. When I initially called the owner, he told me owners were their clients - even though the rug had just been cleaned the exact day prior. They don't stand by their work, they only want a paycheck. Apparently, once the owners said they were moving...they barely cleaned the rug. This company is a rip off. Btw... It is now 35 minutes later and still no callback or visit. After reading this post I bet they still won't try to make things right. Save your time and money people. Good thing I was considering laminate flooring anyway.

I counted on them to clean the 2 bedroom carpets and finally had to find someone else after trying to reach them for a week after our scheduled appointment. I couldn't believe that this business didn't have the common courtesy to call me back, regardless of the circumstances. Very unprofessional!

Normally I'm not one to write reviews however in this case I am because of the outstanding level of service provided by this company. They were prompt showing up 15 minutes early and completing the job on-time. They took the extra time to move furniture and other items (which normally is not done). The efforts of the crew was a very clean home (carpets). I will use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

Good small business. Adam cares about his work. He is prompt, friendly, and a hard worker. Will keep going back to him for carpet cleaning.

I have rental property and needed a good carpet cleaner. Call Adam, he quoted a price, set an appt. Met him at the property and left. He cleaned the carpet well and left the invoice on the counter. Will use this company again.

Adam arrived on time for both the estimate and the day of the appointment. He was very courteous and professional and very understanding of all my concerns. He got right to work and I hardly knew he was in the house until the machine started. He carefully moved and replaced my furniture using slider pads. When he left, my carpet dried in about three hours, as he had predicted and it looked beautiful. Not like the same carpet. Not only did he do great work, he charged me less than half what I had been quoted by another company. I will definitely use him again and have recommended him to all my friends by e-mail.

He is ontime, gets right to work, very prfoessional, the house smells so clean when he leaves. I have also had him do upholstery and they did an excellent job. I will only use him.

No problem. He was done in less than an hour, and left nothing behind but a clean carpet. He has all his own equipment and supplies. Oiur carpet is very light in color, so I plan to use this service every six months or so.

Did not steam clean (although I think they may offer that service also), used a circular floor buffer type machine with cleaning solution. Did a great job, carpet looked better than when we rented the place just after it was steam cleaned. On time, very polite, worked quickly. Offers military discount.

Adam accommodated our schedule very nicely. He was courteous and professional. The cleaning took exactly as long as he predicted, and everything looked great. Drying time was in fact about 3 hours. Will use again without hesitation and will recommend to friends and family.

I have rental property and need carpet cleaning between tenants. Called Adam, he was running a 4 room special for $90. I told him I had used others in the past and wasnt happy with them, including a chain steamer company. We went over a few things such as red stains wont come out and such. He was booked up for 2 weeks but came on the date and time he was set up for. Husband let him in to the home and left. Did a good job and left me an invoice on the counter. We will use him again.

Most of the details are above. It was over all the best experience I've had with a carpet cleaner. I definitely prefer using a business where the owner is the one doing the job. About 3 weeks later, I am still really pleased with the job Adam did on my very dirty carpet. It was clearly the best job anyone has done on my carpet, and I've tried several companies. I wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Carpet Solutions.

Adam arrived on time... He was very professional and very thorough. The carpets look great... smell fresh... We highly recommend and will have him back next year!
