We've been receiving Zac Team flyers in the mail for years, and decided to use them as listing agent when we put our condo up for sale this year. We closed on the sale on Monday and it couldn't have been smoother. Our listing agent was Ken Kraften, and he guided us through the listing process and all the way through closing. The Zac Team also provided some great insight as to the best way to stage our unit, and then sent a photographer out to take some amazing photos. We had a offer within a week of listing and were under contract soon after that. Overall we're glad we used Ken and the Zac Team and would recommend then for any buying or selling needs you have.

Working with The Zac Team, particularly with Zoe, was an amazing experience! As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions about the process and Zoe was wonderful to us. She answered ALL our questions kindly and in an easy-to-understand way. We toured at least 20 different condos/houses and Zoe was with us in each of them and was super straight-up in letting us know what she thought about them, which was extremely useful because she could notice things that we would have overlooked. When the time to start submitting offers came, she made the process extremely smooth and she always advocated for us, trying to get us the best possible deal while having a strong competitive offer. Thanks to that, we were able to get our offer accepted on our dream condo! The closing process was also very smooth and she was there for us every step of the way. I don't have enough words to describe how lucky we were to have such an experienced, honest, trustworthy, and kind person as Zoe as our agent.

I now used the Zac Team for purchasing a condo and now for selling a condo, and was great both times! When we decided to sell, Jessica scheduled a quick stop to the condo to get a feel for how it looked, and any potential updates needed for showing, and then was very prompt about scheduling photographs and getting the listing set up. Jessica and the rest of the Zac Team were great in answering our questions quickly and making sure we understand what we needed to do. They also worked with my schedule, as I work long hours from Mon-Fri, and scheduled meetings with me in the evenings and on weekends. I would gladly use them again if I moved back to the Atlanta area!

Victoria is an incredible realtor. We were moving to Atlanta from Cleveland, and had very little knowledge of the city. Victoria found a number of listings for us. She also listened to what we said we liked and didn’t like. She did multiple FaceTime tours with us at all hours of the day, and never complained.
