Description of Work: Adam did a superb job cleaning the carpets. They were heavily stained by our pets so I purchased the gallon stain remover and he did a great job removing them. I am very pleased with the results. This was the 2nd time I used him and was happy with the results again.

Description of Work: Very professional and did an excellent job. I had some stains he was able to get up. Afterwards, the carpet was dryer than having it steam cleaned and was very soft once it was finally dried.

Description of Work: Mr. Fentress came on Weds, cleaned my bedroom carpet and took my living room rug back to his shop for thorough cleaning top and bottom. We have 3 dogs and had some urine stains on it. I stated that I was expecting company on Monday and he was very timely and brought it back at 12:30 with plenty of time before my guests arrived. Thankfully, it was dry, smelled fresh and clean without any odor of chemicals. I mentioned to the 18 ladies that Mr. Fentress had cleaned the rug and turns out some of them use his service as well. The rest took his cards and I was very happy to recommend him. Very polite and pleasant person to do business with. |

Description of Work: Punctual arrival. Cleaned carpet which were 16 and 7 years old respectively and had not been cleaned for 2 years. Very professional and I was amazed on how clean the carpet was upon completion. Completed carpet cleaning within time predicted time frame and carpet dried within 3 hours. Price included scotch guard application. I will definitely use Adam again. Thanks so much.

Description of Work: Needed to clean 4 bedrooms. The appointment was set-up very easy and technician came next day. They did very professional job: fast, very clean and even one tough spot I did not believe was possible to remove was gone. The final price was even slightly lower than estimated plus discount on Agie's list mention. Will definitely call them again.
