We would highly recommend Robin Brown as she is the best realtor we have ever had. She is truly a professional who knows and understands how the real estate market works for both the seller and buyer. She has been amazing – always available for questions and providing consistent updates on where we are in the process. Closing with her was a breeze and she helped us every step of the way. Robin also goes above and beyond by recommending electricians, handymen, etc for all the projects that come with buying a home. Lastly, her negotiation skills are excellent!

We were searching for a home in Atlanta from afar with little familiarity with the area. Jessica was phenomenal and hung out with us for a marathon home shopping session over a long weekend - we looked at almost 20 homes across many neighborhoods. We just recently closed on a home with the Zac Team and everyone we worked with was great. When we flew into town to look at houses for a weekend, our realtor, Jessica Emerson, basically spent her entire weekend with us to make the most of our time. She was super helpful and always responsive throughout and when we decided to completely change what we were looking for, she rolled with it and helped us find exactly what we wanted. All the recommendations for mortgage lenders, inspectors, and others that Jessica provided have been great so far and, with her help, the entire process went smoothly from start to finish.

Set a realistic price based on comparable sales. Came through for me with VERY short noticed last minute assistance to avoid delay in the closing. I usually do not take time to complete reviews, even though I read them as a reference for good service. However, the service I received from The Zac Team shouldn’t go unnoticed. I just purchased my first home thanks to Jon Kettering! I was looking for a one or two bedroom condo in-town, in a walkable neighborhood, and within a community I could vibe with. I actually said to Jon when we first sat down to talk, "my ideal would be to live in the Arizona Lofts." And that's where I'm living! Jon was extremely helpful during this process, always got back to me on my questions, and was very honest (and patient!).
