Everything works properly again.

Our water heater was going nuts on us - Freezing cold one day, normal the next, and scalding hot the day after! We called a few plumbing companies and they all automatically said we would have to replace the tank. They were also going to charge us just to come out. We called Matt at Zippy- referred to us by a family member. He was very professional, friendly, and immediatly put us at ease. We made an appointment and he was there on time. Clean cut and very professional looking (not your average looking plumber!). He was very very informative and we loved that he explained everything in detail. He brought it down to our level. He showed us pics on his ipad and we could clearly see what the problem was. He did an amazing job! It was done quickly, neatly, and the price was less than expected. The original tank did not need replacment and has been working like a dream since! I've referred him to several friends and family since and they've all been happy with the services. We've had Zippy come back and replace our garbage disposal and the service was just as excellent as the first time. We are extremely pleased with their services and consider Zippy an incredible find in Atlanta - Local, assessible, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all affordable! We definitely won't be using any other plumbing company!!!

Wow! You don't find service like this any more! I called Zippy Plumber and Matt was able to make it out within an hour of my call. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Not only did he fix the leak in my drain pipe, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service he provided. Zippy was very honest and affordable, and I would DEFINITELY call Matt from Zippy Plumber to help with any future plumbing issues. I've been telling all my friends and neighbors about the great plumbing company I found! THANKS MATT!!

On a Sunday I called Zippy Plumber along with 20 other plumbers to install a new kitchen faucet. Obviously a new faucet is NOT an urgent request so every plumber said NO, it's a weekday job. I work Mon-Fri so that's not good for me. My last call was to Zippy but I didn't leave a message. Matt called me back and said, "I received a call from this number?" I thought wow, a plumber is calling me back? I reluctantly said, "well my request is not urgent, I live far from you, and I only need a faucet installed." Matt replied with-I have 1 appt in Roswell but if you give me a couple hours I can come to do the installation before my next appt. in East Point. Feeling a little guilty I said you sure you don't mind the drive? He said not at all! I wanted to surprise my husband before he returned from a weekend trip with the new faucet. Matt called to keep me posted on his arrival time. Very professional, nice, prepared with all his tools. He had to cut a bigger hole in my sink for the soap dispenser and replace a water cut off valve so it was not as simple as I described to him on the phone but he still charged me less than 200 on a Sunday. It was so worth the money! He even looked at another issue I was having with my tub. It was great experience and I will NEVER call another plumber Zippy is the best and I would highly recommend to anyone.
